Tyranitar (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP/216 Sp.Def/42 Atk
Careful nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Crunch
- Pursuit

The standard CB-Tar. It makes an awesome lead because it counters perfectly Azelf leads, Uxie leads, BP leads(such as Ninjask and Smeargle) and later, it kills Heatran and Cress. Also it sets up Sandstorm.

Regirock @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP/6 Atk/252 SDef
Careful nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Curse
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Stone Edge

This thing is so awesome. On sandstorm it has a ton of defence and special defence, so it allows me to Curse up a few times and Rest off some damage when needed. When i get enough curses, I can try a sweep. It my sturdiest wall and my mixed wall.

Starmie @ Expert Belt
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 160 HP/218 Spd/132 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Recover
- Thunderbolt
- Surf
- Ice Beam

Counter-Star. Starmie's propose in my team is countering all things that give problems to my team, namely Infernape, Gyarados, Garchomp and Salamence.
It can serve also as a late-game sweeper or a revenge killer, if needed. Expert Belt over Leftovers to give it a little more bite and to use the fantasic coverage of my attacks.

Celebi @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP/220 Def/36 SAtk
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Leech Seed
- Recover
- Grass Knot
- Hidden Power [Fire]

My annoyer and seeder. It serves the propose of countering bulky wates, like Swampert, Milotic and to counter also T-Tar, Hippowdon and Donphan if Starmie dies. HP Fire so I don't get walled by steels.

Gliscor (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 244 HP/76 Spd/188 Def
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Roost
- Stealth Rock
- Ice Fang/Stone Edge

My physical wall, Hera counter and SD luke counter. It has Ice Fang to give a little help on killing Chomp and Salamence. Aerial Ace is not needed since I can just kill Hera with EQ. I'm considering to put Stone Edge on the last slot just for more power. The Speed EV's are to outspeed other Gliscor, Breloom, Timid Magnezone, Jolly T-Tar and standard 216 Spd Specs Heatran.

Metagross @ Life Orb
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 154 HP/252 Atk/104 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Rock Polish
- Thunderpunch
- Meteor Mash
- Earthquake

Standard Agiligross. Seves as a physical sweeper and tank. If I get a Rock Polish up, I can sweep. Thunderpunch is to cover waters and Gyarados. Earthquake is for Fire pokemon and for electric pokemon. Metor Mash is for anything else.

Changes in bold

Help me improve please!

I recommend that you use the Special Defense orientated Tyranitar with a Careful nature for them pesky Gengar leads. Even though with Regirock's reasonable Special Defense in Sand Stream, you're still under a fair ammount of pressure when bringing it in against Gengar's (as Regirock is your only potential Gengar counter) Focus Blast, you're forced to use Rest, and from there-on-then your Regirock is out of the equation. With the 252 EVs in HP and 216 EVs in Special Defense, you're able to survive opposing Gengar's Focus Blast paired with Life Orb, and still have the ability to return with an OHKO in Pursuit after you survive the initial Focus Blast.

Alternatively, you could use Rest + Sleep Talk Regirock to provide you with a status absorber, as well as some decent Gengar and Yanmega coverage. Remember, though, as you will be required to use a Careful nature whilst simultainiously removing the Defense EVs and investing them into Special Defense. But, additionally, Tyranitar's viable to keep its Adamant nature with the Attack EVs.

Finally, consider ditching Knock Off for the respectable Stealth Rock on Gliscor.

Ok, I will put the SpDef Ev's on T-Tar and careful nature. Do I keep Choice Band on T-Tar with the new Ev's? I don't want to change Regirock's set much because the Curse set has given me many wins. And I will put Stealth Rock on Gliscor for sure, because I needed a Stealth Rocker and Gliscor is perfect for that role.

You may keep it a Choice Band set. Remember that you don't need to change both Tyranitar and Regirock's moveset, just one of them. However, you're still capable of removing Hammer Harm for Sleep Talk, allowing Stone Edge and Curse to couple with the Rest + Sleep Talk combination. With this, you keep your beloved Curse whilst making Regirock more durable with the established Sleep Talk, allowing you to set-up and pose an unexpected severe threat whilst replenishing your health at the same time. That's something to consider.
