Rate my Team

Hey, this is my team, it's mainly offensive. Also, I'm kind of a newbie, so don't be too harsh.

Empoleon @ Choice Specs
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Flash Cannon
- Ice Beam
- Hidden Power [Grass]

Empoleon does quite a bit of damage with hydro pump, and that's the move I use most. Flash cannon is for STAB, and ice beam and hidden power grass are for coverage. I prefer to run hp grass over grass knot, because some Pokemon can be quite light,

Rotom-Heat @ Safety Goggles
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Def
Modest Nature
- Overheat
- Volt Switch
- Will-O-Wisp
- Thunder Wave

Rotom Heat, is what I usually start off with. Overheat completely obliterates Skarmony, Ferrothorn, Forretress, Scizor and Smeargle. If they hang on with sturdy, or a focus sash, I can just volt switch out. It is also good for statusing physical attackers such as Conkeldurr and Breloom.

Golurk @ Choice Band
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Shadow Punch
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch
- Drain Punch

This is basically a choice set, Earthquake is the main STAB, Shadow Punch, is also STAB, and it's boosted by iron fist. Ice punch is also boosted by iron fist, and it hits the normal/flying pokemon that are immune to Golurk's STABs.

Gardevoir @ Leftovers
Ability: Trace
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Psychic
- Moonblast
- Focus Blast
- Calm Mind

So, this is a Calm Mind set. Use Calm Mind 1 or 2 times on a special attacker, then use its STABs, Psychic and Moonblast to sweep. Focus blast is for coverage, and to hit the steels that resist its STABs.

Sawsbuck @ Life Orb
Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Horn Leech
- Double-Edge
- Jump Kick
- Swords Dance

Swords Dance. I use it, then sweep with its STABs. Jump kick is for coverage. Life orb is to make its attacks powerful, and Horn Leech can stop it from totally fainting from recoil from life orb and double-edge

Heracross @ Heracronite
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Pin Missile
- Close Combat
- Rock Blast
- Earthquake

This is just the standard Mega Heracross. Pin missile and rock blast are effectively 125 base power moves with skill link. Close Combat is its second STAB, and Earthquake is so it doesn't get totally walled by Aegislash

Having two statuses on rotom is sort of redundant and never give status to a conkeldurr because most have guts and can completely destroy a team so I recommend choice scarf on rotom heat to outspeed threats and replace thunder wave with hidden power ice to nail dragon types and will-o-wisp swap out with trick because tricking a choice scarf to a wall pokemon can severely cripple it. Make gardevoir a timid nature because when you set up with calm mind you will want to outspeed certain pokemon. And finally empoleon will work well with a defogger support set because rotom heat takes 25 percent with stealth rocks and you will be switching in and out a lot with volt switch other than that solid team

I would consider using Defog on Empoleon, thought it doesn't fit in well with a Choice Specs set it is still something to think about. Rotom-H and other members of your team really appreciate not having SR and other hazards. on the field. I highly recommend you change Rotom-H's spread to specially defensive with Leftoves. You could think about changing Golurk to Assasult Vest Conk as Golurk is not a great Pokemon, and Conk does it's job much better and fits in with your team's synergy. If you do run AV Conk over Golurk, use Guts as you lack a status absorber. I think you should run 252 Speed evs and a Timid nature on Gardevoir as Gardevoir doesn't have the stats to pull off a bulky Calm Mind set as it does a speedy Calm Mind set. As for Sawsbuck, its pretty much outclassed by Swords Dance Diggersby. They are both SD LO Normal type attackers, but Diggersby does the job much better and Sawsbuck is only good at all in Sun.

As for Heracross, normal Heracross is still good so you could consider changing it to a standard Choice Scarf set. You lack a proper revenge killer as it is, and this would free up a slot for another Mega on your team, which would be Gardevoir as normal Gardevoir isn't that great. All you would have to do is change Gardevoir's item to Gardevoirite. This change is completely optional. If you want to keep Mega Heracross and normal Gardevoir then go for it. Hope I helped, and sets will be below.

Diggersby @ Life Orb
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Quick Attack
- Return
- Earthquake

Conkeldurr @ Assault Vest
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Ice Punch
- Knock Off

Rotom-Heat @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SDef / 248 HP / 8 Def
Calm Nature
- Overheat
- Volt Switch
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split

Heracross @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Megahorn
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge

ok first thing is your descriptions need to be little longer because as they stand a mod could lock the thread. You need a least 3 lines of description for each mon.

I would say change Heracrosses Ev's to 40Hp/252atk/216 speed, this gives him a little bit more bulk to surive attacks and still lets him out-speed key threats. Also good pick on mega cross so underused but so good.

Here are the rules btw before the mods lock this up. Anyway if you're running offensive Rotom, change your spread to 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd and run Choice Scarf with Trick. Trick scarf onto walls like Chansey to cripple them. Also, change Empoleon to a Specially Defensive set with Defog so you have a way of clearing hazards. Finally, if you're going to run Sawsbuck, run Jolly. Sawsbuck's isn't sweeping a lot of teams without Sun support and Chlorophyll with all the priority Brave Birds and Mach Punches running around. However, I'd recommend you replace Sawsbuck with Physically Defensive Mega Venusaur because Mega Mawile will absolutely wreck your team once Empoleon goes down (Sucker Punch takes care of Rotom-H btw). It also gives you a solid FWG core.
Rotom-H @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid / Modest Nature
- Overheat
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt / Will-o-wisp
- Trick

Venusaur @ Venusaurite
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Bold / Relaxed Nature
- Synthesis
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Leech Seed / Earthquake
Use Relaxed if running EQ

Empoleon @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / SAtk
Calm Nature
- Scald
- Defog
- Flash Cannon / Stealth Rock
- Toxic / Roar
Hope I helped! Add lines to your descriptions before the mods lock this up. Good luck with your team though!
