I'd replace Ice Beam with Grass Knot to deal with Swampert, as you already have Ice Beam on Cresselia which is quite bulky. Also, that Garchomp is usable but most people consider it cheap, so use it on your on risk.

On to the rate..

So heracross pretty much rapes this team especially scarf. Hippo is your best switch, but once it takes some damage, or if it switches in on hazards, hera can probably 2hko with one of it's STABs. To aid this, I suggest putting gliscor over cress because it's really just dead weight. Especially with the Stalk set, it dosent DO anything. Gliscor could set rocks, counter garchomp to an extent, and, most importantly, rid you of your heracross weak. This would leave you a bit open to mixape, so to fix that, I would scarf Tar and make garchomp yache instead of bright powder. This would allow him to absorb an hp ice if need be and kill with earthquake.

Cspecs ttar is really quite lolable. If you want a special set use a boah variant. Also agreed on heraweak, you need a gliscor, I'd put it over Hippowdon because having both of them on the same team is redundant.

You also need to post EVs and natures, I'm not going to trust you just saying they're good, good is a relative term. For a full rate you should always post EVs and nature.
