Sorry, but this really is just for team rates for once a team is 100% complete and ready to be put on the spotlight of criticism after you have had some success with it or whatever the reason. Sorry, but this really can't be rated.
Try some different sets out and see what you like (on the PO server for example) and once you have that set up and the way you want it, you should have no problem finding things to talk about in the description.
