Rate My OU Team - Suggestions welcome

Hey, this is the first team I've made and it's taken ages getting all these guys to lv.100. I managed to breed 31 IVs onto some of them because I caught a Ditto with a 31 IV in speed! But aside from that most of the IVs are random. Anyway here goes...

Nature: Jolly
Ability: Pressure
Item: Focus Sash
EVs: 255 Atk, 255 Spe
Moves:
- Ice Shard
- Ice Punch
- Swords Dance
- Night Slash

Sash means I can always get a Swords Dance in. Wanted a quick Ice type to contend with the Dragons!

Edit: Chose Weavile just because I thought he was Uber cool really! Ice and Dark are both good types and deal well with flying, fighting, psychic all of which threaten the fighting and steel types on my team.

Nature: Jolly
Ability: Inner Focus
Item: Focus Sash
EVs: 255 Atk, 255 SpA
Moves:
- ExtremeSpeed
- Close Combat
- Swords Dance
- Dragon Pulse

Think I probably screwed up this Lucario a bit. Probably should have just maxed speed and either Atk or SpA, but I thought I would do both and carry ExtremeSpeed to get the jump on anything that could out speed me.

Edit: Basically decided to use Lucario after he owned me up in the Elite Four. He has an awesome move pool and good base stats. I may well make a new one to take better advantage of him.

Nature: Naive
Ability: Technician
Item: Lum Berry
EVs: 255 Hp, 255 SpA
Moves:
- Nasty Plot
- Agility
- Baton Pass
- Swift

Straight up Baton Passer. Can pass Agility to Lucario, Breloom, or P-Z. Nasty plot is to set up for the sweep with P-Z. Swift does a good amount after a Nasty plot + STAB + Technician.

Edit: Chose Ambipom because I wanted to be able to pass a Plot to P-Z, but the Agility is helpful for several other pokes as well and Ambipom has great base speed. Plus I got this traded over the WiFi trade thing and I have a lucky egg so it was effectively like 350k exp to get it to lvl 100. LUCK EGG FTW!

Nature: Brave
Ability: Flash Fire
Item: Shuca Berry
EVs: 255 Hp, 255 SpA
Moves:
- Earth Power
- Flamethrower
- Ancient Power
- Magma Storm

Probably think I mucked this Poke up a bit as well. The nature is horrible, but I'd already used my Master Ball when I went to catch him and it was taking like 30 mins to an hour to get each time and in the end I just couldn't take another soft reset. Earth Power and Flamethrower are the key moves here, not really sure what to do with the other two slots, but Magma Storm can pull out some god-like damage - OHKO my friend's Groudon when it came in and set up the Sunny Day for me lol.

Suggestions welcome for those last two slots though...

Nature: Modest
Ability: Adaptability
Item: Choice Specs
EVs: 255 SpA, 255 Spe
Moves:
- Tri Attack
- Hyper Beam
- Ice Beam
- Psychic

Porgon-Z is a beast! Tri-Attack + Adaptability + Specs = Ownage! Ice beam helps against big nasty dragons if Weavile is dead. Got a 31 IV in speed here so I can outspeed a good amount of stuff.

Was thinking about changing Psychic to Dark Pulse - good idea?

Nature: Naughty
Ability: Poison Heal
Item: Toxic Orb
EVs: 255 Atk, 255 Spe
Moves:
- Focus Punch
- Facade
- Spore
- Seed Bomb

Got the basic Spore/Punch strategy here. The other moves just back that up well. Breloom has beast Atk so Seed Bomb and Facade (after Toxic orb boost) hit pretty hard. The Poison heal is pretty cool as well.

So yeah, that's it. Please rate and comment. Especially keen to hear any suggestions you have.

umm you actually can but the 3 Evs past 252 dont effect mate. Anyway to be honest you've really messed this team up badly. Read up on more suitable ev spreads and movesets on Smogon there is too much to comment here really

Hello!

