XY LC Rate My Team

Hello, I am quite new to competitive pokemon, so forgive my ignorance. This is my first team, and it seems to be doing quite successful, it has gotten me up to ~1300 on Pokemon Showdown. Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated!

Wooper @ Eviolite
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 236 HP / 156 Def / 76 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Recover
- Scald
- Earthquake
- Toxic

Wooper is on the team because he does a great job randomly sabotaging the opponent's strategy with Unware. He also helps my Fletchling not get nuked by some electric attacks. When I need to stall on someone's poison/burn, he does that too. However, this slot is still up for further improvement.

Gastly @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
Level: 5
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 68 HP / 40 Def / 200 SpA / 200 Spe
Modest Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Bomb
- Hidden Power [Fighting]
- Destiny Bond

Gastly is on the team because of his ridiculous Spec A. He does a good job at soaking up the fighting attacks that would hit my lead, Nosepass. He's mainly a revenge killer, but he gets the job done.

Abra @ Focus Sash
Ability: Magic Guard
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 240 SpA / 200 Spe
Timid Nature
- Psychic
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power [Fighting]
- Protect

Abra is on the team because of it's amazing revenge killing capabilities. He's kind of an f-you button for when I am up against troublesome pokemon.

Nosepass @ Berry Juice
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 236 Def / 76 SpA / 196 SpD
Bold Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Thunder Wave
- Volt Switch
- Rock Blast

Nosepass is the core of my team, he sets up stealth rock, and because of the low hp, sturdy and berry juice, he can also do a good job at either immediately switching out with Volt Switch or he can paralyze pokemon.

Fletchling
Ability: Gale Wings
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 156 HP / 196 Atk / 92 Def / 52 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Acrobatics
- Swords Dance
- Protect
- Roost

Fletching is my main sweeper, I try to set up so he can sweep the opposing team all to himself. I find myself never using roost, so I think that slot could be better off used as something else, but I am not sure.

Pawniard @ Eviolite
Ability: Defiant
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 156 Atk / 36 Def / 116 SpD / 196 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Knock Off
- Iron Head
- Brick Break

Pawniard is a very good pokemon, and he caught my eye because of his ability defiant. When someone is going to use Defog, I switch in to Pawniard and make them wish they hadn't. He is awesome at killing opposing abra's, he has tanked many other pawniard builds, and overall just a solid pokemon for this build.

Hi, I have a small suggestion for you. I think Choice Specs Gastly would be a better fit for your team. Between Abra, Fletch, and Pawniard's Sucker Punch, you shouldn't have too much trouble revenge killing threats, and Specs provides a lot of power. Scarf Gastly just feels a bit underwhelming in power since it only mostly hits things neutrally, whereas Specs has that power. For example,

196 SpA Gastly Sludge Bomb vs. 124 HP / 160 SpD Eviolite Foongus: 9-12 (36 - 48%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

196 SpA Choice Specs Gastly Sludge Bomb vs. 124 HP / 160 SpD Eviolite Foongus: 13-16 (52 - 64%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

I would also switch out Destiny Bond for Trick. Your team has a little trouble against defensive teams, and choiced Destiny Bond is bad because it's easily PP stalled if you use it incorrectly.

edit: if you don't need the ability to Trick, then LO is the superior option

Let me confirm those calculations before you make a judgment.
Yeah, I'd go for specs too if I were you, but it is your decision to make.

Thanks for the reply, and honestly, I'm not the biggest fan of the Choice Items, my friend just suggested this one for me. Is there another build of Ghastly that could make this team better? Also, I don't know what LO is.

Oh just saying but Life Orb in Gastly's case does kind of the same amount of damage that Choice Specs Gastly does (Since Pokémon are level 5 and LO damage is rounded unlike Specs which is rounded down it matters sometimes) so it'll be wiser to use Life Orb. In the fourth moveslot you can use Energy Ball. Here are some calcs to prove what I'm saying:
196 SpA Life Orb Gastly Sludge Bomb vs. 124 HP / 160 SpD Eviolite Foongus: 12-16 (48 - 64%) -- 96.5% chance to 2HKO
196 SpA Choice Specs Gastly Sludge Bomb vs. 124 HP / 160 SpD Eviolite Foongus: 13-16 (52 - 64%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Also, I'll suggest Bulky Tirtouga over Wooper since you're using Wooper only as a counter to Fletchling but Tirtouga does it better and it's overall bulkier thanks to Solid Rock, here is my suggested set:
Tirtouga @ Eviolite
Ability: Solid Rock
EVs: 84 HP / 252 Def / 12 SpA / 156 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Scald
- Stone Edge (or Rock Slide)
- Aqua Jet (or Knock Off to give some support to the team)
Also now that you got a Pokémon with Stealth Rock I'll suggest using Snubbull over Nosepass because you seem to have zero safe switch-in to Fighting-type Pokémon that run Knock Off (Timburr, Mienfoo, Scraggy..) and they're too common and you can only revenge kill them. Snubbull forces them to switch out thanks to its typing and Intimidate and can take the opportunity to spread paralysis with Thunder Wave or heal its teammates with Heal Bell, here is the set:
Snubbull @ Berry Juice
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 116 HP / 196 Def / 196 SpD
Careful Nature
- Play Rough
- Earthquake
- Heal Bell (You can run Close Combat instead if you want)
- Thunder Wave
Also, Protect on Fletchling seems meaningless so I suggest running U-Turn instead as it gives you great offensive momentum when you predict the opponent to switch into a Pokémon that counters it.

Good luck and I wish I helped :]
