Hello GUYS, I'm T3aFalGa3 and this is my best competitive ou team ever so I'd really love if you could give some tips to me. Please forgive me English errors ,It's not my first language

Donphan @ Red Card
Ability : Sturdy
EVs : 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Sp. Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SpA)
-Ice Shard
-Rapid Spin
-Earthquake
-Stealth Rock

Donphan's main role in this team is taking some physical Attacks with Impish nature to boost his Def stat
,after that he can some he can sat up some Stealth Rocks to do some damage to opponents pokemon especially flying type and Earthquake for the Stab and Ice Shard for priority but i does not do enough damage , and for the item Red card is quite useful i surprise my opponests with it .

Scizor-Mega @ Scizorite
Ability : Technician
EVs : 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpA)
-Bullet Punch
-U-turn
-Swords Dance
-Roost

The Star of this Team Mega Scizor my favorite mega of all time , Scizor is a beast in Atk with Technician and Adamant Nature to boost this stat , and Bullet is a good Stab with priority and after x4 Swords Dance he can sweep and tear apart an entire team , U turn also a good stab and to switch in bad situation , finally Roost for healing himself and gain some HP.

Blissey @ Leftovers
Ability : Natural Cure
EVs : 252 Def / 252 SDef / 4 HP
Blod Nature (+Def, -Atk)
-Soft-Boiled
-Aromatherapy
-Thunder Wave
-Focus Blast

Blissey is my Special Wall and Tand this big egg can take a lot of Special Atks cause off the good Sdef Stats and also HP , and she can also take some physical Atks thanks to the Blod Nature and Evs , as for the moveset Soft- boiled for instant healing , Aromatherapy for healing the other pokemons from burns and ... ,T-Wave for paralyzing opponent pokemons and Finally Focus Blast , yes Focus Blast it work for me against Dark type and other stuff but it miss a lot .

Ability : Protean
EVs : 252 Spe / 252 SpA / 4 HP
Hasty Nature (+Spe, -Def)

- Ice Beam
- Scald
- Dark Pulse

Greninja my special Atk pokemon with his ability protean he is a beast plus his speed stat i put a Hasty nuture on it cause i want to do a lot of damage with U-Turn , Scald and Dark Pulse are Stab and the do a lot of damage to the other team , ice beam is a good move and for the item we have a Life Orb to do more damage .

Garchomp @ Choice Scarf
Ability : Rough Skin
EVs : 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 SAtk
Naive Nature (+Spe, -SpDef)
- Dragon Claw
- Stone Edge
- Fire Blast
- Earthquake

Scarf Garchomp is Back i love this pokemon even with the new type the fairies , he have goog Speed and Atk and also SAtk , Scarfchomp can outspeed a lot of pokemon he can outspeed Mega Zard X with 1 DD and kill it with Dragon claw , DC and EG are Stabs they give a lot of damage , Stone Edge to hit flying type that i can(t hit with EG and for Fire Blast i put Naive Nature on Garcha to deal some damage to some steel type that give me hard time like Ferrothorn and Skarmory.

Jolteon @ Air Balloon
Ability : Volt Absorb
EVs : 252 SpAtk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)
- Hidden Power Ice
- Shadow Ball
- Volt switch
- Thunderbolt

Jolteon is my favorite evee evolution with a godly speed Stat and a Good Satk stat , i put it with timid nature for more speed and Thunderbolt is a stab that kill a lot of oppo pokemon Volt switch is the name said to switch when bad things are about to happen Hidden P ice for Dragon type and Gliscor family Shadow Ball is a good move for coverage , Air Balloonto avoid EG cause Joltean don't have good Def stat

Well there are a few things I notice right off the bat:
First of all, you should really reconsider Focus Blast on Blissey. Seismic Toss is going to be a better move the majority of the time due to its perfect accuracy and not relying on Blissey's terrible offensive stats.
Second, I would personally recommend a Timid nature on your Greninja. A -def nature paired with Life Orb is going to result in you going down very quickly, and U-Turn really isn't going to be doing tons of damage regardless, so -atk is really less of a loss than -def.
Finally, I'd recommend replacing your Jolteon with a Thundurus-I. It doesn't need Air Balloon since it's part flying, and it also has better abilities and generally better stats. It may not be as fast, but with better item selection like Life Orb or Expert Belt it will be doing more damage and is still pretty fast.

I personally feel like having u-turn on sword dance scizor is contradicting i personally run knock off over u-turn and having my scizor with the ev spread of 252 hp 40 attack and 216 special defense. Overall though the team build looks solid great job man.
 
Thanks for the advice man i will put Knock off over U-turn and i will change the Evs spread

Yea that's a solid choice over jolteon I personally think life orb is the better option cause it gives it more power than expert belt
 
Also instead of hasty nature on Greninja run naive nature as it's plus speed and minus special defense, as most forms of priority are physical Greninja will be able to take them a bit easier
 
Very solid team, and everything I was going to suggest has already been said. The one thing I do recommend is changing Red Card to Leftovers on Donphan as Red Card is mostly for suicide leads, but Donphan is so physically bulky it often stays around for a whole battle. Leftovers will give Donphan more longevity as well as give it more mid+late game use. Hope I helped, and overall solid team and your English is really good :]
