Hey guys, its been a long time since I last posted a team. So enjoy!

Hippowdon@Leftovers
Impish
252 Hp 168 Defence 88 Special Defence
~Earthquake
Earthquake is standard as it hits alot, hits Scizor most importantly. Earthquake takes down Infernape if I got my prediction correctly its Hippowdon's main offensive move.
~Ice Fang
Counter Dragons, especially Salamence, Hippowdon can survive a Draco Meteor with 25% Hp left.
~Sleath Rock
Every Platinum team must have a Sleath Rock, breaks down Focus Sash and wrecks Salamence and Weaviles.
~Slack Off
Slack Off is obvious healing after taking some damage, I usually heal when I predict a switch so I am in perfect form.
Hippowdon does alot to help this team, taking any kind of psychical hit like a beast, set down Sleath Rock. I might consider Swampert but Hippowdon has great defence and also Sand Storm usually forces Trick or Sleath Rock Azelf to explode once their Focus Sash is gone and I can slack off to that. Literally nothing psychical can OHKO this beast except for Explosion (Unless they use a stat upping move.)
Around of applause for Hippowdon the Titan!
Slowbro@Leftovers
Bold
212 Hp 252 Defence 12 Special Defence 28 Special Attack
~Surf
Surf is literally only used for Infernape but still useful, STABBED moves are always useful. Slowly cuts down Machamp's Hp can 3HKO with SandStorm.
~Hp-Electric
Once again this move is literally only aimed Gyarados but will put a dent in Vaporeon if unexpected.
~Thunder-Wave
Nothing wrong with spreading around the paralysis, making my team's life a lot easier also my team isn't exactly the fastest thing in the Metagame.
~Slack Off
Slack Off exactly like Hippowdon is used to refresh my Slowbro, I once again often use Slack Off if I predict a switch to be in tip-top condition.
The main role of Slowbro is to guard against Machamp's fearful Dynamic Punch with Own Tempo also Slowbro is used to take out Infernape but fears the Grass Knot which takes a crazy 60%-70% off however I do have my own strategy to deal with it.
VS
VS
Draconas sends out Infernape.
Blackace sends out Hippowdon.
Sandstorm takes 6% of Infernape's Hp.
VS
Blackace switches to Blissey.
Infernape uses Grass knot.
Blissey loses 9%.
VS
Blackace switches to Slowbro.
Infernape uses Close Combat.
Slowbro loses 16%.
Infernape uses Grass Knot.
Slowbro has only 20% left.
Slowbro uses Surf.
Infernape is OHKO.
See my way to deal with Infernapes.
But if they don't fall for the trick I am kinda of screwed.
I am very glad that DiamondPlayer44 introduce this dude to me, it is extremely helpful and provides my team alot of stable defence it is extremely useful.
Give it up for Albert the Slowbro.
Blissey@Leftovers
Bold
200 Hp 252 Defence 48 Special Defence 6 Speed
~Flamethrower
This was originally Seismic Toss, but after consideration I decided that Flamethrower could counter, Gengar, Scizor, Skarmory and stop Celebi from staying in and Leech Seeding. However if a Suicune which knows Calm Mind+Rest or Calm Mind+Susbstitute I am in trouble.
~Toxic
Toxic, everyone runs Toxic in the Platinum Metagame, breaks down walls so I can Softboil and watch as their Hp drain down.
~Aromatherapy
This hasn't been as useful as I wish it had, I only used this movie once during my 31 Shoddy battles, maybe because my team is quite slow and Thunder Wave doesn't cripple it as much or maybe because I always switch to Blissey to lick up the status. Looking to replace this, might add Seismic Toss or Wish+Protect.
~Softboil
Softboil is obvious letting me heal up great combo with Toxic, lets my Blissey come out in tip-top condition.
Blissey is great, switching out on all special moves and using Toxic on the opponent, I very happy with Blissey because without it my team would fall right apart.
Around of applause to Guardian the Blissey!
Infernape@Life Orb
Naive
24 Attack 236 Speed 248 Special Attack
~Close Combat
The good old Close Combat, this takes down Blissey like a ton of bricks also wrecks Heatrans and also gets STABBED, hits anything special.
