Rate my NFE team

i"m gonna say before i even post the pokemon i love NFe's . I'm making severals of then . this one is the team i use most in shoddy battle

this team has several strategies in it all to be used ellsewise .you can go into several directions

Meowth(A.K.A cat in boots) @ focus sash
ability:technician
EV: 6 Hp ,252 attk , 252 spe
Nature:Lax
Moves:
-fake out
-hypnosis
-arial ace
-water pulse / bite

ah my meowth is one of my signature pokemon . a very good starter because of fake out . after the fake out you use hypnosis .because of its average speed it will attacks most of the time first in NFE . the arial ace is for countering fighting types. it's mayor weakness. for the last moves you can chose between bite or water pulse . bite is your strongest defence against psychic and ghost and water pulse has a 20% chance of confusing

Phanpy (A.K.A pie) @ focus sash
ability:pick up
EV: 6 Hp ,252 atck ,252 Spe
nature:Adamant
moves:
-Rock slide
-Earthquake
-Ice shard
-Endeavor

My phanpy is a real Pie Phanpy Iceshard Endeavor because phanpy got very bad defence and special defence. endeavor works perfect with phanpy . the ice shard is for the grass types and works great. Rock slide and Earthquake are it's STAB moves . do not expect to kill more then 2 pokemon with phanpy . with focus sash you survive the first hit and then a kill with endeavor

charmeleon(A.K.A. zardo)@ passho berry
ability:blaze
Ev: 6 Hp, 252 Spa, 252 Spe
nature:Impish
moves:
-fire blast
-rock slide
-dynamic punch / iron tail
-Crunch

my charmeleon is EV trained in special but has a few physical the passho berry is there for surviving surf etc. after that blaze begins to work and then it's fire power is boosted with 50% and it has a chance of KOing . rock slide is just a handy move i like to use. dynamicpunch and iro tail both handle of with rock although dynamic punch stands for a certain chance of confusing. crunch is for ghost and psychic pokemon .

weepinbell (A.K.A yawwwwwwwwwn)@Heat rock
ability:chlorophyl
Ev:6 Hp, 252 Spa, 252 Spe
nature:Impish
moves:
-Solar beam
-Sunny day
-Sludge bomb
-Sleep powder

an SSSS moveset but an effective one . first use sleep powder then sunny day so chlorophyl and solar beam can K.O. almost evry pokemon that hasn"t an advantage on weepinbell. sludge bomb is there for the pokemon who has got an advantage.this moveset is very effective inmy experience it beated an ho-oh for example.also if weepinbell is down charmeleon can profit from the sunny day

staryu (A.K.A. sherrif yu) @ leftovers
ability:natural cure
EV:160 Hp, 134 Spa, 216Spe
nature:Timid
Moves:
-rapid spin
-Ice beam
-Surf
-Thunderbolt

staryu is a good pokemon it once saved me in a battle .stealth rock,spikes and toxic spikes are a pest in NFE so with rapid spin you can get rid of it . the ice beam and tubderbotl counterd it weak points and surf as its STAB move. the weird EV I found on smogon with starmie .

machop (A.K.A. macho man) @ leftovers
ability: No Guard
Ev: 6 Hp, 252 Atck, 252 Spa
nature:adamant
Moves:
-Bulk Up
-Dynamicpunch
-Thunderpunch
-Ice punch

machop is a stand out in the team . after a bulk Up it can 2HKO a dragonite with ice punch . thunderpunch is for flying pokemon . it is able to counter normal,flying,dragon,grass,water and rock pokemon. the reason i didn't pick machoke are personal .i just like machop more the i like machoke.

I have no experience in NFE but what i think is that iron tail > dynamic punch...definately. Your impish charmeleon and lax meowth confuse me a bit. You may want more offensive natures...
And why not machoke>machop? I'm not familiar with NFE rules so I guess he may be banned or something.
Well that's my very little input.
 
only sneazel and scyther are banned so machoke is a better choice. and Fire Punch>Thunder Punch because of zor.
 
The entire idea of NFE is to use pokemon who change greatly during evolution, so please replace Phanpy with this:
Duskull@Leftovers
Bold nature
252 EV HP/252 Def/6 SpA
~Calm Mind
~Pain Split
~Shadow Ball
~Psychic/Will-o-Wisp/Ice Beam/Future Sight
Levitate is so much better than Pressure, expecially in the lower tiers.
And Meowth with this:
Dragonair@Leftovers
Bold nature
252 EVs HP/100 SpA/100 SpD/58 Def
~Rest
~Ice Beam
~Dragon Pulse
~Any decent special move will work here
Shed Skin makes Rest a decent option.
 
@Majesano : the reason why i prefer machop over machoke is cause my bro and i fought each other a lot with machop vs machoke and machop came always out of the winner . its a sort of tradition of me. Indeed i should use better ones .i forgot why is took these natures

i might consider changing phanpy as its just one quick sweep with phanpy and i could sweep more with duskull but i won't change meowth cuz it's my all time favorite no hair on my head thinks about changing it .maybe i use it for one of my other NFE

I remember playing this team on shoddy I think?
Anyways, I can't offer much that hasn't probably been said already but:
With Charmeleon, either make it pure physical (in which case, Band or Orb depending on preference) or choose a +speed nature that don't lower SpAtk (in which case, Orb).
Weepinbell needs HP: Fire to cover Steel-types (if you can get it). If necessary run it over SB - it will be x1.5 in the sun anyway.
Probably nothing wrong with Staryu...
Machop - I don't know whether you need Bulk Up or not, since it's not particularly bulky. Choice Band + another move might be better?
