Rate My Team

I've been using this team for OU and I was wonder if it was good or not

Charizard-Mega-Y @ Charizardite Y
Ability: Drought
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Fire Blast
- Solar Beam
- Focus Blast
- Roost
I chose Charizard Y as it seems to have crazy high special attack and it's my favorite pokemon of the team

Smeargle @ Focus Sash
Ability: Own Tempo
EVs: 252 Def / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Spore
- Magic Coat
- Sticky Web
- Stealth Rock
Smeargle is my lead pokemon and the entire team depends upon the Sticky web since Mega Charizard Y and Exploud's Base speed stat are low. The stealth rocks are a bonus to help deal damage to pokemon

Excadrill @ Air Balloon
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Shadow Claw
- Rapid Spin
The Excadrill, like a lot of other Excadrills, is used to rapid spin away hazards such as Stealth Rocks to deal about half damage to Charizard. The shadow claw is used for ghost type pokemon switch-ins to prevent my Excadrill's Rapid Spin

Exploud @ Choice Specs
Ability: Scrappy
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
- Boomburst
- Focus Blast
- Ice Beam
- Surf
As stated before, Exploud relies on sticky web. Its Boomburst stab usually helps me OHKO most sweepers and the choice specs do a good job of boosting its power

Trevenant @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Impish Nature
- Phantom Force
- Will-O-Wisp
- Leech Seed
- Protect
Trevenant serves as the wall on my team and as a safeguard to prevent rapid spins. It has been a great wall for stalling the opponent and should Trevenant ever get burned or even frozen, Natural Cure helps get rid of these status moves.

Dragonite @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SDef
Lonely Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Extreme Speed
- Draco Meteor
- Hurricane
And finally, Dragonite serves as my mixed attacker in the team. Thanks to it's amazing Multiscale ability, it's able to survive most super-effective moves while I Dragon Dance and my Weakness Policy increases both its Attack and Sp. Attack by two stages.

Well that's my team and I would really appreciate if you guys could help rate it and even make it better!

This is a pretty solid team, but there are a few things I feel you could improve on. It's kind of strange that you would have do much attack investment in your Dragonite when you only have one physical move. I would recommend changing the EV investment to 252 Sp.Atk, 252 Speed, and 4 Sp.def. Also give it roost instead of dragon dance. With Trevenant, I would recommend Horn Leech instead of Phantom Force because it's easy for your opponent to see that and set up a sub, use protect, or switching to a more favorable matchup. Harvest and sitrus berry works well with Mega Charizard too. Timid is better on Exploud because of his weak speed stat. Good luck with your team!

Now its better: What about dropping Draco Meteor on Dragonite? Your weaknees policy won't be that great after a single attack. Try instead outrage or dragon claw. And then fire blast over hurricane to nail those steel types.

Phantom Force breaks past protect and subsitutes

Phantom Force breaks past protect and subsitutes
My apologies, I didn't realize that it broke through substitutes and protect, but horn leech is still a better choice because it gives your opponent a turn to switch to a more favorable matchup or set up. Horn leech complements leech seed too.

I fell that you lack any one Pokemon that can can take a special hit very well, even with the EVs on Dragonite

Since you're going with Natural Cure and using Trevenant as a spinblocker/wall, my recommendation is that you go mixed wall with it and use rest instead of leech seed. You want your Trevenant to be as slow as possible in this case in order to make it so that you always switch-out with Max HP (just get good with that prediction if this is the case)

Just one of many possibilities--Trevenant is extremely versatile.

DO NOT run Draco Meteor on Dragonite. As what's-his-name said it ruins the use of weakness policy. Also: dragon dance boosts speed and atk and you only have one attacking move--and also that attacking move has +2 priority Swords Dance would have been a better choice there. If you want a special attacker to be faster, use Agility. HERE'S THE DEAL THOUGH: Dragonite is completely outclassed by any number of other dragons at being a special attacker. The only thing that makes Dragonite unique is marvel scale+weakness policy--and you can't even take advantage of that if you're always getting the spatk drops from draco meteor.

Best Weakness policy set:
Drag @ Weakness
Adamant (252 Atk/252 Speed)
-Dragon Dance
-Outrage/Dragon Claw (choice is whether or not it is a late-game or dragmag variant or something that has to fear fairies and steels coming in to scare it off). Use team preview
-Extreme Speed (priority rules this metagame)
-Fire Punch/Earthquake (depending on teammate choice)
