Rate my Team Pls

I used to be good at OU whenever gen 5 was out. Afterwards I became a total train wreck! So yeah I need some constructive criticism, tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Jellicent @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Recover
- Taunt
- Toxic

This is my preferred set from gen 5, it's main purpose is to stop other Pokemon from setting up entry hazards as well as stopping physical/special sweepers from sweeping the rest of my team. However I'm not sure wether I should make him physically bulky or specially bulky. His ghost-water typing makes him easily wall Heatran and azumarill (due to water absorb). Can take draco-meteors (barely) from latios and latias (but not when at 1.5x Spattack). Specs water spout is also an option but I haven't tried it out yet.

Bisharp @ Life Orb
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Sucker Punch
- Iron Head
- Brick Break

Since Fairy type has been introduced, Bisharp is an instant threat to them. Also a really good sucker puncher. Added Brick break for coverage, but not sure if I should replace it. Talonflame is a huge problem being able to OHKO with a flare blitz and being able to outspeed sucker punch's +1 priority if they decide to bluff by using a flying type move. Not sure if I should put the ev's into his Hp (because most fairy types are slow anyways) however the speed ev's to become useful when up against a tyranitar.

Clefable (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Fire Blast
- Moonblast
- Soft-Boiled

This Clefable set is deadly, and has caused me to sweep teams numerous times. However, pokemon such as Excadrill, Bisharp and Jirachi can go for the 2HKO iron head and easily kill Clefable. He doesn't really have enough physical bulk as well and can be easily walled by talonflame as well. I may decide to go for a life orb set due to magic guard but I've found leftovers more effective. Magic guard also enables Clefable to set up without having to worry about toxic or burn, but can easily be set-up fodder for sleep and paralysis.

Crawdaunt (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Adamant/Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Crabhammer
- Knock Off
- Brick Break

This is probably the best Pokemon on my team, due to a powered up Knock off and the adaptability boost. However gets stopped by a prankster Pokemon easily as well as really speedy Pokemon due to Crawdaunt being really slow and Dragon dance doesn't sometimes make up for crawdaunt's abysmal speed. Crawdaunt can also run a Scarf set which can be quite deadly. Another issue is Fairy types, which can sometimes wall Crawdaunt (especially Azumarill) and go for the kill. Not sure again if I should run brick break. Superpower and rock slide would be a decent substitue IMO.

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 232 Def / 252 HP / 24 Spd
Bold Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Whirlwind
- Roost
- Defog

Skarmory is a great physical wall as well as a good Pokemon to set up entry hazards. Usually my lead, Defog is to remove entry hazards if there are too many on my side and whirwind is to scout opponents team, deal a little stealth rock damage or stop my oponnent from sweeping. Not sure wether I should make him a stall set because that works well also. I could also put more evs in special defense but from what I've experienced, it doesn't make much of a difference due to his poor special defense.

Venusaur (F) @ Venusaurite
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Modest Nature
- Synthesis
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Hidden Power [Fire]

And finally my mega evo. A really good set in my opinion. However I'm undecided if I should replace Synthesis with growth or Hidden Power Fire with leech seed or to just make him a stall set in general. Really good at taking hits (my team is mostly vulnerable towards electric types) and not sure wether Venasaur suits the rest of my team. Also walled by pokemon like heartran and talonflame. I've also tried a physical set for venasaur, which works great due to swords dance or just run him in sunlight.

Hello there. Your descriptions are a bit short to fit the RMT minimum (3 lines per poke). I suggest adding more lines to your descriptions before the mods lock this thread. The rest of the rules are found here.
