Hello everyone, I'm new to this online pokemon thing, so please leave constructive feedback about my team!

Nature:Adamant

-Outrage
-Dragon Claw
-Roost
Dragonite. DD up once then dominate half of your opponent's team. Dragon Claw scouts your opponent in case he makes a switch out into a tank(so you won't be locked into Outrage and can make a switch) Roost takes advantage of D-nite's multiscale ability(halves damage taken when at full HP). D-nite in my team functions as a sort of suicide bomber. Strike quick and powerful.

Ability:Skill Link
EVs: 252 Atk
208 Spe
48 HP
Nature:Jolly
----------------------
-Icicle Spear
-Shell Smash
-Rock Blast
-Razor Shell

Aside from being one of my favourite pokemon, Cloyster serves as my Anti-Dragon for this team. White Herb negates the negative effect of Shell Smash. Icicle Spear and Rock Blast take advantage of Cloyster's Ability, Skill Link(increases the frequency of multi-strike moves).

Ability:Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP
252 Def
4 Spe
Nature:Bold
-------------
-Calm Mind
-Psychic
-Psyshock
-Focus Blast

Reuniclus functions as a special sweeper. Life Orb takes advantage of its ability, Magic Guard(take damage only from attacks). That gives Reuniclus a 30% damage increase plus the advantage of not locking it into a single move(Choice items). Reuniclus also serves as a minor tank.

Ability:Technician
EVs: 252 HP
216 Sp Def
40 Atk
Nature:Adamant
---------------------
-Swords Dance
-Bullet Punch
-Superpower
-Roost

Sweeping with Scizor is a blast. SD up once or twice and you've got an almost unstoppable force, capable of downing a skarmory in 2 hits(without it using roost, of course). It also doesn't get downed easily(especially with roost), having only 1 weakness.

Ability:Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk
252 Spe
4 HP
Nature:Adamant
-----------------------
-Outrage
-Earthquake
-Brick Break
-Dragon Claw

Another powerful sweeper and the second Dragon in this team. I added Choice Scarf because Haxorus isn't the fastest pokemon even with max speed and like many sweepers this thing's defenses are fragile. I play Haxorus similarly to Dragonite. Go in, take a few opposing pokemon out before getting taken out.

Ability:Guts
EVs: 252 Atk
136 Sp Def
120 HP
Nature:Adamant
---------------------
-Bulk up
-Drain Punch
-Mach Punch
-Stone Edge

Another great sweeper and the closest thing I can get to a tank without useless offensive capabilities. Conkeldurr is usually the last to attack and takes that as an advantage. If you go last and make a Drain Punch/Stone Edge and the opposing pokemon has a sliver of HP left, use mach punch and finish it. This has definitely helped me a lot. Bulk up and Mach Punch works perfectly too.

What I've noticed is that this team has some trouble with lead Ninjasks(the sub SD+Speed Boost+baton pass variant), though that might just be me(I'm not the best player). I've even tried using the lead ninjask in a team just to find its weaknesses but the first game I got into was with a 10-year old with a Latios that kept spamming "loser" which pissed me off.

I'm not very good at rating teams, but I hope to be helpful somehow.
Looks like this team has a huge weakness to skarmory, since you don't have any good check or even super-effective move, and since it's quite common, I'd suggest to fix that weakness.

Also, you say that Cloyster serves as your anti-dragon, but I think that your scarfed Haxorus can already take that role, as it can easily revenge-kill Lati@s, Dragonite after Stealth Rock damage, non-scarfed Hydreigon; +1 Salamence can be troublesome.

So... to solve these problems, I'd suggest you to replace your Cloyster with a Rotom-W, which is great against Skarmory and pairs wonderfully with Scizor, but you still need some adjustments. Try a set like this for Rotom: 112 hp, 252 sp.atk, 144 spe, @Leftovers, Modest nature; moves: Volt Switch, Hydro pump, Will-o-Wisp, Pain split; I'd also change your Scizor's set in order to make it more effective in conjunction with Rotom-W; try a Choice Band set with Adamant nature, 252 hp, 252 atk, 4 spe; Bullet Punch, U-turn, Superpower, Pursuit.

