Rate my OU Team

I'm trying to build a team for competitive games...this one has an 80% win rate so far. Please review and let me know where I could improve or who to replace. Thanks! ---

Aerodactyl
80 HP, 100 A, 176 Spe, 154 SpeD
+Jolly
+Pressure
+Focus Sash
-Stealth Rock
-Rock Slide
-Substitute
-Roost
= Typically my lead pokemon, Focus Sash is there so that Stealth Rock always gets out. His real purpose is just to get that initial Stealth Rock out then be an annoyance. If I can utilize him against other Pokemon weak to Rock, then he comes in. I picked him because of his speed (which I believe is the fastest OU). He also had a good typing and decent def/SpeD so it is not typical that Focus sash will have to be used.

Breloom
46 HP, 252 A, 212 Spe
+Adamant
+Poison Heal
+Toxic Orb
-Substitute
-Focus Punch
-Mach Punch
-Spore
= Rotates on lead with Aerodactyl. I sometimes start with him because I like to start with Spore. Either that or I try to get a substitute off so that i can effectively do focus punch. Mach punch is great to take out pokemon weak to fighting...I had replaced Leech seed with mach punch because I very rarely got Leech Seed off..

Porygonz
6 De, 252 SpeA, 252 Spe
+Timid
+Download
+Choice Scarf
-Tri Attack
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam
-Hidden Power (fighting)
= Porygonz is my "sweeper." His speed and very high special attack, along with his incredible movepool made him my choice. He really has no weaknesses except for fighting (obvious cause he is normal type) so he can survive an attack or two on a switch in. I've found him very useful in taking down waters, dragons, and grounds.

Blissey
80 A, 252 D, 178 SpeD
+Sassy
+Natural Cure
+Left Overs
-Softboiled
-Flamethrower
-Seismic Toss
-Thunder Wave
= Blissey is great! I start with Thunder wave then there is rarely any pokemon that resist both flamethrower and seismic toss. I used to have counter in place of flamethrower to deal with fighting moves, but was having some trouble against certain sweepers like Gengar, so flamethrower took care of that. My Blissey rarely dies. I use him against Special attackers.

Dusknoir
252 HP, 108 D, 150 SpeD
+Impish
+Pressure
+Leftovers
-Shadow Sneak
-Pain Split
-Ice Punch
-Will o wisp
=I like to switch in Dusknoir on pokemon i KNOW are going to use a normal or fighting move. Typically i switch him in when the opponent puts in a fighter against my Blissey. I can use ice punch against ground, flying, and dragon...and if i get too low in hp, i use pain split to get them low...and then shadow sneak to finish them off. he works great with Blissey.

Togekiss
252 HP, 6 SpeA, 252 SpeD
+Calm
+Serene Grace
+Leftovers
-Air Slash
-Aura Sphere
-Roost
-Thunder Wave (I like this better than Body Slam...I know some of you may disagree, but it is more reliable :-/ )
=Togekiss is my favorite pokemon. I use him against pokemon weak to flying/fighting. His air slash with thunder wave makes him almost unstoppable! Even when a threatening pokemon like Weavile comes out, i can cripple him with paralysis than pwn him with aura sphere or air slash. Togekiss is like a staller/sweeper/balance pokemon for me. Roost is good to trick opponents intro using flying type weakness moves and then they dont hurt Togekiss very much cause hes temporarily normal...

Please give me feedback on how maybe other pokemon could better fit in or any changes i should make. Also any positive feedback is good too! Thanks!

People aren't rating your team because your images were huge and distracting.

Anyways, I don't have too much time but from what I can see:

That Aerodactyl set is just bad. One of Aerodactyl's strengths as a lead is that it is extremely fast and can use Taunt to prevent enemies from setting up. But your Aerodactyl does the opposite - opponents can easily set up in front of you. Something like Scizor can Swords Dance in your face and then Bullet Punch your entire team to death.
An entire team that dies to one Pokemon using one attack doesn't sound very good to me.
Use the standard Lead set. It's standard for a reason.

Also, do you really need so many Normal types? They can be useful for certain teams, but packing 3 in one team means you really can't defend against much since Normals don't resist anything besides Ghost. The Pokemon on your team should generally cover each other's weaknesses, but your Pokemon aren't doing that.

You sort of have an idea with Blissey and Dusknoir, but its not enough. What happens when something has both Fighting AND Dark moves? Lucario is one, and it can KO everything on your team with Extremespeed, Close Combat, or Crunch (Aerodactyl can't do anything since it only has Rock Slide).

So Lucario and Scizor are two of your major weaknesses. Fortunately there's quite a few Pokemon that can counter both such as bulky Zapdos, bulky Gyarados, and Choice Scarf Rotom-H.

Any way you choose, you should definitely replace Porygon-Z because Scarf Porygon-Z isn't that effective of a sweeper anyways and there are way better revenge-killers. Togekiss can also be replaced since its not really doing anything for your team.

You should also find room for a Steel type since you have nothing that can take a STABed Outrage.
