Gyro Ball

Bronzong is a great lead. Its sets up stealth rock and can take out some weaker leads with earthquake or Gyroball with the large investment of Atk Evs. Puts leads such as gengar to sleep.

Earthquake

Aerodactyl Switches in safely and can deal a lot of damage. Earthquake covers Steel-types like Metagross and is Aerodactyl's most powerful attack against the likes of Tyranitar and Rhyperior. Ice Fang offers coverage against Ground-types and Ice Fang is devastating when used against Garchomp and Flygon. Pursuit hits slower defensively inept Pokémon such as Gengar and Azelf for what in many cases is a one hit knockout as they try to switch. It also allows Aerodactyl to do some damage to Pokémon like Blissey as they switch out.

Counter

The idea behind this is pretty straightforward; switch in on a special attacker, heal up your team, and counter the hit off an unsuspecting physical sweeper. Ice Beam is for Substitute Gengar. Should I go with Aromatherapy or IceBeam OR COunter?

Sleep Talk

Rest Talking Machamp. It as a good status absorber, and Sleep Talk helps with the low PP of dynamic Punch and Stone Edge. DynamicPunch's confusion works well at forcing switches which works well with Stealth Rock. Should I replace Dynamic Punch or stone edge with ice punch?

Starmie is my Spinner and special Sweeper it has great coverage and movepool it can outrun most opponents. I need help to choose weather I should replace thunderbolt or ice beam with recover.

Close Combat

Grass Knot

Infernape is my late game sweeper. Close Combat absolutely ruins anyone silly enough to switch in something weak to it. After a single Nasty Plot, Grass Knot will OHKO Suicune, Slowbro, and Milotic unless they're running Special Defense.

What nature if Infernape? And Life Orb is better on it, Focus Sash is best left for leads since stealth rock, sandstorm, etc is common enough to ruin later switchins.

You can go with T-Bolt and Recover on Starmie, as you dont have a Gyarados Counter Yet and Ice beam is meant for Dragons, but Aero can revenge kill already, T-Punch on Nape is usually For Scarfed versions to counter Gyara while leading or while they DD you switch in and KO, but since is a late game sweeper, Nasty plot + Grass Knot is better, Life Orb is better too, Focus Sash, is usually on leads, spikes / SR will ruin your sash, and is not guaranteed Starmie can Rapid Spin before you need Nape, Seeing as Machamp is the only thing that can get in against Breloom probably Ice punch would be better, not sure though, i see the team pretty balanced, though, Scarfed Cross probably gives you trouble, nothing in your team resists Fight moves besides Starmie, so play smart while switching agasinst Hera.

Just because Aero can revenge kill doesn't mean you don't have to worry about dragons. If Dragonite, Salamence, or Garchomp is out, most likely you'll panic because you won't know what to do to counter it. Bronzong won't put Gengar to sleep, it'll sleep YOU! So don't try to stop starting Gengars anytime soon. Don't put Counter on Blissey. You'll rarely have time to use it, and most things will set up instead of attack, and you'll be in trouble. Aromatherapy could work, just remember machamp and starmie don't care about status and won't benefit much.

Can't think of much right now...

IVs aren't needed on a RMT unless your aiming to be slower for a specific reason (ie Skarm being slow so the casual slow EQer can't EQ as it roosts). As for Bronzong most people understand the mechanics of gyro ball so its not needed. As for the team I would suggest putting lum berry on Bronzong so it can actually counter the lead variants of Gengar.

But if I Use aromatherapy it will wake up machamp. And why would I panic when there's a dragon?
