I have used this team in a good few battles now, and I have won 50% ish. I don't know how to give this team more Synergy, but I will list and explain my choice

Donphan.@LifeOrb
EVs 252HP/252Atk/6Spd
Adamant
Earthquake
Rapid Spin
Stealth Rock
Stone Edge

This is my lead. I can take out most common leads with it. Based off Anti Lead Donphan

Also rapid spin helps to keep entry hazards off my back. The attack EVs are an added surprise for people expecting a wall.

Electivire@ExpertBelt
252Atk/252Spd/6HP
Lonely
Cross Chop
Earthquake
Ice Punch
Thunder Punch

My favourite on the Team. Super effective against 13 out of 17 types of pokemon- including weaknesses. Expert Belt just adds to this power. In my best battle he has taken out 4 pokes. As a not very experienced player, I generally just keep him in until he is dead.

Heracross@Choiceband
252Atk/252SPd/6HP
Adamant
Close Combat
Megahorn
Pursuit
Stone Edge

Not a very original choice, but effective. The Fighting moves are for Blissey. I wanted a grass or Bug type Pokemon to cover the lack of any grass/bug moves elsewhere.

Salamence@Choice Specs
Modest
252Spd/252Sp.Atk/6HP
Draco Meteor
Flamethrower
Hydro Pulse
Dragon Pulse

Again, not an original choice. I chose Salamence to cover my lack of Water or Fire type moves. Draco Meteor is also Crazy damage against nearly everyone.

Skarmory@Leftovers
Impish
252HP/252Def/6Spd
Drill Peck
Roost
Spikes
Whirlwind

A staller/wall - I like to put down spikes ( coupled with Donphans SR) and spam whirlwind.

Togekiss@Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP / 228 Def / 28 SDef
Calm
Ability: Serene Grace
-Air Slash
-Wish
-Nasty Plot
-Baton Pass

Support. 60% flinch rate is annoying at worst, and wins the battle at best. The only Synergy i have in my team so far. I baton pass wish to heal up a sweeper for a second run, or If i can baton pass Calm Mind to Salamence, he is nearly unstoppable.

So there you have it. Sorry this is a bit brief. I am very new to the game, and while i HAVE read over a lot of material, I still suck in the team making department. So far this team seems OK, but it doesnt really shine. Any help would be appreciated. I am flexible with changing all the pokemon, except electivire, as so far he has been the one true star of the team.

Woo, cool! Thanks for the credit on Donphan!

Well, the first thing to notice is that there's Salamence, who is banned to ubers. Dragonite makes a great replacement, and can be mixed.

Dragonite @ Life Orb
Naive
Evs: 4 HP/ 252 ATK/ 252 SPE
Inner Focus
~Dragon Dance
~Outrage
~Superpower
~Fire Blast/Roost

You can set up on things that don't threaten you, like Infernape. Then, you can usually kill the switch-in. But roost can be used if life orb recoil is too dangerous.
Lack of water moves won't be problematic if you use something other than Skarm.

Skarmory can support this team greatly, but it seems like you wouldn't be using it much. Rotom is an effective spin-blocker and revenge killer which this team needs.

Rotom-W @ Choice Scarf
Modest
Evs: 4 HP/ 252 SP.A/ 252 SPE
Levitate
~Thunderbolt
~Shadowball
~Hydro Pump
~Trick/HP:Ice

When something dies, you switch this in and kill whatever it is. Not much to explain. Trick is useful, but without scarf, it renders itself making it easily revenged. HP:Ice hits grass and dragon types way easier, and isn't stopped til' a steel come in. That's where you set up with Dragonite.

On Heracross, try the scarf. Band is very powerful, but it gets stopped too easily by faster opponents. It dosen't need pursuit that much, as night slash can deal more damage to ghosts that stay in, like Gengar or Dusknoir.

And one more thing, your Evs say that your speed means special defense. In other words, SPE means speed and SP.D means special defense.

Good Luck!

Salamence is no longer OU, so you need to replace it. Also, this team is in violation of rule 3:

RMT rules said:
3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.

I'm locking this for the time being, until you PM me fixed descriptions.
