Hi spino55, welcome to Smogon! :)
EV's, movesets, nature, and ability would be appreciated, haha. So would a 5 line description under all your Pokemon. It just helps raters understand your thought process on why you picked them, etc.
You should check out some teams here to see how much detail they put in their descriptions. You should also check out The RMT rules, just so you know how to properly post a RMT.

PS dude, Excadrill is currently Uber right now...so you can't use him in OU! Better find a replacement!

Be sure to read: http://www.smogon.com/forums/announcement.php?f=119&a=176 to check out how to write an RMT and stuff. It's incredibly hard to rate a team without knowing sets and everything. Also, be sure to say which tier you're planning on using the team in, how you plan on using the team, etc. The more you put into the RMT, the more we can give back. :D.
