Kingdra @ Life Orb
Naughty - Swift Swim
252 Atk/176 SpAtk/86 Spd
Rain Dance
Waterfall
Draco Meteor
Surf

My Mixer. Rain Dances, then sweeps! Draco Meteor for coverage. Waterfall for any Blisseys who think they can switch in safely, and Surf for more STAB.

Milotic @ Toxic Orb
Modest - Marvel Scale
252 HP/232 Def/26 SpAtk
Surf
Ice Beam
Rest
Sleep Talk

Physical Wall. Toxic Orb poisons, so Marvel Scale is activated. Sweeps until low health, then Rests, so Marvel Scale is still activated!! Sleep Talks so he can still attack.

Infernape @ Choice Band
Adamant - Blaze
255 Atk/255 Spd
Close Combat
ThunderPunch
Stone Edge
U-Turn

Physical Attacker. Close Combat for STAB, ThunderPunch for any water types (aside from Swampert), Stone Edge for Salamence and other fliers, and U-Turn for any Darks/Psychics.

Gengar @ Wide Lens/Choice Scarf
Timid - Levitate
255 SpAtk/255 Spd
Hypnosis
Shadow Ball
Focus Blast
Thunderbolt

Special Attacker. Can't decide which item to have. Choice Scarf boosts Speed, but Wide Lens practically guarantees the Focus Blast hit. Standard Gengar moveset.

Blissey @ Leftovers
Bold - Natural Cure
255 HP/255 SpDef
Aromatherapy
Softboiled
Thunder Wave
Ice Beam

I wanted this guy to be my Special Wall, so I didn't give him any Defense EVs. Aromatherapy cures any statuses my team may have, Thunder Waves, Ice Beam for Dragon/Flying types, and Softboiled to heal.

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Impish - Keen Eye
252 HP/252 Def/6 Spd
Brave Bird
Roost
Spikes
Whirlwind

PHazer. Sets up Spikes, then Whirlwinds away! Brave Bird is for any attacking I might need.

This is my first attempt at team rating, so I'm not going to suggest chaning any pokémon, I'll just try and improve the pokémon already there.

Kingdra @ Life Orb
Naughty - Swift Swim
252 Atk/176 SpAtk/86 Spd
Rain Dance
Waterfall
Draco Meteor
Surf

My Mixer. Rain Dances, then sweeps! Draco Meteor for coverage. Waterfall for any Blisseys who think they can switch in safely, and Surf for more STAB.

I would go for a rash nature and 168 Atk EVs, because that will let you 2HKO blissey, who is one of the most common switch-ins against this pokémon. Put the remainder of the EV's in SpAtk, as surf is the main move you are going to be sweeping with. I would consider swapping Draco Meteor for Ice Beam (to counter Celebi) or Hiddwen Power eletric (for taking on Empoleon). Draco Meteor's main use is for neutral STAB, but it fails to heavily damge most common counters, and heavily reduces your sweeping potential (after one use, the damage from all your special attacks is halved)

Milotic @ Toxic Orb
Modest - Marvel Scale
252 HP/232 Def/26 SpAtk
Surf
Ice Beam
Rest
Sleep Talk

Physical Wall. Toxic Orb poisons, so Marvel Scale is activated. Sweeps until low health, then Rests, so Marvel Scale is still activated!! Sleep Talks so he can still attack.

I would advise you to use leftovers rather than Toxic orb, because while the defense boost is nice, you are going to lose leftovers recovery on top of being poisoned. I would also use Recover instead of Rest/Sleep talk because it is a more reliable form of recovery (While asleep you are as good as setup bait, even with sleep talk.) Sure, you can't do much about status, but with marvel scale, that's not really a problem. Use the spare moveslot for Hypnosis or toxic so you can do something to blissey. As for EVs, try using 212Hp/164Def/132SpAtk, this will let you survive a danced earthquake from Garchomp and will let you handle grass knot from mixape (who this team has trouble handling) as well. Go for a bold nature as well. It is a wall first and a sweeper second.

Infernape @ Choice Band
Adamant - Blaze
255 Atk/255 Spd
Close Combat
ThunderPunch
Stone Edge
U-Turn

Physical Attacker. Close Combat for STAB, ThunderPunch for any water types (aside from Swampert), Stone Edge for Salamence and other fliers, and U-Turn for any Darks/Psychics.

Swap thunderpunch for flare blitz. This will allow you to take down skarm, who is going to cause you problems, as well as providing a powerful STAB. Against most waters, STAB'ed close combat will do more damage anyways, and we have stone edge to take on gyara. Change the nature to Jolly, as you have adaquate attack power, due to choice band. The extra 3 EVs in Atk and Spd aren't doing anything, so you might as well put them into Hp, which may help youi once in a while.

Gengar @ Wide Lens/Choice Scarf
Timid - Levitate
255 SpAtk/255 Spd
Hypnosis
Shadow Ball
Focus Blast
Thunderbolt

Special Attacker. Can't decide which item to have. Choice Scarf boosts Speed, but Wide Lens practically guarantees the Focus Blast hit. Standard Gengar moveset.

Personally, I would go for a life orb, so you can 3HKO blissey, Gengar is fairly fast already so having a scarf isn't that important. Your set is fine, but I might possibly consider putting explosion over hypnosis, so you can OHKO blissey, which would open up a lot of possibilitys for the rest of your team (as the majority of them are easily walled by her). As with infernape, put the exess EVs into Hp, so they have a small chance of doing something.

Blissey @ Leftovers
Bold - Natural Cure
255 HP/255 SpDef
Aromatherapy
Softboiled
Thunder Wave
Ice Beam

I wanted this guy to be my Special Wall, so I didn't give him any Defense EVs. Aromatherapy cures any statuses my team may have, Thunder Waves, Ice Beam for Dragon/Flying types, and Softboiled to heal.

If you want to use a cleric bliss, then the set is fine, so I'll go straight to the EVs. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS give blissey Defense EVs. Yes, she is a special wall but with her godly stats, you don't really need much investment in SpDef or Hp. On the other hand, Def is a nesescity for stopping minor physical attacks and giving her 252 Def EVs more than doubles her defense. A better spread would be: 252Def/40SpAtk/216SpDef

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Impish - Keen Eye
252 HP/252 Def/6 Spd
Brave Bird
Roost
Spikes
Whirlwind

PHazer. Sets up Spikes, then Whirlwinds away! Brave Bird is for any attacking I might need.

Moveset is fine for what you want to do. Consider using shed shell to stop magnezone tearing you apart (roost is ample for recovery anyways) As for EVs, you will want: 252Hp/96Atk/156Def/4Spd The 4 speed EVs let you out whirlwind other skrams and the attack makes you a threat offensively.

um for milotic, you might want to go burn orb for less damage, and recover for better recovery. you still have marvel scale active with recover =)

Burn is 12 % per turn and if sandstorm or hail is going then it's 18%. Add this on to spikes and stealth rock damage and the damage that your opponent is doing and you'll find that milotic is gonna have massive trouble surviving. If you really want to use marvel scale then use the restalk set, and It'll activate when you rest.

definitely drop that toxic orb on milotic. it will hurt you more often than it will help. also, no choice band on infernape. you're limiting one of the best mixed sweepers in the game to be a physical sweeper when if you wanted a great physical sweeper you could do much better.

I disagree, Choice Band infernape is just as effective as Mixape. If not more so. Not only is it completely unexpected due to the popularity of the mixed set, it allows infernape to do substantionally more damage, due both to the choice band and the fact that you are not splitting your EVs between Atk and SpAtk. You can also have more one more attack than the mixed set, as you are not carrying nasty plot. This in turn lets you take out one of infernape's biggest counters (salamence) by stone edging on the switch. You also get U-Turn, which not only gives you more coverage, but lets you hit something for big damage and then let your wall/bulky pursuit user soak up their attack.

yes please dont make milotic go through the trauma of all that passive damage. all that passive damage really tends to result in an extreemly miserable water serpent. try using leftovers.
