So this is a team I've been experimenting with for a long time, ever since OR/AS came out in fact. But just recently I've decided to join Smogon Forums so, here goes nothing:
So for this team I lead with Combusken and kind of stall with substitute and protect and when I have an open chance I'll use fire blast. After 2-3 turns I baton pass to either Mismagius or Pikachu. Mismagius is a simple fast Choice Specs set with Trick for desperate measures. Pikachu -along with next two Pokemon- is a big part of the team, the very first thing I do is either Nuzzle or Icicle Crash depending on what I'm facing so I can paralyze the target or hope for a flinch or KO. Once Pikachu does something wether it be paralyze, flinch, or KO I immediately switch using Volt Switch or just switching into Xatu, Cryogonal or Hariyama. I found Pikachu works best with a pivot which is why I chose Xatu to be on the team to take a non-damaging move then switch back out into Pikachu or Hariyama. Hariyama is built around Xatu and Pikachu, it uses Fake Out because, duh, then if Pikachu or Xatu pulled off a paralysis then Hariyama will use Smelling Salts which can surprisingly wipe out half of most NU teams I've faced, then Hariyama will Knock Off to damage that pesky Golurk or Close Combat for STAB. Then Cryogonal is a spinner, simple as that, but occasionally Cryogonal can be used to take out water types in jiffy if Pikachu has fainted, and if Pikachu or Xatu has paralyzed the target, he come in and use confuse ray for the annoying 'para-fusion'.