I'll start with Lucario. Instead of using Focus Sash on Lucario, use Life Orb. Focus Sash is not a really good option for one reason, Stealth Rock. Stealth Rock is set up early in mots cases and once Lucario switches in, the damage given by Stealth Rock gets rid of Lucario's Focus Sash leaving Lucario with a useless item. Life Orb on the otherhand allows Lucario to have more power when attacking with Close Combat/ExtremeSpeed. Over Dragon Pulse, use Crunch. Your mostly using Dragon Pulse to hit Dragon-types such as Salamence, Kingdra, and Dragonite. ExtremeSpeed already deals a lot of damage to the aforementioned Pokemon making Dragon Pulse less necessary. Crunch will allow Lucario to hit Ghost-types such as Rotom and Dusknoir extremely hard. In addition to that, Crunch also hits Celebi and Cresselia for hard damage as well. For the EV spread, use 252 Atk/252Spe/6 HP. With Lucario not having Dragon Pulse anymore, the EV's are now shifted into Speed to allow Lucario to outspeed Pokemon such as Jolly Mamoswine and Adamant Lucario. Even if you were using Dragon Pulse, you should invest in maximum Speed since ExtremeSpeed will not solve all of Lucario's Speed problems.

Use Choice Scarf on Heatran with Fire Blast/Earth Power/Explosion/Dragon Pulse, Naive, 252 Spe/252 SpA/ 6 Atk. Heatran will give you a much needed Pokemon that can revenge kill Infernape and Lucario, both of which badly hurt your team. With Choice Scarf, Heatran will outspeed and KO both of them with Earth Power. Fire Blast is chosen over Magma Storm for more power. Earth Power gives nice coverage alongside Fire Blast allowing you to hit opposing Heatran. Explosion allows Heatran to get a big hit on Bulky Water-types that like switching-in on Heatran such as Swampert and also kills Blissey. Dragon Pulse is mainly for Dragon-types like Salamence.

A weakness I see is a weakness to DD Gyarados. After a DD, Gyarados kills everything on your team with Ice Fang/Waterfall/Earhquake. Gyarados can also come in and set up on your Porygon-Z while it is recharging from Hyper Beam's effect. Similarly, it can set up on Weavile and Ambipom as well. What I suggest you do is use a Rotom forme such as Rotom-h in place of Weavile, but do nut use Rotom as your lead as I will suggest a different lead in a moment. You currently have 5 Fighting weak Pokemon. Rotom gives you a much needed immunity to Fighting and can also help you against threats such as Gyarados. A set of Will-O-Wisp / ThunderBolt/ Shadow Ball /Reflect, 252 HP / 168 Def / 88 Spe, Bold Nature, Leftovers should work well. Rotom works really well with Lucario. Rotom attracts Tyranitar who usually Pursuits Rotom and kills it. When Rotom falls to Pursuit, you can go to Lucario and set up a free Swords Dance on the locked Pursuit and sweep! You can also cripple an opposing Physical Sweeper with Will-O-Wisp, set up Reflect, and go to Ambipom, who will get a Nasty Plot/Agility.

Onto the lead. Something that can help this team is having a Pokemon that can set up Stealth Rock. Stealth Rock is such a great move on any team, and yours is not exception. On this tean, Stealth Rock will help you combat Gyarados more effectively as it will take 25% each time it switches-in. A Bulky Water-type such as Swampert over Breloom can fit well onto this team. Swampert gives you an excellent user of Stealth Rock and a Pokemon that is capable of tanking hits from Pokemon such as Heatran, Tyranitar, etc. It also gives you a good check to Salamence. A set of Ice Beam/Stealth Rock/Earthquake/Roar, 240 HP/216 Def/ 52 SpA, Relaxed Nature will suffice.

Lastly, I do not think that passing Nasty Plot to Porygon-Z is a good idea. Ambipom and Porgon-Z attarct similar Pokemon onto the field, namely Scizor, Machamp, and Lucario. Porygon-Z is frail and will likely be hurt when it switches in. It will then be vulnerable to prioity moves such as Bullet Punch. Passing the boosts to a Pokemon with more durability will be a much better idea. You can use a reciever such as Zapdos. It provides you with another Fighting resist which your team will greatly enjoy and is a monster with a Nasty Plot under its belt. A set of ThunderBolt/Heat Wave/Hidden Power Grass/Roost with 252 SpA/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP, Timid, Life Orb can work. Roost allows Zapdos to heal off any damage it takes and ThunderBolt/heat Wave/HP Grass give Zapdos the best overall coverage. HP Grass kills Swampert and Ground-types allowing you to sweep with ThunderBolt/Heat Wave. I know it may be hard to acquire these changes, however, you can try playing on Shoddy Battle or looking at the Wi-Fi section of the forum to see if anybody is willing to trade with you.

Good Luck!
