I get the joke. But for a Dragon team lacks the tools to really hold up in the monotype metagame. Notably, Fairy- and Ice-type threats such as Flutter Mane, Primarina, and Mamoswine should easily handle this along with faster Dragon-types like Dragon Darts variants of Dragapult and Choice Scarf Roaring Moon as you lack any sort of defensive backbone to take these threats on allowing them to easily run through your team.

If you still want to run a Scale Shot threat, Swords Dance Garchomp can be a capable threat on the right build but only really Scale Shot Garchomp and it has to be backed up by solid Pokemon such as Archaludon, Hisuian Goodra, and Dragapult to truly get the most out of it. If you want an idea of what to do, I slapped this together real quick: https://pokepast.es/e00856dbc08a2952 Its untested but should probably work fine enough for ladder.

Why did you choose this Pokemon? What do the EV spreads do and why do you have it? What are all 4 moves for?