~Flamethrower
Flamethrower gets STABBED, taking down Celebi and hitting around 50%-60% on a Zapdos, I have to watch out for Heatrans but. This is my main move so when I predict a switch into something unknown I usually use Flamethrower as it doesn't lower my Defence or Special Defence.
~Hp-Ice
Hp-Ice is literally only for Salamence but occasionally nets in a Dragonite or Flygon OHKO, Flygon carry Choice Scarf so I can only kill it on the switch.
~Grass Knot
Grass Knot? Should it take down Hippowdons? Because once when I used it Hippowdon survived with 20%, how I do not know but did I get minor damage or something because I lost a full health Infernape because of that mistake. Laughts at Swameprt with 6 Curses up its belt and score the 1HKO with Grass Knot.
Infernape counters Scizors even with a Sword Dance up while using Bullet Punch and can score the safe Flamethrower 1HKO on it, Infernape breaks alot of walls when I play causing trouble for Blissey and Celebi and alot more.
Meet Strike the Infernape!
Scizor@Life Orb
Adamant
244 Attack 32 Hp 236 Speed
~Super Power
Super Power is a great move, the only flaw is the attack minus it usually gets, Super Power 2HKO Skamory, also takes down Magnezone, and if I do predict correctly down goes the number one Special Attacker: Heatran. Super Power obviously takes down Blisseys.
~X-Scissors
X-Scissors is my main attack if I predict a switch, it hits Vaperon the hardest without the minus 1 Attack drop also 1HKO Celebi and Cresselia but I have to watch for Thunder Wave so I usually play it safe and switch to a Blissey and pretend I don't have a Scizor before switching in on the Calm Mind or something.
~Bullet Punch
Bullet Punch runs the Platinum Metagame takes down Weavile it is supposed to take down Gliscor after a Sword Dance but mine didn't is something wrong or was it minor damage? Bullet Punch also helps me clean off kills from Toxic and Sandstorm.
~Sword Dance
Sword Dance raises Scizor's already massive Attack stat to a huge number, Sword Dance turns alot of 2HKO into alot of 1HKO especially with Sleath Rock up.
Scizor cleans off kills and takes down Cresselia which is extremely important also hurt Celebi, Scizor has sweeped quite a few times.
Give it up for the Bug that always ends up on the Platinum Team: Demise the Scizor!
Heatran@Leftovers
Timid
252 Special Attack 252 Speed 6 Hp
~Flamethrower
Flamethrower is obviously getting STABBED, it takes down Celebi and I usually use it on the switch when I have a Substitue up, I love it when people prediction this for the more common Scarf Heatran.
~Earth Power
When I have my Substitute up the tfour most common switch in are Blissey, Heatran, Infernape and Kingdra I can hit Heatran with Earth Power shatter Infernape with Earth Power, Surprising Earth Power doesn't do that much to the fearful Tyranitar.
~Dragon Pulse
Dragon Pulse wipes out Kingdra which is an extremely annoying switch int. I had Hp-Ice here before but Kingdra was running me down like an idiot and kept Dragon Dancing.
~Substitute
When people predict I am scarfed and send their Heatran in to absorb the Flamethrower I use Substitute and there is no better feeling then hitting them with an Earth Power or watching them switch while they take Sleath Rock and my Leftovers heal me.
Usually I don't really use my Heatran as much as my other members because usually my other 5 already have great team work and can cut down whole teams, but still Heatran is effective sometimes especially against other Heatrans. Also counters Scizor's Bullet Punch and outspeed to 1HKO with Flamethrower.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So what do you guys think, please rate as I did spend an enormous amount of time posting this.
So far my record has been 32-5, pretty good I would think.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Credicts-
I thanks Draconas for the amount of times he battled me and giving me helpful tips here and there.
*Can place up Sleath Rock .
*Isn’t a suicide lead .
*Can counter Trick and Sleath Rock Azlef and also counter Aerodactyl
*Instant recovery move.
*Can really help my team.
Hippowdon was the only one that fit every role that I wanted on this team.
