Basic Reasoning, Beasts Physical hits, Phazes when necessary, SR setup While initiating Sandstorm (Especially useful that he is slow since it sometimes stops other weather abusing leads).

Synergy: Takes EQ's Aimed @ Tentacruel, Heatran, & Terrakion, and T-bolts aimed @ Anyone / Tenta especially.

Well, I needed someone to abuse the Sp Def boost and still be an epic powerhouse Physical hole puncher. W/ Terra's Speed / Attack its just natural to give it a CB and let it wreck thing. Obviously CC/SE for powerful STAB's X-Scissor for the occasional Psychic's and Grasses and Quick for Priority because sometimes things just set up too many dances or CM's getting cocky and will let you get them low life. and I can use it to end their sweep before it begins. CB'd the damage is respectable.

Synergy: Honestly, None most likely. He's just the physical Pivot of the team the rest were built to support him.

Scizor @ Choice Band
Trait: Technician
EVs: 252 Attack / 248 Hp / 8 Spe
Adamant Nature (+Attack - Sp Atk)

Once again. I still felt the need for a strong stabbed Priority, however the major reason Scizor was chosen is because it lures in Fire Attacks & WoW's for my other team mates to take advantage of. Heatran Absorbs Fire, Tenta walls it, and Latios Resists. U-turn sometimes comes in very handy against slower stall oriented teams in order to check counters or just get damage before bringing in a resist or immunity.

Synergy: Resists ALL of Latios weakness, Lures Fire-Type attacks for heatran, Lures EQ for Latios / Hippodown and makes switching in Tentacruel easier on choiced pokemon locked into fire can take Grass type attacks aimed @ tentacruel and a EQ in desperate situations.

Special Attacking Hole Puncher, Latios is mostly used to abuse its AMAZING Draco Meteor damage it instantly demolishes almost anything that doesn't resist it and isn't a blissey clone. However Psychoshock is there to take care of blissey and its clones if I can get some decent residual damage on it. Trick is obviously to cripple anything that gets too dangerous or if for some reason I can't break through a wall. Surf gets good coverage beside dragon & hits heatran & Excadrill for SE damage. DM / PS are obvious Stabs.

Synergy: Resists or is immune to all of Scizors weakness or common moves used to damage him, Can come in on fighting type attacks aimed @ Heatran and also EQ's aimed @ heatran, Scizor, Or Tentacruel and Psychic's aimed @ Terra / Tenta if necessary.

Heatran @Choice Scarf
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 Sp Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Hp
Timid Nature (+Spe - Atk)

Earth Power

Needed a revenge killer and something that is rarely outsped by anything not already holding a choice scarf. Also needed additional resistance to Ice Beams and Dark type moves aimed @ Latios and to absorb fire moves aimed @ Scizor plus at this point I had nothing that could much touch Nattori or Skarmory for over 50% much less OHKO them. and aren't affected by Tentacruels Toxic Spikes. also has one other AMAZING purpose. You would not BELIEVE the times that another weather team thinks they are being cute by switching out their ninetails (my sandstorm counters it on turn 1 as hippo is slower) and switching back in and trying to hit my hippodown w/ a special fire move. Which sometimes I don't usually immediately bring heatran in on. I'll sometimes wait for later and let something abusing the suns power flash fire boost me, then w/ Flash Fire + Sun + Fire Blasts Ridiculous BP + STAB + Heatran's amazing sp attack combined w/ Scarfs speed I'll come in and just wreak havoc on all their fire abusers w/ my own fire attacks and SR/Toxic spikes usually brings them into KO range since most fire types are SR weak.

Synergy: Stops Sunny day teams in their tracks, Absorbs scizors lured Fire attacks, Counters Shandera perfectly assuming im not locked into fire already. Takes Dragon / Ice attacks for Latios along w/ dark type attacks unless they are weak in which case Terra takes them for attack boost. Also gives me more immunity to Toxic Spikes and Resistance to SR and can often take Ice / Grass attacks aimed @ hippodown and grass attacks for Tentacruel.

Trait: Liquid Ooze
EVs: 252 HP / 16 Spe / 248 Def
Bold Nature (-Atk + Def)
Boil Over
Rapid Spin
Toxic Spikes
Evil Eye

Needed a spinner to keep SR and other hazards from eating me up w/ Damage. Picked Tenta because it removes Toxic Spikes Spins Sets up its own toxic spikes and between spikes / Boil Over can effectively use Evil Eye to kill any ghosts trying to block rapid spin itself in most cases. Exceptions being levitators like Mismagius that carry t-bolt. Boil over is to help tank physical hits which we all know aren't tentacruel's favorite and also to status levitators and fliers.

Synergy: Takes Special fire attacks for Scizor / Hippowdon if Heatran is incapacitated, Takes Ice beams for Latios & Hippowdon, Takes Water type moves for heatran and some degree scizor and hippowdon.

Overall I think it works very well though its heavily dependent on prediction skills to keep momentum on your side as a one or two bad predicts means you might loose. What with 4 out of 6 pokemon being choice users and only 1 can trick their item away.

Any suggestions? Was considering maybe going for CM version of Latios but really w/ Sandstorm it isn't worth it.
 
Honestly, It works for me. It just suits my style.

I guess I depend on making all the right moves at the right times, Do or Die. I depend on making accurate switch in's to revenge killers attack and making my own correct plays and using such ridiculously strong moves that if they predict wrong it will cost them a pokemon.

But aside from the obvious "Why 4 choice users?" response any other constructive rates? or at the very least if you must include that sentence could you please provide me with what you believe to be a better option? and why?
 
keep scarftran, but try double dance terrakion, bulky sd scizor and LO latios. that's also all their best sets, and u kill off so many more things with more flexibility. Also, ur team is very EQ weak. use air balloon on ur terrakion, no matter wat the set, or u could scrap it altogether. I know u made ur team around it, but it's not really good enough to be that good, if u get wat im sayin. Lastly, scarfchomp will wreck ur team in it's current state if hippowdon is dead, so keep that in mind.

Definantly use bulky SD scizor, its so tank
 
Maybe swords dance Cobalion with HP ice and air balloon might be a good replacement to Terakion. As previously stated you have a bit of a ScarfChomp problem and I think that cobalion is a pretty good check to it with air balloon
