Here is my first OU Team. I pretty much know that I should have most of everything covered. Tell me what you think and I'll be sure to listen. :D

Salamence @ Choice Specs
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Dragon Pulse
- Flamethrower
- Hydro Pump

This is the Standard SpecsMence and my special sweeper. Draco Meteor kills nearly anything without SP DEF additions and Dragon Pulse is here to finish off the frail Pokemon. Flamethrower hits the steel types and Hydro Pump for the Ground/Rock, etc. NOW MY STARTER, it will strike down everything!

Weavile @ Choice Band
6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
-Night Slash
-Ice Punch
-Brick Break
-Pursuit

Basic Choice Bander there to knock down most things, Pursuit on most of those switchers. Apparently isn't a good lead anymore but still a good Pokemon.

Lucario @ Life Orb
Evs: 252 ATK / 252 SPD / 6 HP
Adamant Nature
Ability: Inner Focus
-Close Combat
-Swords Dance
-Extreme Speed
-Stone Edge

Standard Lucario Moveset, runs Stone Edge for Gyara and Flying. SD, Close Combat and Extreme Speed are standard for this set.

Gliscor @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 6 Atk
Impish Nature
-Earthquake
-Roost
-Ice Fang
-Stealth Rock

Here is my Gliscor set. It runs the Standard Earthquake and Roost. I'm using Ice Fang for the dragon types out there and Stealth Rock because no one likes a Stealth Rock on the field. lol

dpfbsa392.png

Infernape @ Life Orb
EVs: 24 ATK / 252 SP ATK / 232 Spe
Naive Nature
-Grass Knot
-Close Combat
-Flamethrower
-Nasty Plot

My mixed sweeper, here to knock down walls and late game sweeping to finish everything off. After Nasty Plot or two, I'm good to go.

Vaporeon @Leftovers
EVs: 188 HP / 252 Def / 68 SpA
Bold Nature
-Wish
-Surf
-Protect
-HP Electric

This puppy will pass around Wish and be my Gyarados counter. Also the Ice Beam is gonna allow it to also be a dragon counter.

Let me know what I should do.
I've got most things covered. The only risk I hold is Gengar/Dark Types but Weavile might be able to handle them.

Looks decent. Except Infernape. That Ape is completely walled by Salamence and Dragonite... I always put Hidden Power Ice on my Apes, I recommend the same for you.

Really big problem I see is that Boah OHKOs everything on your team (well 2HKOs Cress but whats it gonna do?). You are gonna have to sacrifice something even to break its sub. I wouldn't consider Cresselia as much of a reliable Gyarados counter either since if its sleeping or Charge Beam doesn't raise SAtk then Gyarados can beat it.

Gengar is also a problem since the only thing that can revenge kill it is Weavile (but with SR and SS it wont even be able to do that). Speaking of Weavile an opposing Weavile can KO everything on your team besides Infernape and something is wrong when Infernape is your best switch in to a sweeper.

Here are the changes I propose. Replace Cresselia with Vaporeon. Vaporeon still counters the main things that Cresselia was trying to counter (Dragons and Gyarados) while also giving your team Wish support which you needed since alot of your team gets worn down. You do lose the sleep absorber you had but in this metagame Cresselia is basically just setup fodder. Vaporeon should have Surf/Ice Beam/Wish/HP Electric.

Bronzong would be good over Weavile as a lead. It provided a early game sleep as well as having a variety of support moves for your team. I suggest you run Stealth Rock on Bronzong instead and choose another move such as Taunt on Gliscor. The standard Lum Berry lead can easily OHKO Gengar and Weavile. The time of Weavile leads is pretty much long gone since Bronzong, ScarfGar, Gyarados, and alot of other leads actually beat it quite easily. Well anyways thats about it for your team.

Its a late game sweeper. With Stealth Rock surely up by then and maybe some damage done both of them should be weakened enough to be KOd by a Nasty Plotted Flamethrower. Besides without Nasty Plot you can't beat Suicune, Rest/Sleep Talk Cresselia, Milotic, Gyarados (with SR down), and alot of other defensive pokemon. I highly suggest you keep Nasty Plot.

So...Vaporeon over Cresselia?
I won't have anything to block SP. ATKs...
I could try Bronzong I guess.
or I could always switch Salamence to lead?

Yes you should definitely use Vaporeon. Well if you are paranoid about special sweepers then add in a Snorlax instead then you could lead with Salamence.

Make sure you use Protect on Vaporeon, otherwise you're unable to effectively heal Vaporeon and your team because you're too busy switching into attacks that either 2HKO/3HKO you. Protect gives you some insurance when on the defensive. Additionally, it allows you to scout the opponent's move - if the opposing user is Choice Scarf / Band / Specs, then you an take full advantage of the situation and potentially set-up one of your severe hard-hitters because you know the opponent's next move (bar switching out). I suggest you remove Ice Beam on Vaporeon for Protect.

Overall, you are operating a Vaporeon that's under immense pressure in keeping the defensive side of the team composed. Keep that in mind and don't over-look the endless possibilities that are available to you.

So, Vaporeon for sure over Cresselia then?

I kinda need Ice Beam for the dragons... But using Protect is a good idea.
What do you reccomend?

So...
without Ice Beam, how will it take down Dragons?
Also, will my team work or do I need to do some more switching?

(Note: Cresselia's stats are way better than Vaporeon in the defensive end)

Yeah, but how often will vaporeon be able to switch in on most dragons...:/

More importantly, just because Cressy has better base stats in "defenses" doesn't mean it's better overall. Vaporeon, as stated by others in this topic, fits in better on your team than cressy. You should not just stick a poke on your team simply because it has better stats. You have to make the team work as a whole, not just have higher BST than your opponent.

You don't always need a pokemon to be able to take out all of its counters, thats why there's 5 other slots in your team.
