Rate my team plz

Alright here goes:

Forretress (shiny)
Sturdy evs = 252 def/252 hp
Moves:
Toxic spikes
Spikes
Volt switch
Rapid spin

Forretress is my lead who has only one job: to make sure the enemy doesn't get the chance to destroy talon flame with stealth rock, and to set up toxic spikes and normal spikes if possible. He is pretty much incapable of much damage, but has great utility in that using volt switch he can tank a hit then give a free switch in.

Talonflame
Gale wings. Life orb
Evs = 252 speed/ 252 atk
Moves:
Brave bird
Flare blitz
U-turn
Roost

My talonflame is awesome.
There, I said it, anyway his amazing ability gale wings assures that brave bird goes first, he has stab with flare blitz, his u-turn lets him do damage as he switches out, and since he is so intimidating, it's often easy to predict when the opponent will switch out, so he can heal with roost, which is great because of the recoil combined with life orb means 3 brave birds can sometimes kill him. If only he were shiny...

Umbreon (shiny)
Synchronize leftovers
Evs = 200 def 200 spc def
116 hp
Moves:
Protect
Toxic
Payback
Moonlight

My umbreon has been tested... A lot, and with the combination of moonlight and protect, umbreon can stall indefinately, letting toxic kill the opponent, and since he's so slow, payback never goes first, so it hits with full force.

Rotom w
Levitate Lum berry
Evs = 252 spc def 152sp atk 100 hp
Moves:
Will o wisp
Thunderbolt
Hydro pump
Volt switch

Your probably looking at my rotom a bit confused at why I am using him like this. Let me explain... His moves are fairly self explanatory, general coverage and will o wisp for steel and poison types unaffected by toxic and volt switch for synergy with the team. I've found that he makes an excellent sp tank because frankly it takes opponents awhile to realize that he's not a def tank. I decided not to run rest because I think this set works better. I gave him a lum berry since many people try to stop him by using toxic or other status conditions.

Latios
Levitate Assault vest
Evs = 252 sp atk 252 spd
Moves:
Energy ball
Surf
Psychic
Dragon pulse

Latios is my special sweeper. Energy ball kills rotom w and azumarrils, psychic and dragon pulse get stab, and surf kills talonflames. I gave him assault vest because bulk is never a bad thing. I'm thinking of switching him out for an alakazam, so let me know in the comments wether you think that would be a good idea.

(Mega) Mawile (shiny)
Intimidate/huge power
Mawlite
Evs = 252 def 252 attack
Moves:
Sword dance
Sucker punch
Iron head
Play rough

It's funny every time when somebody thinks they can wreck my mawile with an earthquake, not realizing mawile is also a tank essentially. I use that turn to throw in a swords dance, then watch as my shiny little beauty sucker punches anything to death. I hardly ever use iron head or play rough, but when I do, they are both instant kills because they have stab.

So that's my team, let me know what you think. Anything I should change and why? It's only my second time posting... Not sure what else to say...

Not a bad team. You definitely need to optimize your sets though.

In the current meta game, defog is everywhere. As such, most hazard removers are not punished at all for coming in on your hazards. You should run rocks over toxic spikes as toxic spikes are essentially useless against 50% of OU and mega blastoise is the only relevant hazard removing threat affected by them. Rocks on the other hand easily damage everything in the game and can nueter threats like charizard and talonflame that generally run through teams if at full health.

Your Talonflame is ok, but dont expect it to live long even with roost.

Your umbreon is again ok, but either use wish with protect to potentially help your team out while healing at the same rate or take out toxic for heal bell and use synchronize to toxic your opponent. Also, and this one is probably the most important, use foul play over payback. Certain opponents will try to setup physical sweepers in umbreons face, so a stab 95 attack coming off of something other than umbreons attack is really useful. This move also allows full power on turns where the opponent doesnt attack. Side note: if you want to keep toxic spikes, get rid of toxic on umbreon. There really isnt a point in keeping both to being with.

Lum berry over leftovers is useless on rotom. I would honestly run a different set though. Personally I like the specs set for trick shenanigans and max damage output. This means either no tbolt or no will o wisp though. Either way, you will get worn down a lot faster without either pain split or rest from damage rather than status since rotom is essentially a pivot.

Your latios should not be traded out for alakazam. Alakazam is a revenge killer. Latios is a wall breaking tank. The way your latios is setup however, would be better done by latias. I would like to recommend a life orb set with draco meteor, roost/energy ball, surf/earthquake/hidden power fighting, psyshock. This set is a take on the massively popular offensive defogger set with more leway due to an open spot not taken up by defog. Draco meteor is an amazing one time attack. If you plan on staying in for more than one attack use something else, but for a one time powerful attack draco is amazing. Psyshock is for hit the blogs while also having a more spammable stab that hits most ou fairies hard while actually hitting assault vest azumarill harder than energy ball! Roost is nice for longevity, hidden power fighting is to screw over ttar while hitting common switches for suoer effective damage earthquake does the same, but also handles heatran nicely and hits many things a little harder. Needs a mixed spread though. Surf hits ttar and heatran hard and could free up evs and ivs.

Mawille is fine. Personally I like fire fang over iron head, but it really doesnt matter.

Hope that all helped. If you would like any more help, I would be happy to provide it. If you disagree with anything I said feel free to quote this post and say so. Have a nice day.

I usually run Forretress with Red Card to prevent set up. I don't really like Spikes and Toxic Spikes. I run Stealth Rocks instead because it hits anything that enters and cripples Fire/Flying like Charizard and Talonflame. Other than that I think Mac gave you all the advice you need.

Forretress: Red Card
Ability: Sturdy
Relaxed Nature
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 HP / 252 Def
-Stealth Rocks
-Rapid Spin
-Volt Switch
-Gyro Ball
