Rate My Team (mono Psychic)

OK, so I use Netbattle Supremacy, and I'm trying to create the best mono Psychic team I could possible make. However, I'm running into some problems with keeping these Pokémon alive. I also don't use server mods, so I'd rather not someone suggest that my Jirachi, for example, use Iron Head over Zen Headbutt. I want to make use of the moves that it can learn in Platinum, not extended movesets. In any case, here's my team:

Jirachi @ Leftovers ** Alexander
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 85 HP / 85 Atk / 131 Def / 124 Spd / 85 SDef
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Cosmic Power
- Fire Punch
- Thunderpunch
- Zen Headbutt
Comments: I'm not particularly good at creating a lead pokemon, but I figured a Jirachi with a defense-boosting move and moves with special effects would work to take advantage of Serene Grace. Leftovers with Cosmic Power is pretty awesome, IMO.

Gardevoir (M) @ Lum Berry ** LaMar
Trait: Trace
EVs: 85 HP / 131 Def / 124 Spd / 85 SAtk / 85 SDef
Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Future Sight
- Psychic
- Snatch
- Thunder Wave
Comments: I wanted to try something different, so this one is kind of hard for me to fix. Snatch is something I've never tried before, but as far as I can see, it requires a lot of prediction. Two Psychic moves are kind of stupid, I know, but Future Sight still works against Dark Types, so I'm not too stressed.

Gallade (M) @ Salac Berry ** Dmitri
Trait: Steadfast
EVs: 85 HP / 85 Atk / 130 Def / 125 Spd / 85 SDef
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Fire Punch
- Psycho Cut
- Swords Dance
- Thunder Wave
Comments: Similar to Gardevoir, except using a physical moveset and trading Snatch for Swords Dance. I'm completely walled by Houndoom though.

Azelf @ Lum Berry ** Omni
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 84 HP / 84 Def / 170 Spd / 84 SAtk / 88 SDef
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Nasty Plot
- Psychic
- Shadow Ball
- Thunderbolt
Comments: Pure special sweeper. Thunderbolt is kind of a mixed bag though: It helps against Gyarados, but then again doesn't do much for anything else...still debating it.

Metagross @ Salac Berry ** Metalla
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 84 HP / 130 Atk / 84 Def / 124 Spd / 88 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Meteor Mash
- Stealth Rock
- Thunderpunch
Comments: I like Stealth Rock, but other than that he's not particularly useful for much other than for his defensive typing.

Alakazam (M) @ Expert Belt ** Jamari
Trait: Inner Focus
EVs: 85 HP / 108 Def / 148 Spd / 84 SAtk / 85 SDef
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Focus Blast
- Grass Knot
- Psychic
- Shadow Ball
Comments: OMG WHY DOES ALAKAZAM HAVE DEFENSE EVS?! It makes him suprisingly sturdy, and he's not completely killed by an unboosted special or physical attack, so it's cool. Energy Ball would provide better consistent damage, but most of the time, I switch him in to bulky Water/Rock types like Tyrannitar (I know you're saying LOL) and Swampert, so Grass Knot gives the extra punch for the KO.

In any case, you probably noticed that none of my Pokémon have 252 EVs. I wanted to keep it sort of balanced so that I don't have a completely fragile sweeper or a Pokemon that can't really attack. As far as synergy goes, I really don't have any; I've never been good with it. I just concentrate more on typing and movesets to get the job done. I did it in one of my other teams, and it's suprisingly useful (Most people don't expect a CS Vaporeon).

So, what do you think?

P.S.: If I'm breaking any rules, please let me know. You said not to make it boring, so that's the reason for all of the comments.

So, your not taking any suggestions, eh? then you'll never improve your team..Example you don't want to change Zen headbutt > Iron head, well, they both have the same Base power(80 BP), both have the effect of flinching and both are STAB to Jirachi, though Iron head is better, why? Better accuracy and higher flinch rate...What's with your EV spread? You should use this EV spread on both Alakazam and Azelf...By the way, Iron head is a move tutor in platinum..
4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe /
Also, if you don't fix this thread you'll see this from the Moderators...

Welcome to Smogon. Read the RMT rules please, especially rule 3, as this isn't good enough. Feel free to repost once it's following all the rules.

What? Jirachi learns Iron Head in Platinum.

Also, wow, your movesets are terrible for the most part and your EV spreads even more so. EVs should generally emphasize the stats a Pokemon is good at. For example, defense EVs won't help Alakazam at all because it can't take hits no matter how many EVs you put in.

You should read Smogon's analyses for each Pokemon to help you get started.

You need to expand most of your descriptions as currently they're not up to rule 3:

RMT rules said:
3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.

PM me the fixed descriptions and I'll re-open your thread.