Now I got a lead, I think to myself what are Hippowdon's weakness: Water, Grass, Ice and some threats that hurt it are: Infernape and Gyarados and Swampert which wall Hippowdon completely.
Now I really need a Infernape counter as it still is the number one Wall Breaker in my eyes, and Gyarados with Taunt will destroy everything, I need.
*Instant Recovery.
*Electric move able to 1HKO or 2HKO Gyarados.
*Surf to take down Infernape.
*Status to hurt sweepers.
*Strong Hp and Defence or Special Defence.
*Has the ability to live a Infernape Thunder Punch or Grass Knot, has the ability to live a Dragon Dance Gyarados Waterfall or Earthquake.
Slowbro can take a Grass Knot or a Thunder Punch and hit with Thunder Wave or Surf to 1HKO Infernape, Slowbro also can counter Gyarados with Hp-Electric, Slowbro spreads around Thunder Wave as none of my team is really what you call fast except for Scizor's Bullet Punch. Slowbro's Slack Off also fits this role and has great Hp and Defence, however Slowbro fears Scizors which Hippowdon can put a dent in with Earthquake.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Weakness-Grass, [strike]Water, Ice[/strike], Bug, Ghost, Dark.
Now I look at my team and I figure I need a Special Defensive wall.
My options-Rotom-H, Blissey, Bronzong.
Well Bronzong is extremely useful, absorbing any Dragon typed moves like Outrage or Draco Meteor, however my Hippowdon already has Ice Fang and can type a Draco Meteor and Outrage and live to tell the tale.
Also My Hippowdon has Sleath Rock and already has great Defence and Bronzong sadly doesn't have a recovery move.
And also Hypnosis is literally next to useless nowdays only have 60% accuracy.
My options-Rotom-H, Blissey, [strike]Bronzong.[/strike]
Now Rotom-H can counter Gyarados and Scizor except so does Slowbro and Hippowdon, Rotom-H also isn't as bulky as Blissey or Bronzong and can't really do much on this team.
Also Rotom-H lacks recovery and the only way it heals is with Leftovers.
My options-[strike]Rotom-H[/strike], Blissey, [strike]Bronzong.[/strike]
Blissey was exactly the thing I needed on this team, it meet all my roles need by a Special Wall.
*Good Special Defence and Hp.
*Status.
*Recovery Move.
*Can somewhat counter Scizor.
*Can stall.
Blissey fit every role, Blissey provides great support for my team coming in and absorbing all Special Attacks while denting Scizor and Forretress with Flamethrower. Blissey can also do something which Bronzong and Rotom-H can't and also can dish out Toxic which has a good accuracy or 75%.
Blissey is called the best Special Wall ever to be introduced into Pokemon, I couldn't argee more. Blissey has the base Stat of 255 in Hp,135 in Special Defence.
Blissey can also stall every effective, Toxic+Sand Storm+Life Orb(Hopefully)+Sleath Rock= A quick and painful death.
So I decided to add Blissey into my squad my team now looks like.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now I got all the walls I want, 2 psychical walls, since the Metagame is mostly psychically orientated and one great Special Defensive Wall.
Weakness-Grass, [strike]Water, Ice[/strike], Bug, [strike]Ghost[/strike], Dark, [strike]Fighting.[/strike]
Right now Dark, Fighting and Bug hurt my team.
Now I wanted a Psychical Sweeper, to take down walls, I want a Sweeper to...
*Take down Scizor
*Laughs at Blissey
*A little mixed so Hippowdon or any other psychical walls don't wall me.
*Takes downs down Dragon types.
*Hurts Heatran.
*Pretty fast.
*Not very weak to Sleath Rock.
I could have Scizor or Infernape but Infernape fills more roles except his suffers from Sleath Rock weakness, however it does take down Swampert and Celebi and Blissey and Hippowdon and alot more walls which my three Pokemon can't do.
Infernape taking down walls is to put it mildly it literally terrorizes every wall in the DPpt Metagame, Infernape also counter Scizor which is a most after all it is in every team, also Infernape can 1HKO Heatrans with Close Combat.
