This wouldn't be anything new people have thought of that before. Don't make an RMT Thread if you want to rate one Pokemon.
 
Try Yawn+Roost over Rest, Sleep Talk, Psycho Shift.

This way you have Room for another move.

Perhaps Nasty Plot/Aura Sphere.

Also Yawn works to cause switches, so you can Nasty Plot on the switch over and over.
 
I really don't want to mini mod here, but it really is asking for it.

You have to add desriptions and cannot only have one Pokemon that you want reviewed.
