Rate my team

This is a non-pokebank OU team I built. I am new to competitive battling, and this is my first team I built myself, so bear with me if it is weak.

Heliolisk @ Choice Specs
Ability: Dry Skin
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Volt Switch
- Surf
- Grass Knot
- Hidden Power [Ice]

This is my lead. His main purpose is to do a little damage (most likely volt switch) and then go out to Espeon, to bounce back an oncoming status/hazard. If the opponent’s lead doesn't seem to want to set up any kind of status/hazard, then I attack with whatever move of Heliolisk's that will do the most damage.

Espeon @ Light Clay
Ability: Magic Bounce
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Reflect
- Light Screen
- Psyshock
- Hidden Power [Fire]

This is my support. I switch Espeon in on a status/hazard move to bounce it back, before setting up light screens. Usually I will let it attack until it dies, but if the battle seems like it will be more extended, then I will save him for later. I put light clay on for extended screens. I put on psyshock instead of psychic because it seems that most non-dark Espeon switch-ins are special, meaning that I do more damage then if I had psychic

Gengar @ Poison Barb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Sludge Bomb
- Hidden Power [Ice]

This is my fairy switch in and late-game sweeper. I just send him in on an EQ or a free switch-in, and attack with whatever is strongest. He will generaly block an earthquake for Aegislash or Lucario, before attacking with whatever is strongest. Because the most prevalent EQ users are Gliscor and Garchomp, I get a 4x hit against them with HP ice. He is also my fairy counter, with sludge bomb. He also works as a t-tar revenge killer with focus blast, but generally Lucario does that better. I think his item could be improved, but I don't know how.

Talonflame
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Acrobatics
- Flare Blitz
- Roost
- Swords Dance

This is my revenge killer (and sometimes sweeper). I send him out to revenge kill. If I have gotten lucky and bounced back a spore or something with Espeon, I may use Talonflame to setup on the opponent with swords dance. With priority 110 base Acrobatics, he can OHKO quite a few Pokemon. This is a non-pokebank team, and flying gem is unreleased, so I go item-less.

Aegislash @ Life Orb
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Shadow Sneak
- Sacred Sword
- Swords Dance
- King's Shield

This is my tank and back-up sweeper. Because of stance change, I can easily get off a swords dance, before getting a minisweep in with shadow sneak. Because of Aegislash’s low speed however, normal types like Heliolisk can get the OHKO before I sacred sword, as shadow sneak does nothing to them.

Lucario @ Lucarionite
Ability: Steadfast
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Close Combat
- Bullet Punch
- ExtremeSpeed
- Swords Dance

This is mega and my main sweeper. I switch him in on a poison or dark attack or I switch him in to revenge kill. While the enemy switches to a fire type or something to deal with lucario, I swords dance. Then, I extremespeed/bullet punch/close combat to victory. I need a speed boost so I can OHKO fast dark types with close combat, as bullet punch nor extreme speed can guarantee a KO. Should I replace a move with agility or something of the like? Or have a Blazikien or Scolipede baton pass it to Lucario?

So what do you think? What could be improved? I really need the advice.
