Gyro Ball

Bronzong is a great lead. Its sets up stealth rock and can take out some weaker leads with earthquake or Gyroball with the large investment of Atk Evs. Puts leads such as gengar to sleep.

Earthquake

Aerodactyl Switches in safely and can deal a lot of damage. Earthquake covers Steel-types like Metagross and is Aerodactyl's most powerful attack against the likes of Tyranitar and Rhyperior. Ice Fang offers coverage against Ground-types and Ice Fang is devastating when used against Garchomp and Flygon. Pursuit hits slower defensively inept Pokémon such as Gengar and Azelf for what in many cases is a one hit knockout as they try to switch. It also allows Aerodactyl to do some damage to Pokémon like Blissey as they switch out.

Counter

The idea behind this is pretty straightforward; switch in on a special attacker, heal up your team, and probably switch right back out in the face of the likely physical threat that replaced the special attacker. Counter is there to surprise physical attackers

Shadow Sneak

Pain Split
Will-o-wisp

Dusknoir has great defences and is a great wall. Will-O-Wisp burns foes and lowers attack. Ice puch is mainly for walling grasses and dragons. Shadow sneak can kill some with low defences such as Alakazam. Pain Split is for healing.

Psychic

Shadow Ball

It is mainly used as a late game special sweeper. Psychic deals good damage to most that don't resist it with STAB Energy Ball is for waters, grounds and rocks. Shadow ball is for Psychics or Ghosts like Gengar and Azelf.

Hmmm, you have three dark weaks, and no resists. If a strong Dark choice bander like Tyranitar, or even Sharpedo, Honchcrow, Crawdaunt, Absol, and Cacturne, got in somehow, you'd have to sacrifice something every single time.

Bronzong, your toughest physical wall, gets 2HKOed by Choice Band Tyranitar's Crunch all the time, and the other UU dark types most of the time. I suggest you patch up this weakness by removing one of your special sweepers or Dusknoir for Hariyama or Machamp. Both resist Dark and Rock, and have a nice support movepool, so they'll be easy to fit into the team.

I'm also thinking Life Orb on Starmie is a bad idea, because you don't want to lose 10% every time you try and Rapid Spin. Either get rid of Rapid Spin for anther special attack, or use Expert Belt / Leftovers.

Also, your Blissey is completely walled by Gengar. get rid of Counter or Aromatherapy for Ice Beam or Shadow Ball, so that you can hurt it. McGar, which has Substitute and Focus Punch, could walk over your entire team if it gets up a substitute, so you'd better have a way of breaking it's sub.

Yes Tyranitar does run over your team. Dusknoir doesn't have too much purpose outside of an anti-spinner so I would definitely replace it. Machamp would be good as a Restalker to absorb status and counter Ttar very well. It helps give your team power also since you get walled pretty hard by stuff like Bronzong.

You need Ice Beam on Blissey otherwise Sub Gengar runs through your team.

Well you have 2 psychic special sweepers that get walled by the same stuff. First off use a defensive spinner starmie (the one in the analysis) to counter Gyarados and Infernape. It lasts alot longer but loses power (which is okay since you wont be swept now).

For Alakazam Focus Sash is terrible. You should be using a better late game sweeper though anyways. Deoxys-S, Infernape, Garchomp and others are all able to clean up much better with more power. Anyways thats about it.
