Rate My OU Hyper Offensive Team

I've been working on this for some time and have had some success with it but whenever I don't get hazards down I get annihialated, it'd be nice to hear some ideas for that... Also I don't know how to use images and such here so it'll be a bit ugly, sorry about that.

Deoxys-D @ Mental Herb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes
- Taunt
- Skill Swap

His purpose is to lay out as many entry hazards as possible before dying. Skill Swap has been extremely valuable against Magic Bounce and Jirachi and such, so I'd sort of like to keep it. Still, I have some problem against certain spinners and also against starters that outspeed and oneshot me. Mental Herb is really good against tricksters and faster taunters so I'd like to keep it.

Gengar @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Substitute
- Disable
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast

Gengar is there mainly to spinblock my hard earned hazards. Also can completely shut down numerous opposing pokemon and just is annoying. I sort of like him, I think that a spinblocker is really useful but I'm not sure if Gengar is the right one for my team. Maybe I could try a different set as well, but I'm not sure which.

Scizor @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Spe / 252 Atk
Adamant Nature
- U-Turn
- Bullet Punch
- Pursuit
- Superpower

Scizor is there mainly for revenge killing with Bullet Punch(And can even do sweeping if certain counters happen to fall, U-Turn scouting, and trapping annoying Psychics with Pursuit. I like him overall, but I feel like whenever I'm not going for Bullet Punch I have a really hard time outspeeding anything with this EV spread. Still, I wouldn't like to be too squishy because he's one of the few pokemons in my team who can tank... Any important speed breakpoints, perhaps?

Cloyster @ White Herb
Ability: Skill Link
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
- Shell Smash
- Icicle Spear
- Rock Blast
- Hydro Pump

Cloyster is basically my 1-turn sweeper. If I get a correct prediction or a nice Scizor U-Turn or something, I pretty much win the game. Still, I feel like in most games Cloyster actually doesn't do much, and is a very hit-or-miss pokemon. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but I wonder if his coverage and role are the best for my team or if there would be better options? I don't have a rapid spinner and I guess he could fill the role, but then again he has problems getting just one free turn, much less two.

Breloom @ Leftovers
Ability: Technician
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Mach Punch
- Bullet Seed
- Stone Edge

Breloom is my main setup sweeper, water counter, Leech Seed counter, and other such things. Also revenge kills stuff weak to Mach Punch. I don't run Spore on him because he's still quite slow and I rather use the extra turn for a Swords Dance. Even if the end result is better for me with a Spore, Breloom has sort of sucky coverage with just his STABs and I feel that Stone Edge is amazing for his coverage even though it tends to miss at crucial times.

Keldeo @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Surf
- Secret Sword
- Hidden Power Ice

Keldeo does revenge killing when the priority moves won't be good. He also sort of functions as a sweeper, especially in rain. Still, he hasn't really done much at all in most of my games, so I'm thinking that maybe I should consider something completely different instead of a Choice Scarf because my double priority attacks feel like they already revenge quite well.

So I guess this sort of turned from "Rate my team" into "Please tell me how this team could be improved". Maybe swap Keldeo for some sort of a Dragon...? Also being able to fit in a spinner without hurting the offence might be cool.

I like this team. It's very agressive.

Since you seem to be unsure about using cloyster and since you already have a water type in your team, perhaps you should get rid of Cloyster. You'll be able to pull off some sweeps against bad players but most teams worth battling aren't very friendly to Cloyster. It's just not a good pokemon in OU.

I'm guessing you probably still want a setup sweeper, so I suggest a Dragon Dance Salamence over Cloyster. Being a dragon type it achieves good typing synergy with you Scizor since it's hard to go wrong with Dragon and Steel. Salamence is meant to be used late game when many of it's faster checks are gone.

Here's the moveset.

Salamence @ Life Orb
Trait: Moxie
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 SAtk
Naive Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast
