Well, in this time, i´ll go a show Sandstorm team, but just have 1 Steel/Rock/Ground more than Hippowdown and maybe you can suggest others and i say thanks if are UU/NU ´Cause i don´t like too OU exept I like and do not stand out too.
And thats is all, go to the Deck Building, ups, sorry, i say Team Building xD

Building Process
Ok, firts i chosed Heracross to head of my team.

Now, i need it a pkmn than can support Flyng Weakness and the same time can Hit several every time and i find a Salamence than have a bonus whit the Trait.

After, i see a several Ice Weakness and put a Aggron how Physical Attacker.

Ok, now i don´t have a Lead and i thing in one than put Stealth Rock and have too much defenses and Hippowdown is my choice

Ready, and now need a Anti-Spinner and beetwin Spiritomb and Rotom(Any Form) i chosed Spiritom because is a Ghost/Dark, perfecto to cover heracross

The team is almots complete, but lack some pkmn than ressist Ice and are Buky, i search Bulky Waters and chosed Milotic ´cause have great coverage and exelent Hp and defenses.

Well, i see than every team need a pkmn than can put Stealth rock and i chosed Hippowdon cause i like thats guy and have a really stronger defenses than lack the speed not is a problem.
Also, he can use how a Phazer and perfect Staller thanks for Slack Off.

Ok, in the search of Anti-Spinner, Spiritomb result the best option cause can cover Heracross; in the same time can beat Sweepers and can have the roll of PPWarrior thanks to Protect + Pain Split + Will o Wisp can gain more time while SS hit every turn. I chose HP*Water for Fire pkmns like Heatran, Infernape and other pkmns than ressist W-o-W.

Well, he is the star of the show, when he is out beat any pkmn than not is more fast than him; I like RestTalk combo cause promisse more durability for the pkmn, the ev´s are spreaded to make Outspeed bulky Rotoms and Lucario Adamant.

A Bulky Water pkmn, HP*Electric to pkmns than can resist Toxic + Surf, lone Tentacruel, Empoleont, etc..
In this age, Milotic is the best Bulky Water cause, the weakness

are easily avoidable and can practically a great defense against monsters like Gyarados, Latias (not Choice Scarf / Choice Specs), Vaporeon, among others

Flamethrower + Earthquake is a great coverate to Scizor and Heatra, terrible threats to my team.

Yes, is a Aggron, you think than him not are ready to OU enviroment, but, when he can set 1 Rock Polish and activate Liechi Berry can HKO every in the game whit Head Smash exept Scizor, Heatran and Bronzong but, i think in Aqua Tail, is a neutral damage to thats guys and i can´t chose beetwin Super Power or Earthquake to replace Aqua Tail.

@Hera, you should change megahorn to nighslash. you need to be able to hit ghosts super effectivly and hit tombs neutrally. @mence I think that the regular mix mence would be much better as you are not locked into attacks. This can cause alot of switches and with SR that can be mence's demise.
@tomb, I find your idea on the hp water to be insightful but not practical. If you want protect you usually want to toxic not WoW. If you want to pp stall then that is another story I have a set for this but I need to find it. I'll have it to you soon.
 
I'd try a different set on Spiritomb, as HP Water just isn't powerful enough versus things like Heatran, and Pain Split really sucks in my opinion. I'd keep the EV's and run a moveset of Rest, Sleep Talk, Shadow Ball, and HP Fighting. This provides unresisted coverage, and helps against some notable threats, like Lucario.

I'd change the EV spread on Salamence to outpace +speed 90's and neutral natured 100s. At the worst you will tie with +speed 100s. Here's the spread: 4 Def/120 Att/136 SpA/252 Spd with a Naive Nature. This will aid in revenging notable threats like other Salamence and Flygon. Good luck with the team!
 
About Spiritomb, if you have other set than RestTalk, i say thanks, i don´t like thats in Spiritomb u_u.
I´ll go try Mix Mence whit Life Orb how you say(Sprinkles) but, i need a pkmn too fast because anything pass 100 Base and Aggron needs 1 Rock Polish :V