Also, I don't think your Reuniclus is really helping your team since one of the reasons you should use it is to counter fighting-type pokemon, and since you already have Dragonite for them, I would replace it to cover your weaknesses better.
I see you don't make use of Stealth Rock, and though it's not as useful as in the previous generation because of the fall of the concept of "lead", it's still a very useful move, helping you to counter Dragonites, Gyarados, and Volcarona. That said, I'd replace Reuniclus for a pseudo-lead Metagross, which helps you against opposing Salamences.
Try this set: @Leftovers, 252 hp, 252 atk, 4 def, adamant nature; Meteor mash, Stealth Rock, Hammer harm, Bullet punch. It'll also help you against Ninjasks, due to BP.

Finally, I'd make some more little adjustments.

About Dragonite, change his moveset into one like this: D-Dance, Outrage/Dragon claw, Fire punch, Extreme speed. I don't really like Roost in a non-bulky D-nite set, and Fire punch and E-speed add more coverage and sweeping capabilities.

About Haxorus, change Dragon claw into Dual chop, so you can break substitutes.

About Conkeldurr, I think you made a mistake when you wrote the EVs, as I think that 136 spe should go in sp def, right? Also I'd run Payback over Stone edge with a brave nature, because I personally like 100 accuracy and can also hurt Lati@s on the switch, but feel free to keep it if you prefer, that's just my personal opinion.

I think that's all, sorry for my bad english, it's not my language, I hope you understood what I wrote =)

I was thinking of switching out a d-nite move for fire punch myself, and extremespeed has helped quite a bit. So far stealth rock has been quite useful and I must admit I underestimated it a bit O_o. Banded Scizor has worked out GREAT, possibly better then SD scizor. Yes, the stats on Conkeldurr were supposed to go to its Sp Def, I'm going to fix that right after I post this.. Stone Edge has failed me a lot of times, I'm not that worried to see it go :P Thanks for the tips, greatly appreciated!
And I don't see what's wrong with your English, but it's not my native language as well :/

Hello and welcome to smogom:)
I do not have much advice to give you, however, instead of Scizor Magnezone I can see that there is to trap the steel type pokemon, to promote dragonite and haxorus.
gl for the team.

Thank you :P
Magnezone with what ability, EV spread, item and moves? I'm not familiar with magnezone(or any steel types in general, with the exception of Scizor, Metagross and Aggron)

Nice team,
I think you should replace the scarf on haxorus with choice band since you already have conkeldurr and scizor for revenge killing as the power of cb haxorus is really immense

I've tried that, but Haxorus is very fragile and if it's slow that's like adding salt to the wound. Scarfed it outspeeds most pokemon but banded it's too slow. Plus there's the threat of enemy dragons when my d-nite is down. I've tried this and cannot take them down.

Try testing Dragon Dance Haxorus, you may like it more since it is fast and powerful. With one Dragon Dance, it's like having Choice Scarf + Choice Band, and still being able to switch moves. Lum Berry protects against self confusion, and Pokes that try to burn it. Taunt allows Haxorus to cripple the numerous defensive steel types that would normally be able to wall it. Outrage is STAB and hits every type without resistance except steel, which is what Earthquake is for.

Haxorus @ Lum Berry
252 Spe/252 Atk/4 Hp
Adamant
-Dragon Dance
-Taunt
-Earthquake
-Outrage

Haxorus can work. But since he has no access to Fire Fang or Fire Blast, you need coverage against steel types. Include Brick Break for Haxorus.

That's not really necessary. Earthquake hits every Steel-type except Skarmory and things holding an Air Balloon. After a Dragon Dance, even Outrage will still do a hefty chunk to most things not named Skarmory. Which is what the other 5 team slots are for.

But yeah, to the OP, I highly reccomend the DD Haxorus set

Maybe running lum berry instead of leftovers on Dragonite with help with confusion and status and you should try running recover over psychic since Reuniclus is generally a slow poke and will be attacked first while setting up.

From what I've seen so far as soon as I go into a stat-boosting move the opponent switches out into a Ferrothorn/Skarmory/Gliscor and tanks damage before using Roost/Protect and stops my Outrage.

Lum berry on D-nite helps, but as psychic is the most powerful STAB move for Reuniclus, I'm not that willing to lose it. I suppose there's psyshock but a lot of Fighting type pokemon have been running around with high defenses and psyshock is even a 4HKO in some cases.

Thank you :P
