Rate my team please

I haven't tested this team yet, but during the times that I did, it was quite successful. I don't really like stalling, I prefer to end the game quickly. I'm not liking the idea of choice items because it limits my moveset. This is my first team so I may not be aware of many threats.

Lead
metagross.jpg

Metagross@Occa Berry
Adamant-252Atk, 244HP, 12Spe
-Meteor Mash
-Earthquake
-Stealth Rock
-Bullet Punch
[Edit: New Lead Thanks to the suggestions I received]

Metagross can easily set up stealth rock. His nice defense allows an easy and fast stealth rock. He's the replacement of Bronzong because he has more attack but is less bulky. Metagross is the lead instead of Ninjask because I don't really believe that my team is in need of speed. He can't be OHKO by common leads like Swampert and plus he can't take on Baton passers such as Ninjask. Occa berry also helps reduce vicious stab fire attacks. I don't know what more to say since Im inexperienced and am not used to threats.

rotom_frost.jpg

Roto-F (Frost) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
Bold
EVs: 252 HP, 120 DEF, 136 SP. DEF.
-Blizzard or should I use Will-O-Wisp or should take another move out for it?
-Discharge
-Rest
-Sleep talk

Rotom-F can serve as a decent wall. Blizzard gives me party more coverage against dragons, grass types and etc. Discharge is another useful attack that has a good chance of paralyzation. Rest and sleep talk allows Rotom to heal and attack too, thus making it a worthwhile wall.

485.png

Heatran@Choice Specs
Naive-252Spe, 252SpAtk, 4 HP
-Fireblast/Overheat not sure which to pick, but I hate the idea of my spc atk lowered
-EartPower
-Explosion
-DragonPulse

[Edit: Replaced Houndoom]

Heatran is stronger than Houndoom and can cause much more damage. After being stealth rock-ed Heatran can 2HKO Blissey with fire blast. Choice Specs can pretty much greatly increase its spc. atk. If all else fails, explosion can deal great damage.

salamence.jpg

Salamence (MixMence) @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimitate
Naive
EV's: 16 ATK, 252 SPEED, 240 SPC ATK
-Draco Meteor
-Flamethrower
-Earthquake
-Outrage

Mixmence has its advantages since its more able to use Draco Meteor to its fullest, allowing it to 2HKO Blissey. While outrage may have its disadvantages, its quite a devastating physical move. Flamethrower and earthquake allow salamence to have more type coverage.

Rapid Spinner
starmie.png

Starmie@Leftovers
Timid-216Spe, 136HP, 156Def
-Surf
-Thunderbolt
-Recover
-Rapid Spin
[Edit: Replaced Blastoise]

A rapid spinner is really needed in my party since stealth rock can present a problem to my party. He can take on Nasty plot Infernape and can even take on DD Gyrados. Surf can easily take on Mamoswine. Starmie's speed and it's ability to recover makes it tough to take down. Thunderbolt is for taking on Gyrados.

jirachi.jpg

Jirachi@Choice Scarf or expert Belt?
Jolly-252Atk, 252Spe, 4HP
-Iron Head
-Fire Punch
-Ice Punch
-Thunderpunch

Jirachi's versatile move set allows it to pose a threat to many pokemon. Ice Punch can take on a DD salamence, SD Lucario,DD Gyara, DD Tyranitar and SD Scizor quite well. Not sure if Choice Scarf's a good idea because if they switch out on my me and Im stuck on a useless move = not good. Advice Please.

Im an inexperienced trainer and my party probably has many flaws. Advice and feedback would be helpful. Thanks!

Hello,

First of all your descriptions are not very detailed. It's possible that your thread will be locked, so for the future you should remember to mention all the details about the different functions and synergies in your team.
Second, you posted this team to the wrong place. You use OU pokemon, so your team coints as OU tier and you posted it to the UU teams.
Anyway, I will try to give you a few first suggestions.
Ninjask is pretty useless in your team. You're right it's the best speed passer in the game but you will normally use it only in dedicated baton pass teams. The only pokemon in your team who can need the boost are Houndoom and Salamence and those will usually be forced out quite quickly. Really, look for any other lead I'm sure it will work better.
Your Rotom set is okay so far, although you should use Will-o-Wisp over Blizzard. Blizzard's accuracy is just really bad and without Will-o-Wisp you will be pursuited easily.
Your Bronzong set is okay.
Now your Houndoom set is really strange and to be honest it won't achieve much. Nasty plot and Flamethrower and the EV Spread are okay. But Sucker punch is not really an option. It's obviously only used for gengar because other Ghosts or Psychics won`t come in on Houndoom anyway, but that's really not worth it. Also you obviously try to pass speed to Houndoom so Sucker Punch is useless. You'd better use Dark Pulse as it's also boosted by nasty plot. In the last slot Roar is not useful. Maybe you forgot that roar always goes last so you can't just say okay I don't like the pokemon I'm facing, I just roar it away. It will always hit you first, probably ohkoing due to Houndooms frailness. Use HP Flying in the last slot.
Your Salamence set is okay. But you said Draco Meteor 2hkos Blissey, which is completely wrong. You should also remember that Meteor lowers your Special attack, so Draco Meteor is probably something like a 8hko. You can only touch and 2hko Blissey with Outrage.
Your Blastoise set is fine, although there are probably better spinners in OU but it's up to you whether you use it.

So you should maybe take those first steps first, before the team raters will go into detail about your team's threats, synergy, etc.

Hope I could give you a first impression about how it should be done. Good Luck !

Thanks for your feedback and suggestions. Do you have any pokemon in mind that could replace Ninjask and Blastoise?

Okay, first of all I would change Bronzong to Metagross because Metagross has just more power and can do almost the same. It's less bulky but your team won't really need that bulk. Also I would move Metagross to the lead position as it's a very good lead.
Metagross@Occa Berry
Adamant-252Atk, 244HP, 12Spe
-Meteor Mash
-Earthquake
-Stealth Rock
-Bullet Punch

Then I would change Houndoom to Heatran. Heatran is much stronger and much bulkier than Houndoom and can pose an immediate threat to your opponent.
Heatran@Choice Specs
Naive-252Spe, 252SpAtk, 4 HP
-Fireblast/Overheat
-EartPower
-Explosion
-DragonPulse

Blastiose is not bad but there are better spinners in OU. As you will get problems with NastyPlot Mix Infernape I would suggest Starmie over Blastoise. It will also be able to check DD Gyarados better.
Starmie@Leftovers
Timid-216Spe, 136HP, 156Def
-Surf
-Thunderbolt
-Recover
-Rapid Spin

If you now drop Ninjask completely you have a free team slot remaining. You do not have a DD Salamence check yet, something you will absolutely need to have. I would Suggest a Choice Scarf Jirachi in that slot. It will be able to check DD Salamence, SD Lucario,DD Gyara, DD Tyranitar and SD Scizor quite well.
Jirachi@Choice Scarf
Jolly-252Atk, 252Spe, 4HP
-Iron Head
-Fire Punch
-Ice Punch
-Thunderpunch

I hope these suggestions helped you. Good Luck !