Infernape helps my team greatly placing down damage here and there, destroying things everywhere, Infernape counters Bug with Flamethrower and Dark with Close Combat.
Weakness-Grass, [strike]Water, Ice[/strike],[strike]Bug[/strike], [strike]Ghost[/strike], [strike]Dark[/strike], [strike]Ground[/strike],[strike]Fighting[/strike] , Flying.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Right now my only weakness is Flying thats better good.
Now for my Special Attacker.
*I want my Special Attack to not be hurt by Sleath Rock much
*Able to surprise my opponents(On every team I have one Pokemon which isn't standard)
*Has strong Special Attack
*Can hurt its counters.
*Can take down Scizor and Salamence and Heatrans (Three most used Pokemon)
Now I can have Scarfed Salamence or Heatran.
Salamence fills everyone of this role except it takes 25% from Sleath Rock and Draco Meteor lowers its Special Attack.
Except Salamence with Choice Scarf carfed isn't a very good choice except if it leads, because of all the sweeping limitations Choice Scarf gives it.
So I tried out a Heatran, Heatran with Scarf would be a good choice as it is extremely fast and takes down a lot of Pokemon is has the title of "The Best Revenge Killer." however Heatran with Choice Scarf doesn't really work for me I just don't know why, probably because I find it extremely annoying if other Heatrans come in with Flash Fire and Fire Blast takes around 50% of my Blissey's Hp.
So I decided to go with a Heatran counter.
Heatran is a great member of my team and does it work well!
Weakness-Grass, [strike]Water, Ice[/strike],[strike]Bug[/strike], [strike]Ghost[/strike], [strike]Dark[/strike], [strike]Ground[/strike],[strike]Fighting[/strike] , Flying.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My last Pokemon and I am already pretty sure what I am going to have.
*I need a Pokemon that is immune to at least one status.
*Sleath Rock doesn't affect it much.
*Can hurt other Scizors and Heatrans and Salamence.
*Can clean up kills with priority moves.
*Strong Attack.
*If also strong Hp would be nice.
*I need one Pokemon able to set up since none of my other Pokemon can.
Already the answer is obviously the mighty Bug type: Scizor.
Scizor runs the DPpt Metagame, destroy everything. Scizor is tankish able to set up and survive on Gyarados and plant down X-Scissors on Bulky Water types.
Nothing much to say, Scizor cleans off kills simply and easily, I usually use Bullet Punch or X-Scissor if I am predicting a switch, Super Power dents other Magnezone which surprising I usually outspeed. Scizor also resist Toxic which is a great ability also Scizor only has one type its weak to.
Scizor is a beast, I prefer Sword Dance over Choice Band as the second option limits the sweeping ability of Scizor, and if I get 2 Sword Dance Scizor transform into a monster.
Weakness-Grass, [strike]Water, Ice[/strike],[strike]Bug[/strike], [strike]Ghost[/strike], [strike]Dark[/strike], [strike]Ground[/strike],[strike]Fighting[/strike] , Flying, [strike]Fire[/strike]
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes, I have a slight weakness towards Ground as it hits 1/3 of my team but Slowbro resist it and Hippowdon's Defence makes any Earthquake feel like a pin prick.
What do you think, anything I missed out?

Very true so I decided to use Substitute Heatran with Leftovers, It counters Choice Scarf Heatran by absorbing Flamethrower and I can Substitute up on the switch. Then I start hitting hard, I also need a move to destroy Kingdra as first I used Hp-Ice and found alot of Kingdra Dragon Dancing up and Waterfalling me dead, so I replaced Hp-Ice with Dragon Pulse to dent Kingdra also it does around 50%-65% to Salamence add that with Sleath Rock damage and Sand Storm.Fight fire with fire, except with Heatran.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Team so far.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Team Completed.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes, I have a slight weakness towards Ground as it hits 1/3 of my team but Slowbro resist it and Hippowdon's Defence makes any Earthquake feel like a pin prick.
What do you think, anything I missed out?

[CENTER]I haven't even used Infernape during the battle. Too bad.[/CENTER]
