First time posting here, I don't know how to format, but I'll try my best!

Weather Setters

Pokemon: Tyranitar
Ability: Sand Stream
Item: Assault Vest
Nature/IV: Adamant 31/31/31/X/31/31
EV: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SpD

-Stone Edge
-Payback
-Thunder Fang
-Dragon Tail

Analysis:
A fully defensive Tyranitar, able to resist a ton of Special Attacks due to Sandstorm, Assault Vest, and SpD investment. Stone Edge and Payback for STAB, Payback is because I'm already using a slow Tyranitar (I should try to make a new one with 0 Spe). I use Thunder Fang to help against Water types that can break my Sandstorm side of the team and can even hurt my Drought side. Dragon Tail is to shuffle unfavorable match ups.

Criticism:
Tbh, I don't really know what to run on my Tyranitar, I'm thinking of switching his moves and even switching his IVs around just because the moveset I'm stuck to isn't too great. Any suggestions to fixes to his moveset are welcome.

Pokemon: Ninetales
Ability: Drought
Item: Leftovers
Nature/IV: Timid 31/x/31/31/31/31
EV: 252 HP/120 Def/136 Spe

-Fire Blast
-Will-o-Wisp
-Roar
-Protect

Analysis:
Ninetales is mostly just another Drought setter on my team. Fire Blast is a nice STAB w/ Drought and keeps her from being complete taunt bait. Will-o-Wisp for obvious reasons, it helps me stall with Protect and allows her to be a decent mixed wall. Roar for shuffling, if I can't switch into anything favorable at the moment and to also help spread Roar. Protect helps me stall for Leftovers and Will-o-Wisp, really helps me break down the opponents.

Criticism:
I'm going to make another Ninetales with a different nature, I don't feel Timid's the best, maybe a Calm w/ 252 Def to make it an even more dedicated mix wall?

Charizard_XY.gif

Pokemon: MEGA Charizard-Y
Ability: Solar Power/Drought
Item: Charizardite Y
Nature/IV: Timid 31/x/31/31/31/31
EV: 4 HP/252 Sp. Atk/252 Spe

-Solar Beam
-Fire Blast
-Focus Blast
-Air Slash

Analysis:

Mega Charizard is another great Drought setter I have and is where my Mega stone is going to. Charizard provides my team with a dedicated Special Sweeper and if needed and allowed by my Vaporeon's Toxic set-up, a cleaner as well. Fire Blast and Air Slash are REALLY strong STABs. Although Air Slash is pretty lackluster, it provides my team with covering fighting types and bug types that can kill my Tyranitar. Solar Beam is a great move as well because it provides strong Water/Rock type coverage with little withdrawal. Focus Blast is another move that helps me break Rock types and Steel Types that may take normal damage from Fire.

Other Pokemon
445_-_garchomp.gif

Pokemon: Garchomp
Ability: Rough Skin
Item: Choice Scarf
Nature/IV: Jolly 31/x/31/31/31/31
EV: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe

-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Outrage
-Poison Jab

Analysis:
Garchomp is mostly a side-kick for my Charizard, he covers what Charizard cannot and keeps his checks in place. Earthquake is a strong STAB move and is a staple on any team, it helps me crush electric types and fire types that may use my drought. Garchomp's also immune to electric and resilient to fire, so there's that. Stone Edge is a strong attack, great against Togekiss and other flying types. Poison Jab is used because of the new Fairy type addition, mostly for coverage. I use a Scarf'd Garchomp, again, to cover the weaknesses of my Charizard. With Choice Scarf, I'm able to switch in any time to my Garchomp and outspeed any unboosted pokemon.

Criticism:
Poison Jab and Stone Edge are replaceable. Fire Fang may offer better coverage in most situations when compared to Stone Edge, it helps cover Garchomp's own weaknesses. Poison Jab may be replaced by Iron Head, but I run Poison Jab in hopes of poisoning pokemon since my team isn't the fastest around.

