you dont really need both shadow ball and psychic; drop one for ice punch. up to you whether or not you want EVs in attack; if you do, go with shadow ball (hits psychics AND ghosts and most of them have weaker physical defense) or you could go with psychic to hit fighters and other gengars harder.

this is NOT dp, so crunch is NOT a good option for a DDmence; better off with Fire Blast in that slot anyway. you might want Hidden Power Flying over Rock Slide on Salamence; that's up to you.

bellydrum + resttalking? that is really screwed over if sleep talk picks one of two non-attacking moves (rest and BD), which will be often.

sceptile is not the strongest defensively, so you may want to go with a different set (if you want to use sceptile at all), like sub seed (sub/leech seed/hp ice or fire/leaf blade)

metagross would be better off with 252 HP/232 Atk/16 def/8 speed since it can come in more easily with those EVs. pursuit is a fine option, but it won't be running off of metagross's immense attack stat. Sludge bomb is not very effective as an attacking move in most cases; you'd be better served by rock slide and explosion. however, if you want to pack a suprise, consider thunderpunch and some satk EVs to hurt skarmory and some water-types.

as an overall team, it does not look too bad if you take my suggestions; if you play it safe and play it right, you can hit a lot of common pokemon (metagross, jirachi, swampert, tyranitar, flygon, salamence, celebi, etc.) with some super effective moves; i think, though, that you might have a bit of trouble with Jirachis and Celebis because they are very defensive and they can switch in on a number of your attacks (celebi can come in on sceptile, metagross when it EQs, the mence set that you are currently running, and it can give snorlax a hard time, especially if it is packing leech seed or reflect. jirachi can come in on just about everything else).

Pursuit on CBgross does crap, especially with an Adamant nature. I suggest EQ and RS over Pursuit and SB, for better type coverage.
