ORAS OU Rate my team please, new here

Hello everyone :).

This is my first time posting here so don't be too harsh with me please.
This is also the first time I've come up with a team and it took me some time since I'm kinda new to the competetive pokemon scene, but it's a blast!

So here's my team:

I didn't know where you start when building a team, so I decided to pick my favourite mon and build my team around it. So the first and my favourite one is:

Mega Charizard-Y!

latest

Charizard-Y @ Charizardite Y
Ability: Blaze / Drought
EVs: 252 Sp.Att / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Fire Blast
- Solar Beam
- Focus Blast
- Roost

Standard Charizard Y propably. I'm thinking about removing Roost for Dragon pulse for more coverage but we'll see. I usually lead with it to instantly mega evolve so I can bring pain onto the opposing team (Fire blast is so strong), depends on the enemy team though.
Stealth Rocks are a huge problem so leading with it minimizes that problem because most ppl I've face lead with a common rock setter which are (in most cases) physical walls.

I still needed someone to remove rocks, set rocks and be a good bulky pokemon overall:

Donphan!

tumblr_n0iovhL07D1rjenv2o1_500.gif

Donphan @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Att
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock
- Stone Edge
Nothing much to say here. Gets rid of rocks, sets rocks, switches into physical attacks others can't tank and can do a good job at walling certain pokes while still dishing out great damage.

Sylveon!

latest

Sylveon @ Chesto Berry
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe
Bold Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Calm Mind
- Rest
- Psyshock

I love Sylveon. I use it as my special wall and it's doing a great job at it. It already has high special def so I invested something into def so it gets bulkier on that side aswell. It's great so switch into outrage Dragonites to set up and well you can switch it into everything. Hyper voice still hits hard and when set up you can even sweep for a good amount. And well everyone needs a fairy these days so yeah.. Sylveon it is.

Hydreigon!

hydreigon.gif

Hydreigon @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Sp.Att / 252 Spe / 4 Sp.Def
Impish Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Dark Pulse
- Flash Cannon
- Earth Power

Propably my favourite Dragon. It has a really high sp.att and does so much dmg it's awesome. I use this to check things like Rotom-W and/or bulky physic types such as slowbro. Flash Cannon for fairies.

Conkeldurr!

conkeldurr.gif

Conkeldurr @ Assault vest
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Att / 236 Sp.Def / 20 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Knock off
- Ice Punch

This thing is so powerful! It's my physical wallbreaker and it's so good. With the split and assault vest it's really bulky and can take some hits. I use it mostly to predict status attacks to switch him into so I can kind of sweep from there.

Now to the pokemon I'm not sure about:

Bisharp!

bisharp.gif

Bisharp @ BlackGlasses
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Att / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Knock off
- Swords Dance
- Iron Head
- Sucker Punch

Standard Bisharp set. I was unsure which Pokemon I should use for my last slot so a friend adviced me to try Bisharp. It works yeah. It's a good thing to use vs fairy types and can sweep when set up. The sucker punch mindgames are cool aswell but I'm still not sure about this pokemon. I need your help there guys!

Alright so that's my team for now. Do you have any tips or improvements for my team? Maybe even a different pokemon you'd suggest? I appreciate all kinds of information since as I said I'm kinda new and I'm trying my best to get to know things through reading and stuff.
I hope you can help me! Thanks in advance :)

Yo

What I see is you have a big Keldeo, Mega Charizard X, and Mega Altaria weakness, as well as others. So to remedy your Keldeo weakness and have a beneficial Water-resist for the team, Starmie > Donphan is a better choice. Donphan has no place in OU whatsoever and Starmie is much better in general and offers nice synergy with Mega Charizard Y, as well as a Status Sponge through Natureal Cure. Next Tyranitar > Bisharp would be a better choice. Tyranitar allows you to reset weather as well as still check the Lati duo for Mega Charizard Y. It also serves as a fast Electric check, a problem with Starmie and Mega Charizard. At this point you don't have Stealth Rocks and you fail against threats such as Mega Lopunny. To remedy this I suggest Tank Garchomp > Hydreigon. TankChomp gives you a better physically bulky tank that wears down U-Turners and physical attackers, like Bisharp, through Rocky Helmet + Rough Skin. You still have a Mega Altaria problem and to setup sweepers in general. You're team is also quite slow, only Tyranitar being relatively fast. So I belive you should run Klefki over Sylveon. Sylveon is terrible in this metagame, especially the Defensive Set. Klefki brings you a solid hazard stack team with Garchomp and gives your team valuable resists. Finally due to having a weakness to Stall and Klefki being able to be overloaded by Fairies and be trapped by Magnezone, I think Gengar would be a solid addition over Conkeldurr. It gives you a viable way of circumventing what Mega Altaria can do as well as being you a great way of breaking down Stall.

Thanks for you time. Everything you say sounds logical to me so I'll definately try these things out. I have a few questions though. Why exactly is Sylveon bad in the current metagame? I've only heard good things about Sylveon, might've been wrong though. Do I have something reliable to deal with dragons or am I being blind here? Then I like your Taunt Gengar idea to stop stall and mons to set up. Wouldn't they just destroy Gengar because he's so squishy when using taunt?
I have 2 Life Orb carriers then but VGC rules and the standard league in the game allow only one item per team, any alternatives?

Thanks so far!

Sylveon is considerated bad because it faces a ton of competition offensively and defensively, in the offense M-Garde has better coverage and speed, and defensively Clefable is way better, Klefki is a great asset here like KidMagic said, because nothing here is really fast and Zard-Y loves T-Wave and Spikes support to nab extra KO's.

If you dont want to use LO with Gengar, you can try HexGar, wich is also a StallBreaker.

Gengar @ Black Sludge
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 SpD
Timid Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Hex
- Sludge Wave
- Taunt

Hope that helps c:
