Rate my team please!

Another "rate my team" post... Well I'm not realy good competitively, so I'm asking to correct my team. Please tell me everything, what's wrong. Thanks!

Gliscor/ jolly/ poison heal/ toxic orb/ 252 HP, 252 Spe, 4 atk
Taunt
Fire fang
U-turn
Gliscor is my lead. It has taunt, witch prevents light screen and reflect and other status moves. It allso has fire fang for ice types, couse it has 4x weakness to them. U-turn is allways good for lead. Should I use protect or roost or something else in free place?

Blissey/ bold/ natural cure/ leftovers/ 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 SpD
Refresh
Softboiled
Thunder wave
Dazzling gleam
Blissey is my favourite special wall, but with softboiled she can resist even some physical atacks.

Greninja/ timid/ protean/ expert belt/ 252 SpA, 252 Spd, 4 Atk
Extrasensory
Ice beam
Dark pulse
Shadow sneak
Greninja is great special attacker. Protean is wonderfull. You can't know what type greninja will become. I know my greninja is special, but shadow sneak has a priority, so it's great.

Donphan/ sturdy/ careful/ item?/ 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 SpDef
Rapid spin
Play rough
Poison jab
Toxic/Thunder Fang
Donphan is my rapid spiner. It's allways useful for annoying sticky web, toxic spikes, spikes and stealth rock. It's a physical wall alwright and has great attack stat too.

Ampharos/ mold break/ modest/ ampharosite/ 252 SpAtk, 252 Spe, 4 HP
Agility
Dragon pulse
Thunderbolt
?
Mega ampharos is soo slow... I'm going to use agility on it before anything else. It has humangus special attack and it is bulky alwright. I thing mega ampharos has a potential, but it's not very popular. What should i put in the last attack slot?

I don't know what should I use for my last pokemon. I like brick break (breaks reflect and light screen) and earthquake is realy cool. Mabe pokemon with reflect and lightscreen. Please help me. Thanks a lot!

Really you should only be posting complete, tested teams here. But looking at your team, I'd suggest a change in set for Gliscor:

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4SpD
Moves:
- Toxic
- Protect
- Substitute
- Earthquake

This is a tried and tested set for Gliscor and works well at stalling out pokemon that aren't poison type or steel type with levitate.

Try running the following as a taunt user:

Sableye @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP / 4Def / 252 SpD /
Moves:
- Taunt
- Will O Wisp
- Recover
- Knock Off

Priority taunt, priority burn to help in invested defenses, recovery and knock off to remove the opponents items.
