This is my first attempt in making a NU Team, I have used this team and I have won 7 Battles and lost 1.

Not to be rude, but honesty this is not very good. On a side note, please go over the rules and re-post this some other time when it is even slightly acceptable.

I think he means that you lack any descriptions for your pokes. Then there's the fact that some of your team uses rather gimmicky moves (for instance, Scald on a Jolly Hustle Corsola? Amnesia Simisear?)

252HP/4ATK/252SP.D I'm assuming this is 252 hp, 4 attack and 252 special defense. Grass hits you x4 super effective and is a common hidden power and general specially offensive type move, maybe switch it up here?

Power Gem Not boosted by Hustle, try stone edge or rock slide
Scald Is a special attack- is not boosted by Hustle, unforunately Cors has no physical water moves so try out sucker punch to get those speedy bastards?
Earthquake

Overall, Corsola is not a good choice in this metagame because it is outperformed and has a crippling x4 weakness to grass. Hustle only boosts PHYSICAL ATTACKS.

First of all, a Quirky nature boosts nothing, I suggest either modest or timid depending on if you want power or speed. You should probably switch up seed bomb for another special attack like sludge bomb or a hidden power as an uninvested (even invested) seed bomb won't do a thing. The rest is good, however you may have trouble setting up and doing damage.

This set is very messy. Liechi provides a +1 boost to attack, so flamethrower won't be getting any extra damage from this. Also, fire is a terrible defensive typing, taking a ton of damage from common attacking types. You should consider another poke in this slot if you're set on a defensive fire poke (camerupt, magcargo or torkoal.)

Taunt is okay I guess, but another attacking move or swords dance is optimal. Try these: Swords Dance (or ice shard), X-Scissor (or Pursuit), Ice Punch and Low Kick. Also, a Quiet nature lowers your speed which is pointless... you want sneasel to be fast. Make your nature jolly or adamant.

I'm not gonna bother with the rest because they all boast the same problems (incorrect natures, moves that do not make any sense given the current coverage and evs, etc.) You put up descriptions and at least try to explain what was going through your mind as you made this, as lets be honest, it's not very good. You have gaping holes in the team and sets that just don't work.
 
Calm Mind you really should look over the RMT rules or other rate my teams before posting. This RMT needs desicription of each poke and there roll on your team. Your missing key components to your team such as SR and I suggest looking at the suggested pokemon set they have on smogon. Ik this is your first rate my team but to prevent this getting locked i suggest looking at the RMT rules and adding description of each pokes role. This will help us give you an adquate rate.
