hows metagross a mixed sweeper? all of its moves are physical so you should take out those EVs in SpA and dump them in HP/Speed or remove him completely for something else also Rhyperior should have Solid Rock as lightningrod is useless unless this is a doubles team

Yeah. I realize the Solid Rock part... I accidentally mistyped it.
Also, thanks for pointing that out. I will change his EV's around - any specific suggestions? Also any suggestions for Roserade's item?

First of all, you should probably change the EV order to hp/atk/def/spatk/spdef/spe or else people witll get confused.

Togekiss should not be using Aerial Ace. Its Attack isn't that great, and Calm lowers it more. Use Air Slash instead.

If Rhyperior come in on a sleeping opponent, it may be worth giving him Swords Dance, because then he could have a turn or two of set up. Don't use Lightning Rod. It has no use in 1v1. Solid Rock is a really good ability that he should take advantage of.

Metagross is missing 100 EVs or so. Also its not a mixsweeper. All of its attacks are physical.

Roserade should have Hidden Power Fire. Otherwise it is walled by Steels. With that set, you could use Choice Specs. Sort of like a Specsmence, but with different STAB.

First of all: It is in order of HP/ATK/DEF/SPATK/SPDEF/SPE.
Aerial Ace is amazing for it due to the fact that it never misses while Aerial Ace still misses. >.>
I was considering Swords Dance, but hesitated on it. I may think about it.
Metagross... yeah. I just realized that. >_>
Roserade - well... HP Fire... meh. *Item suggestions or not?

3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you're having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.
