Rate my randomly successful team

Ok so I made this team just randomly because I wanted to try out different baton pass options and so far the results on this team have been amazing. In my last 30 games with it I've won 26 times. There really was no strategy put in to choosing these pokemon, I just wanted to some good counters to common threats and a sweeper to finish the job. Anyway here is the team. Let me know what you guys think or what changes would make it better. Thanks.

Espeon
@Focus Sash
Ability: Magic Bounce
Nature: Timid
252 HP/ 252 Spe/ 4 Def
Trick Room/ Calm Mind/ Baton Pass/ HP Fighting

Espeon is my typical lead for the ability that everyone loves or everyone loves to hate.....magic bounce. With his speed maximized and focus sash this thing is guaranteed to get off at least 1 calm mind and baton pass. If the opponents lead is an entry hazard pokemon and they switch I can get up 2 calm minds or a calm mind and a TR. HP Fighting is for those pesky steel and dark types.

Gliscor
@Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
Nature: Jolly
252 Spe/ 96 HP/ 160 SpD
Ice Fang/ Baton Pass/ Swords Dance/ Rock Polish

Gliscor is my alternate lead and the most irreplaceable member of my team.
If the opponent has no entry hazard pokemon then out comes Gliscor. I'm really surprised that more people don't run a baton passing Gliscor because if this thing can get of a SD and a Rock Polish and pass it, it wrecks. Ice fang is for pesky dragons.

Ferrothorn
@Rocky Helmet
Ability: Iron Barbs
Nature: Relaxed
252 HP/ 168 SpD/ 88 Def
Leech Seed/ Spikes/ Stealth Rock/ Power Whip

Pretty standard Ferro set. With a TR up from Espeon he can hit hard with Power Whip against anything that doesn't resist it and can usually get both entry hazards up. Rocky Helmet is for addition physical damage.

Slowbro
@ Evilolite
Ability: Regenerator
Nature: Bold
248 HP/ 248 Def/ 12 SpA
HP Electric/ Ice Beam/ Psychic/ Slack Off

Slowbro has always been one of my favorite pokemon and when I was building the team I wanted Slowbro to be the recipient of Espeons baton passing. With a calm mind boost and a TR up this thing is absolutely beastly and has forced several rage quits. Ice beam and Psychic are fairly standard. HP Electric is for Cloyster, Jellicent, or Skarmory.

Ursaring
@Flame Orb
Ebility: Guts
Nature: Adamant
252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP
Facade/ Close Combat/ Crunch/ EQ

Ursaring is on of the last pokemon you'd see in OU just because of the plethora of fighting moves you see, but if TR is up this thing can sweep teams. Guts raises his already massive attack and allows him to kill anything with facade as long as they don't resist it. Pretty standard attack set for coverage.

Garchomp
@Life Orb
Ability: Rough Skin
Nature: Jolly
252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP
Dragon Claw/ Fire Fang/ EQ/ Roar

If I can pass Gliscor's Sd and/or Rock Polish to this guy it usually results in a rage quit. Garchomp is my favorite metagame pokemon and can sweep teams if they aren't prepared for it. Fire fang is for Mamoswine, Kyurem, Magnezone etc. EQ and Dragon Claw are standard. Roar is for opposing pokemon trying to set up or Wobbuffet who I've been seeing more and more people use.

WEAKNESSES: So far from what I've seen Scizor, Volcorona, and Landorus are my main threats. Every game I've lost so far has been because of one of those 3. Also my team doesn't like entry hazard damage, especially Ursaring and Garchomp so I may think about a rapid spinner.

So thats my team any opinions or suggestions would be great.

You do know slowbro doesn't evolve right? Slowking is an alternate evolution of slowpoke. Give Slowbro Leftovers instead of eviolite

Why do you use full speed investment on Ursaring? Its base 55 speed means it won't really be outspeeding anything, and you say you like to use it during Trick Room, where a slower speed is desired. I would change the set to have 252 HP EV's instead of the speed. Also change the nature to negative speed and give 0 speed IV's if you really want it to shine as a trick room sweeper.
