I think this is a pretty solid balance team with volt-turn. It struggles against stall and some of the big hitters in the tier, notably both Charizards.

One of the most underrated megas, though it is OU so some people must appreciate it. Intimidate and electric typing gives it a solid niche against bird spam. Owns sick Sp. Att and Speed. Nice coverage with Overheat and Hidden Power. Can put in some nice dents with good prediction.

EVs: 252 Atk / 8 SpD / 248 Spe

My attempt at a Wall Breaker. Switches into Scarf Excadrill and threatens it out with air balloon. Rapid spin is a must because most of my team is neutral against it. SD's in Chansey's face and some Clefable variants. Can catch Charizard hoping to get in on an earthquake.