Excadrill_XY.gif

Pokemon: Excadrill
Ability: Mold Breaker
Item: Air Balloon
Nature/IV: Adamant 31/31/31/x/31/31
EV: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe

-Earthquake
-Shadow Claw
-Rapid Spin
-Swords Dance

Analysis:
Excadrill is a strong counter to Rotom-W, a pokemon that can shut down my Charizard Garchomp duo. Will-o-Wisp, Volt Switch, Hydro Pump, and HP Ice wreck the two and Excadrill is my key to stopping it. Because of Mold Breaker, I'm able to easily Earthquake Rotom-W out of the match. Rapid Spin is another key reason that I use Excadrill, due to the importance of my fire types, namely Charizard, Rapid Spin is needed to keep SRs at bay. Shadow Claw is used to kill spin-blockers. Swords Dance is used in the case where I would need my Excadrill to sweep.

Criticism:
There are two ways I can go with my Criticism. Either I replace Swords Dance with another move like X-Scissor, or I replace my ability with Sand Rush to make Excadrill a cleaner. The problem with the latter is that Excadrill is NOT the core of my team, Charizard is, so I find it favorable to run Mold Breaker. The problem with the prior though is that my team is generally slow and vulnerable to priority SE.
Vaporeon_XY.gif

Pokemon: Vaporeon
Ability: Water Absorb
Item: Leftovers
Nature/IV: Calm 31/x/31/31/31/31
EV: 252 HP/252 SpD/4 Spe

-Ice Beam
-Toxic
-Wish
-Protect

Analysis:
My Vaporeon is used mostly as a Dragon check and as well as a Toxic inducer. Ice Beam is needed so I can't be complete taunt bait. Toxic is needed because my team is slow, besides Garchomp and I'll need something to help me set-up for my Charizard. Wish and Protect are Vaporeon's general use. I can easily wish pass with her or toxic stall. Vaporeon also helps keep my weather inducers' checks in place.

Criticism:
Scald isn't able to be ran on this Vaporeon and neither is Roar. Luckily, Ninetales is also used which gives me strong shuffling power. My Vaporeon is also extremely vulnerable to sub users like Gliscor or Breloom because of the lack of Roar and me not using Toxic. I'm also thinking of changing the nature to bold and respeccing my EV's to help me deal with Gliscor better.

Team Analysis:

My team centralizes on Charizard-Y, a pokemon that can greatly benefit from mixing weather. Because Charizard brings in his own weather, running sand stream is not a hindrance but more of a aid to my team. It helps me control the field and allows me to be defensive when I need to. Tyranitar is mostly to soak up a bunch of punishment and to set up a defensive boost to my team. Ninetales is a great shuffler that allows me set up damage, it also helps to set up Drought to defend my other pokemon from water types or to further my control of the weather. Garchomp makes a great double-offense duo with my Charizard, covering all of his weaknesses as outspeeding all of Charizard's unboosted threats. Excadrill allows me to rid of SRs and spin blockers. Vaporeon keeps water types in check and allows me to keep my pokemon ahead in speed, a stat my team lacks.

All feedback is welcome!

It's a pretty good team, here is some things I think could make it even better :) Switch out Tyranitar's dragon tail with stealth rocks(egg move), give Charizard modest nature bcus stealth rocks will take 1/2 of its HP so you should make it sweep instead of wall, give vaporeon surf instead of ice beam, if its only gonna have one offensive move then it should be stab, and if Garchomp has Jolly and max speed EVs then it should be banded. But otherwise its a well balanced team :D

I was considering SR but that ruins my Assault Vest build as a whole. I'll try for it though.

I dont understand what you mean by charizard sweeping instead of walling. It needs speed to compete agaondt OU mons anyway. And my charozard isnt a wall o.o its timid.

Ice Beam is debatable, but id ratherhave scald.

I was thinking of switching garchomp to allow it to scarf mix. I cant band my garchomp because my team is slow. Scarf is kind of a must. What kills charizard is faster SE, charizard has a ton of damage he can dish out and hes tanky enough to withstand normal damage, but SE is what hurts him and garchomp covers all his SEs. Throwing garchomp out is mostly to scare those threats off and outapeed them if they stay in and them with my own SE.
