I think it's good, but I can always use some constructive critiscim.

Froslass @ Focus Sash
Nature: Timid
EV's: 252 Spd, 252 Sp. Atk, 6 HP

Spikes
Destiny Bond
Ice Beam
Shadow Ball/ Thunderbolt

Froslass is my starter. Her main goal is to set down at least 1 or 2 sets of Spikes while surviving with the Focus Sash. Destiny Bond can help take down a pokemon should her health gets too low, and she has the speed to pull it off. Ice Beam and either Shadow Ball or T-bolt can be used for type coverage, but I'm not sure which one to pick.

Clefable @ Toxic Orb
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Magic Guard
EV's: 252 Atk, 252 HP, 6 Spd

Protect
Wish
Meteor Mash
Facade

Clefable is my Wish supporter and secondary physical attacker behind Hitmonchan. Protect activates the Orb, which powers up Facade and prevents Clefable from being put to sleep. His (yes, mine's a boy) ability negates the poison damage, so he doesn't have to worry about that. Meteor Mash is for Rock and Ghost types, and if he gets a boost, he'll have 393 Attack (262 X 1.5).

dpmfa049.png

Venomoth @ Choice Specs (Gives him 418 Sp. Atk)
Nature: Timid
Ability: Tinted Lens
EV's: 252 Spd, 252 Sp. Atk, 6 HP

Bug Buzz
Sludge Bomb
Psychic
HP Ground

I'm going to prove to you that Venomoths don't entirely suck anymore since he now has Tinted Lens. He'll be able to stay out against, say, a Steel-type, and be able to break right through the 'not very effective' part due to his ability. Bug Buzz is his main attack, and Psychic hits the hoard of Grass-Poisons in UU. Sludge Bomb is basically a filler for Jumpluff and Tropius, but it still gets STAB. HP Ground is for the Steel-Rocks that will still block Bug Buzz.

dpmfa107.png

Hitmonchan @ Muscle Band
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Iron Fist
EV's: 252 Atk, 212 Spd, 44 HP

Substitute
Focus Punch
Ice Punch
Fire Punch/ Pursuit

A Hitmonchan Focus Punch, when you factor in STAB, his ability, AND his item, reaches a NEUTRAL base power of 297...woah. Put that with a 339 Atk stat, and you have one badass move. Sub on the switch, usually followed by FP. Ice Punch and Fire Punch basically cover the majority of pokemon who resist FP, and are also boosted by his ability and item. Pursuit could be used to hit Ghosts who are bound to come in on him, but the 4 UU Ghosts are all very frail, so I could possibly 2HKO them with a respective punch.

dpmfa171.png

Lanturn @ Leftovers
Nature: Calm
Ability: Volt Absorb
EV's: 252 Sp. Def, 136 Sp. Atk, 80 Spd, 40 HP

Thunderbolt
Surf
Confuse Ray
Thunder Wave

Para-Fusion anyone? This set works really well with Froslass. Once Spikes are down, my opponent will have to think twice about switching after being messed up by CR and TW. If they switch to something with Levitate or a Flier, Lanturn hits it with his respecitive attack.
---------------------------------------------------------
dpmfa338.png

Solrock @ Leftovers
Nature: Impish
EV's: 252 HP, 180 Def, 76 Atk

Will-O-Wisp
Light Screen
Stone Edge
Explosion

WoW physical attackers, and throw up Light Screen against special attackers. WoW really helps my team out due to everyone besides Froslass having higher special defense than physical. Stone Edge is for the Fire types who try to absorb WoW. When I'm done, kaboom.

Your team seems pretty balanced overall. I just have a few minor notes.

-Muscle band's effect seems pretty negligent. I'd suggest expert belt, but muscle band's alright too.

- Frosslass is pretty sturdy, especially in UU. Don't think you need that Focus Sash, since there's no weavile around anyway. But if you see alot of fire or dark leads, you could hold onto it.

- Give Frosslass Shadow ball, since Lanturn deals with both flyers and waters.

And indeed, venomoths do not suck. :D

A 2nd Ghost may be in order since you intend to let Frosslass die to get more spikes out of her. You don't want to set up spikes only to be blown away because you sacrificed your ghost to put them down.

If you are intend on parafusion, Rotom can do it as well. It can also WoW and Light Screen. Should you do with WoW and Light Screen, that will give Solrock a couple more spots to do other things. Reflect wouldn't be bad over LS.

Losing Lanturn (should you do the swap) means you lose a special wall. I suggest making Clefable the Special Wall w/ Encore variant. That particular Clef forces switches and gives your other pokemon chances to set up with Twave + Encore. Wish/Protect/Toxic or Encore/Seismic Toss may work as well, haven't tried it though.

I hope this helps

I don't INTEND to let her die, I'm simply saying that I can use Froslass' speed to take advantage of Destiny Bond. I'm not going to turn her into a sacrifice every battle, although when her health is low, I can DB and take someone out with me at least.

Actually I was going to try and do that, but I think that my strategy can fool a lot of opponents. If you ask me, most of them wouldn't expect a Clefable to come right out and attack them. Plus, Clefable still has 394 HP and 200+ Special Defense, and I consider that somewhat of a special wall already.

Your Venomoth is the bomb man :D,to ditto with swordmaster789,opt for Shadow Ball over T-bolt as you have Lanturn who can use it and Shadow Ball gives Froslass STAB,so Gyarados still has a reason to keep away, moveset's fine for Lanturn, the only thing i would tweak about it is to give it the focus sash, maybe give Froslass Choice Specs too,or keep focus sash for her.

The team seems very sturdy, but your lack of a spinner will really hurt that ever loved Venomoth. I would change the solrock to something that can get rid of stealth rock and all that jazz, or you could even put rapid spin on Hitmonchan, but SubPunch wouldn't be an option at that point. I am especially loving that Lanturn though, keep him at all costs.

Err... there's no Gyaradoses in UU.
I know, that was me not seperating my sentences.

What i meant was give Lass S-Ball over T-bolt for STAB

Seeing as how Lanturn already know T-bolt Gyarados won't be rushing into the fight as fast.

Unless the team's not being used against OUs.
All in all it's still crackin' :)
