Rate My Underused Team

I decided to make an UU team yesterday, so here it is. Its my first UU team and needs a lot of criticism.

Stupid Drifblim. Ruining the pattern.

Rapidash @ Wide Lens
Jolly
252 Atk/252 Spe/4 Def
Hypnosis
Will-o-wisp
Flare Blitz
Megahorn

My lead. Can give some status and dent some Pokemon too. It also is immune to fire that hurts Steelix. There are quite a lot of faster leads that I have problems with. I could do with a better physical sweeper.

Hypno @ Leftovers
Calm
Insomnia
252 HP/56 Def/ 200 SpD
Seismic Toss
Thunderwave
Wish
Light screen

My Special Wall, who also give light screen support to the team. Cripples sweepers with thunderwave. Unfortunately my team has trouble with dark and ghost pokemon at the moment so special dark and ghost pokemon are a problem. As I already have hypnosis and will-o-wisp on Rapidash, thunderwave conflicts with other statuses. I don't know whether Reflect is better than Light Screen or not. Would protect work over light screen or something?

Steelix @ Leftovers
Relaxed
252 HP/120 Atk/136 SpD
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Stealth Rock
Roar

My physical Wall. Easily deals with most physical threats. Obviously is has problems with fighting and ground attacks, but Drifblim helps to take them (but isn't great at dealing with them). I am considering Explosion over Roar.

Lapras @ Leftovers
Careful
Shell Armour
160 HP/96 Atk/252 SpD
Ice Shard
Waterfall
Curse
Rest

Bulky Water. Helps to deal with some threats that Steelix and Hypno have trouble with. Shell armour prevent crits when I am cursed up, Ice shard lets me get in a hit first and Rest lets me heal. However water absorb might be better overall, I'm still unsure.

Venesaur @ Choice Specs
Modest
236 Hp/252 SpA/20 Spe
Leaf Storm
Hidden Power [Ice]
Sludge Bomb
Sleep Talk

Spec Venesaur. Leaf storm is murder to anything it hits. Unsure on hidden power and last move. My main special sweeper.

Drifblim @ Petaya Berry
Timid
Unburden
144 Def/252 SpA/52 Spe
Substitute
Calm Mind
Shadow Ball
Hidden Power [Fighting]

Drifblim. On my team mainly because it has a lot of immunities, but also so I can have another special attacker. As I picked it for immunities though, I just picked the set I liked the look of. I think I need a better set for this, or something else with the same immunities. After 3 Subs I get Petaya and Unburden boosts, and if I have a couple of calm minds then I can get in a sweep.

Let's add a bit more detail to your RMT. Individual descriptions are required to be a little longer than simple "Physical Wall. Easily deals with most threats", as we see in Steelix's description. The more you describe the Pokemon's uses, then the more feedback you should recieve.

Read the RMT rules, specifically rule #3, to fully understand what we're looking for in an RMT.

Sorry, added some more detail.
