Rate My Team Please [UU]

Hello, I am PandaPanda and this is my first RMT. As I am new to UU and competitive Pokemon as a whole, please help me with this team. I have used it to some success but have had several hair-tearingly close defeats where it came down to the last Pokemon. Without any further delay...

Probopass @ Leftovers
Role: Entry Hazard, Paralysis Support, Steel Trapper
EVs: 252 HP/168 SpD/88 Spe
Calm Nature
Ability: Magnet Pull
-Stealth Rock
-Magnet Rise
-Earth Power
-Thunder Wave

A strange blend of Magnet Rise and Support Probopass is my lead. Snaring Steelix leads is very satisfying, as Probopass just outspeeds them and Magnet Rises over any Earthquakes. Stealth Rock is invaluable to have, softening up targets and ruining Focus Sashes, while Thunder Wave provides excellent support, giving occasional free turns and lowering speed to give easier kills to my sweepers. Earth Power is to kill aformentioned trapped Steelixes and is used so that Probopass doesn't just roll over and die to Taunt.

Claydol @ Leftovers
Role: Fighting Counter/Physical Wall, Entry Hazard Remover, Screen Support
EVs: 252 HP/144 Def/114 SpA
Bold Nature
Ability: Levitate
-Rapid Spin
-Psychic
-Earth Power
-Reflect

Claydol patches up what Probopass doesn't- It gums up Fighting and Ground attacks and removes Entry Hazards instead of creating them. With immunity or resistance to Toxic Spikes, Spikes, and Stealth Rock, Rapid Spin is an excellent support choice. I previously had problems with Scarfed Hitmonlee, but Claydol using Reflect and threatening a STABed Psychic scares it away. Earth Power provides another good STAB. Takes hits very well.

Clefable @ Leftovers
Role: Paralysis Support, Screen Support, Special Wall
EVs: 252 HP/252 SpD/4 Spe
Calm Nature
Ability: Magic Guard
-Light Screen
-Softboiled
-Thunder Wave
-Seismic Toss

Clefable sets up Light Screen, shutting off Special Attackeres and at the very least sacrificing itself to facilitate a revenge kill. Softboiled is pretty standard, being recovery and all. Thunder Wave is the important move here- it puts the opponents speed down so that my late game sweepers can ruin them. Seismic Toss is a standard attack, breaking Substitutes and dealing decent damage. I was considering switching Light Screen for Shadow Ball to deal with Rotom and Shedinja more effectively.

Dodrio @ Choice Scarf
Role: Revenge Killer, Further Anti-Fighting, Late Game Clean Up
EVs: 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Adamant Nature
Ability: Early Bird
-Brave Bird
-Return
-Payback
-Flail

Brave Bird and Return put huge dents in everything, including Scarfed Primeape and Scarfed Hitmonlee, both of whom I had problems with in a few matches. Payback takes care of Rotom while Flail smacks around other Pokemon in the late game after a few switches into Stealth Rock, but only if Claydol has been doing its job sloppily.

Sharpedo @ Life Orb
Role: Mixed Sweeper, Wall Breaker, Endure/Salac Breaker
EVs: 76 Atk/180 SpA/252 Spe
Hasty Nature
Ability: Rough Skin
-Surf
-Earthquake
-Crunch
-Ice Beam

Sharpedo is often overlooked due to his lackluster defenses. However, in compensation, Sharpedo boasts above average attacking stats and speed, as well as a diverse movepool. Surf crushes Steelix and Aggron, Earthquake takes down the Nidos and Toxicroak, Crunch pummels Hypno and Grumpig into submission, and Ice Beam sends Leafeon and Meganium to a chilly grave. When an opponents team is paralyzed, Sharpedo suddenly represents an even larger threat. Nothing can outspeed him and take repeated attacks, and every paralyzed turn is another turn that Sharpedo takes a chunk out of your team. With the ability Rough Skin he also counters Endure/Salac Pokemon rather nicely, dragging them down along with him.

Glaceon @ Choice Specs
Role: Late Game Special Sweeper
EVs: 252 SpA/252 Spe/6 Def
Modest Nature
Ability: Snow Cloak
-Ice Beam
-Shadow Ball
-Hidden Power [Fighting]
-Hyper Beam/Water Pulse/Swift

Glaceon with Paralysis support is terrifying. Suddenly his forgetful speed is made up for, and that base 130 Special Attack stat backed by Choice Specs and STAB on one of the best attacking types in the game gets to shine. Ice Beam takes tremendous chunks out of almost everything. Shadow Ball murders special walls such as Grumpig and Hypno while Hidden Power [Fighting] destroys Steelix, Aggron, Probopass and the like. The last slot is a toss up, due to Glaceon's scant movepool. Hyper Beam could potentially do massive damage but the turn lost just isn't worth it. Water Pulse is considerable but adds little in the way of coverage or damage. Swift might be worth it, providing a safe way to deal plenty of damage.

So there you have it, my team in a nutshell. Please comment and help! I'm sorry if it's too long to read.
