Rate my team please :)

Please rate my team, I'm trying to succeed in OU but i'm stuck in 1600-1700 in my ladder. Also I keep trying to find what is the 6th pokemon my team needs, i want you to tell me if I should replace something or if you see holes in it. I would really appreciate it
Well here is my team:

Smeargle (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Own Tempo
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Spore
- Sticky Web
- Stealth Rock
- Magic Coat
Smeargle is an excellent lead, it can stop enemy leads by using magic coat or spore. Stealth rocks is specially good against Talonflame who has been giving me some problems. Also Sticky Web really works with salamence and mega-lucario, after the sticky web mega-lucario and salamence plus 1 DD are faster than a scarf-chomp giving them a free pass to sweep the enemy team

Greninja (M) @ Life Orb/Expert Belt
Ability: Protean
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Ice Beam
- Surf
- Dark Pulse
- Grass Knot
I use Greninja as my revenge killer it is really fast and can kill lots of things with those STAB moves. It works well against enemy Gliscor, Scarf-chomps (After the sticky web) and aegislash. I have been thinking that maybe a Choice-Specs Noivern could be better but you guys tell me

Salamence (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw
- Roost
The problem with salamance is that any Ice Shard can kill it so once you get rid of the enemy Pokemon that could counter it with ice shard (Lucario kills Cloyster and mamoswine easily) and you get a sticky web in the enemy side you can pretty much kill everything, if you get 1 dd and the sticky web you can out-speed anything making him an excellent sweeper

Rotom-Wash @ Chesto Berry
Ability: Levitate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 202 SDef / 252 HP / 54 Def
Calm Nature
- Rest
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
It is one of the most common pokemon in the tier for a very good reason is an excellent wall. Everytime I see that a special atack is coming i send out my Rotom and it eats it easily
I put some EVs in defense just for Talonflame one of the most annoying pokemon in the tier.

Mega-Lucario.png

Lucario (M) @ Lucarionite
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Aura Sphere
- Nasty Plot
- Vacuum Wave
- Flash Cannon
It has been my main sweeper in this team, after you get a nasty plot is almost unstoppable, adaptability in mega-lucario makes flash cannon and aura sphere really great moves, and vacuum wave helps you get rid of faster pokemon.

I don't know which pokemon i should use in the sixth spot, probably a defensive wall? I have been trying with:

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 232 Def / 252 HP / 24 SDef
Impish Nature
- Roost
- Whirlwind
- Spikes
- Brave Bird

Tyranitar @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 196 Atk / 24 Def / 36 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Dragon Dance
- Crunch
- Stone Edge

And i think those ones do not work well
If you could please help me I would really appreciate it

PD. I use nicknames just didn't want to post them here for some reason

A big threat I would like to point out is mach punch. A good way to address it is by using your sixth spot for a ghost or psychic wall. I suggest a ghost type to act as a spinblocker. I really hate to say it but chandalure could do wonders for this team. chandalure would switch into opposing fighting types and use will-o-wisp to take care of any physical sweepers they had in mind. also I would like to point out that breloom is a common mach punch user and he could take down a lot of your pokemon with spore. Thanks to grass type buff he can switch into your smeargle on spore then use the poor guy as set up fodder. the main problem I see is that this team doesn't really have a core in mind. the most basic core is fire water grass, ice ground fire is another good example. I think that you need a fire type to eat will-o-wisp or a pokemon with a strong priority. (talonflame lol). If you slap Ttar on then your fighting weakness will be through the roof. Skarmory would be ok but the spikes set would be redundant with smeargle.

Smeargle: Oh god the taunt. Be careful. Great lead, but a taunt Sableye is a real killer, and another common lead. Switching to a priority move may be a good idea.

Greninja: There is a reason I have come to hate this thing, and you exemplify that reason. This thing is so hard to kill, and is very difficult to switch into, but Assault Vest T-Tar is a pretty big threat to Greninja.

Salamence: Maybe switch to Scarfmence? Not sure what to do here, it's not horrible, and nobody really likes switching into this. Also, try out stone edge to get rid of those pesky ice-types.

Lucario: The bane of almost everything. It is so difficult to counter this guy, unless... Once again. Assault Vest T-Tar. Bewaaaaaare.

Skarmory: Maybe lead with this? Unless he is a second resort at hazards, is you get Defog'd/Rapid Spin'd. Other than that, no real suggestions.

Tyranitar: USE ASSAULT VEST. Dragon dance pales in comparison to the sheer tanking ability of this monster. Also, you may want to switch Crunch for Knock Off, which got a buff this gen. Also, hazards... Again? Do you seriously get slammed by the hazard clearing moves?

Additions: Scolipede. Solves your LSS (Low-Speed Syndrome) and is an annoying little bugger (I like puns) with Swords Dance too. Hope your luck improves :D
