Rate My New Offensive Team!

This team is a combination of battle log Hero pokemon, well know sets, and standards, working together to create my best team yet. My normal team wasn't offensive or standard enough, so I decided to create this one. It has gotten me pretty far up the ladder, with a very nice W/L record of 21/3. I hope you can give me good suggestions as how to improve it farther than I ever could.

Yanmega (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 106 Def/152 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Bug Buzz
- Hypnosis
- Protect
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Yanmega, my wonderful lead. This pokemon has always been a major weakness of mine, so I decided to use it back. It does a great job for Lead, usually sleeps one poke, and kills another before going down, then I just send in someone else to finish them off, the set is different though because I opt for HP Ice over Air Slash because it doesn't get that great of coverage and HP Ice does a better job overall. The EVs are taken from another RMT, they work really well.

Gyarados (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 216 HP/18 Atk/132 Def/144 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Waterfall
- Taunt

This is the Bulky Gyara that I used to hate, but now love. People expect to KO with alot of moves, then I DD, and kill em back. The EV spread works wonders, my only problem is the lack of coverage, but Taunt is useful, along with DD, of course.
---
Heatran (F) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Rash nature (+SAtk, -SDef)
- Earth Power
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Dark Pulse

My ScarfTran, yet another standard, it is so fun to see it out-speed most of the meta-game. I have HP Ice over Dragon Pulse for more coverage on Flying Types, and Ground Types. Dark Pulse is for added coverage on Ghosts, as well as Psychics.
---
Jolteon (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Fake Tears
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Shadow Ball
- Thunderbolt

This Jolteon is wondeful because everyone expects a Subbing Jolteon, when in fact I can OHKO their Azelf and Gengar with Shadow Ball, and many others with HP Ice. Fake Tears is mainly a filler and a last resort for evil, evil Blissey.
---
Lucario (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Steadfast
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/6 HP
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Close Combat
- Blaze Kick
- Extremespeed
- Stone Edge

I have decided to go back to a normal physical sweeping Lucario, without SD and Blaze Kick for a surprise. Extremespeed is standard, along with CC and SE. It really is needed because of my lack of good physical sweepers on the team.
---
Sceptile (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 58 HP/200 Def/252 Spd
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Grass Knot
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Leech Seed
- Substitute

This Sceptile I took from a Battle Log, it is my Best Friend, its only weakness is the dread encore, and several pokemon. It can Sub up, Leach Up, and then procede to sap the enemys life. I am very happy with her set.

stick explosion on scarf tran over dark pulse would probably work best for taking out blissey, and lucario looks wrong to me because you have dark pulse and hp dark, but im sure you meant hp ice.

Wow, thats why I never OHKO Sally, thank you, and without Dark Pulse I can't Hit Dusknoir very hard, or Azelf or Gengar for that matter.

Hmmm, I like the mixcario idea but to get as much speed as you want for Choice Scarf, I'd suggest making it a Naive Nature. This team is overall balanced and I don't see any major weakness here. A trick room team/late game Machamp may result in problems however. Seeing as most of your pokemon here are based on speed. But good team nonetheless

Thank you, and about Trick Room teams, this is why I keep Taunt on my Gyarados, just for them, and you are right about me liking my pokemon fast, I can't stand going last. About Machamp, that is a good point, and several Machamps have sweeped me. Yanmega is usually dead so I have no counter... Thank you, I will work on that.

I changed Yanmega's EV Spread, and took out Air Slash for HP Ice for more coverage. I also decided to opt for a Physical Lucario because of my lack of good and reliable Physical sweepers. Blaze Kick over SD for an unexpected kick.
