Hello, obviously I'm new around here but I been competitive battling for nearly 3 years now and I finally decided to take it more seriously and made my first team. I'm having some success with this team but also having some issues(as most teams do have) so I'm here for any pointers/suggestions that can help make this team better.

NOTE: This team is obviously built around Charizard so no matter what he'll be staying.
