Hi! I wanted to test out a sandstorm team I built because it seems powerful and fun. Now, onto the team:

The Lead

Tyranitar @ Choice Band (252 Atk/252 Hp/6 Def)

Adamant nature

-Pursuit
-Crunch
-Stone Edge
-Earthquake

Standard CB T-Tar. It destroys psychics with Pursuit and Crunch and covers pretty much anything with the other move. Also sets up sand.

The special wall:

Empoleon @ Leftovers(252 Hp/52 SpAtk/206 SpDef)

Modest nature

-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Stealth Rock
-Grass Knot

The stealth rocker and special wall. It has some SpAtk EV's because I wanted to hit a little harder than usual. Ice Beam for dragons, Surf for STAB and Grass Knot for waters.

The physical sweeper:

Metagross @ Life Orb (152 HP/252 Atk/104 Spd)

Adamant nature

-Agility
-Explosion
-Earthquake
-Meteor Mash

Standard Agiligross. Covers BoltBeamers that my team is weak to and attacks for huge amounts of damage. Is nearly unstoppable after a Agility.

The physical wall #1:

Gliscor @ Leftovers (252 HP/252 Def/6 Atk)

Impish nature

-Knock Off
-Earthquake
-Ice Fang
-Roost

The physical wall, and the Hercross counter. Ice Fang for dragons and fliers, EQ for STAB, Roost for recovery and Knock Off for removing the opponent's item.

The mixed wall:

Regirock @ Leftovers (252 HP/4 Atk /252 SpDef)

Careful nature

-Stone Edge
-Rest
-Curse
-Hammer Arm

An absolute beast in the set. This set seems to work wonders. Thanks Maspireil of Serebii for the set!

The Physical Wall #2:

Skarmory @ Leftovers (252 HP/96 Atk/162 Def)

Impish nature

-Drill Peck
-Roost
-Spikes
-Whirlwind

The second physical wall. Spikes for some damage, Whirlwing for shuffling, Roost for instant recovery and Drill Peck for damage.

Please help me improve!

You have gigantic Mixape problems. Infernape can hit super-effective on every member of your team if it's carrying HP Ice, and while some of your pokemon are bulky enough to take its SE hits and KO back it will have done immense damage to your team.

Gyarados presents major problems for you too - 3 of your pokemon are weak to waterfall and while Metagross can hold up you have to waste a pokemon - not the best situation.

To remedy this I suggest adding Starmie, which addresses them both, and provides Rapid Spin support.

I'd remove Skarmory in favor of an offensive pokemon like Garchomp (who just happens to take advantage of the sand).

Because it is a Sand team, I'd suggest Sub/Salac Jolly Garchomp with 6 HP /252 Atk / 252 Spd with Swords Dance/Outrage/Substitute/Earthquake.

Remember, when you make a Sandstorm team, not all the members have to be immune to Sandstorm. Given that, you've a huge Fighting, Ground, and Water weak and are owned by MixApe. That being said, I'll try to help the best I can:

For one, I'd consider ditching Empoleon for another special wall that isn't weak to fighting and ground. To that end, I'd suggest Slowking, as it is neutral to ground, resists fighting, has a recovery move as opposed to Empoleon, and has better HP, Sp. Def, and almost the same Def. It also gets the same moves, you can use something like Skarmory or Gliscor to set up SR instead of Empoleon, and will help a bit against Infernape. I'd recommend the the standard special set with Calm, 252 Sp. Def, 212 HP, 44 Sp. Atk with Surf/Slack Off/Thunder Wave/Ice Beam for dragons or HP Electric for Gyarados and Leftovers.

Since adding Slowking would put you at three Grass weaks, I'd suggest changing Regirock for a different wall, one that preferably resists Fighting, Ground, Grass, and Water. Have you considered Celebi? It resists all of those things and can help against bulky grounds and waters such as Gyarados with STAB Grass Knot. I'd consider either the Cleric or SubSeeder sets. Keep in this would put you at three Bug weaks and wouldn't help against Infernape.

With Skarmory, I'd rather have Stealth Rock over Spikes. Not sure if you really need another physical wall if you have Gliscor and perhaps Celebi, so you could consider changing this to something like a Gyarados to take on Infernape and keep the Bug resistance, not to mention Intimidate will help. If you do that, you could put SR on Gliscor over Knock Off or fit it on Celebi. I'd recommend the BulkyGyara set, Adamant with Leftovers, 216 HP / 16 Atk / 176 Def / 100 Spe, with Dragon Dance, Taunt, Waterfall, and Earthquake; you can tweak the moveset if need be.

I hope some of that helped.

I had Chomp before, and it wasn't good at all. Ice types walked all over me because they KO'd Gliscor, Chomp and T-Tar. I have a big MixApe probelm but not many have HP Ice these days and I can switch to Regirock, which can take everything he fires at me, being SE or not, and then I kill with Stone Edge. I could add Starmie, but I like Empoleon a lot. I might switch Skarm with Starmie, but I don't need Chomp.

EDIT: I don't have access to Celebi, since I haven't gone to the event and don't have any cheating devices. I might try Slowking. Gyara is nice but I have to test my team a little more before I put it. Thanks for the help!

There are no Ice-type attacks that can OHKO Tyranitar. "Walked all over me" is not a clear example of an experience, so you should have elaborated on that part. Otherwise I'm inclined to believe that you are being ignorant and nonunderstandable.

Most people use Hidden Power [Ice] for the durability and coverage nowadays. Nasty Plot is hindering in the background as the uncommon move of choice, with Hidden Power [Ice] taking its place. But because this is WiFi (which you never stated) then I assume Nasty Plot sees more play than Hidden Power [Ice] being understandably hard to obtain.

Moving on, you are supposed to state clearly in the title/thread that this is an in-game team for WiFi use - you have not.

Also, your descriptions are fairly poor with an appealing format, even though you have presented all the pokemon's attributes. We don't allow for a single sentence for each pokemon, giving us facts about pokemon are not what we're after - we want strategic information. Here's a template - why is this pokemon in your team and what does it have to offer for your overall strategy?
