ORAS UU Rate My UU Team

Hey guys, this is my first post ever, so bare with me if I mess anything up. Thanks!

So I wanted to get my UU team rated, and I use this team online on ORAS. I does exceptionally well against most teams, even the non iv bred all legendary teams. I also apologize if my summaries for my team members are to vague. if needed I'll ass more detail! So here it is:

Garden Flower (Florges) Leftovers Ability: Symbiosis
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Aromatherapy
- Wish
- Protect
- Moonblast

Florges is my wish support and a mixed defender. I thought that Florges' spd was high enough that I didn't HAVE to ev train it, and I preferred to ev train it in defense to take some hits if it needed too.

Big Ounce (Krookodile) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Knock Off
- Earthquake
- Pursuit

Krookodile is mainly a intimidate starter, which helps for my other 2 defensives, florges and empoleon, and sometimes crobat. Usually I go for rocks if I feel like it's needed, or I'll start hitting knock offs. Pursuit is mainly for when my opponent switches out, but I don't find myself using it all that much.

Lamporghini (Chandelure) (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Flame Body
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Trick
- Overheat
- Energy Ball
- Shadow Ball

Chandelure is my main special attacker, with a little trick in there in case of a suicune or some setter-upper. I don't use it a lot, but when I do it works pretty well. energy ball for weakness coverage, and shadow ball for stab damage. Overheat usually OHKOs a lot of sweepers, but the sp attack drop does kind of hurt him. I find myself wish I had fire blast on him, but I'm not sure if it would be as reliable as overheat, with the lowered damage and lower accuracy. Chandelure can't take super effective hits, at all, which is a bit of an issue. Another problem with chandelure is that even though is he scared, he still doesn't outspeed mega Aerodactyl.

Happy Feet (Empoleon) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
- Roar
- Defog
- Scald
- Ice Beam

Empoleon is another mixed defender, with a decent spdef and ev trained in def, which makes it pretty nice. I usually use him for roaring out setter-uppers, like suicune, and for defogging rocks, which my team doesn't appreciate for the most part. I would like to use empoleon for switching from florges when a poison threat is present. But for example, nidoking is hard to switch in because of thunderbolt and earth power. So empoleon is kind of a gamble in some cases, but can take some hits pretty nicely.

Meester White (Mienshao) (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Reckless
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- High Jump Kick
- Knock Off
- U-turn
- Stone Edge

Mienshao is my main physical sweeper, but in ORAS he's a regenator with life orb. for the most part reliable, but very hard to switch into. The moves chosen are mostly for coverage uses, and being scarfed mienshao can usually outspeed a lot of threats, such as alakazam and crobat. He also takes care of chansey and blissey pretty nicely, but these are just a couple of threats, and some others he can't handle as well. However, the problem with mienshao is that usually if he doesn't KO, he gets KOed cause he can't take shit.

Purple Jellybean (Crobat) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- U-turn
- Roost
- Taunt

Crobat is my fast support for my team, and his main attraction for me is taunt. It stops almost anything before it can status, which really messes up my opponent. Brave bird and U-turn are there for offensive purposes, both usually deal a fair amount of damage. Roost is for brave bird recoil and rock damage. Also, crobat, in my ORAS game, is replaced with mega aerodactyl with wing attack, ice fang, roost, and taunt. Basically the same, and has full speed and attack evs. He basically serves the same purpose as crobat.

Thank you very much for reading my post, and please leave a lot of criticism and opinions! If you have any questions, comments, and concerns, go ahead. And thanks again!

Hey man, solid team you have there! That being said, a few suggestions:

On Krook, if you want to go fully physically defensive, you might as well run Gligar, though Krook fits your team much better. Try running a more offensively inclined spread of 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe with Jolly. You might also want to consider running Black Glasses over Leftovers and try to fit Taunt onto that moveset.

As for Chandelure, you should run Flash Fire > Flame Body. Being able to switch into a Fire attack is huge, and Chandelure isn't bulky enough (as you said) to to fish for burns with Flame Body. Also, you should run Fire Blast > Overheat. Being choice-locked into a move that lowers its power is not good, especially late game when you needs to clean up. Besides, Overheat hits very little over Fire Blast, and the accuracy drop is worth it imo.

You have a very slight ground weakness, so something pretty cool that you might want to try out is Shuca Berry on Empoleon, which lets you get a clutch defog or even a roar against the likes of EQ mence or gatr etc etc. it's a pretty cool item to use.

Finally, Empoleon is going to be your check to lots of pokemon, like gatr, aero, beedrill, mence, lax, etc, so you need to conserve it as much as possible. be sure to take advantage of wish passing with florges as much as possible to keep it healthy, especially if you're going for shuca.

anyway, nice team dude, hope i helped!

- Pursuit
Lamporghini (Chandelure) (M) @ Choice Scarf

Yes thank you very much for getting to me! I'll try that new set with krook, and switch to fire blast. And with the new set, so you think life orb, scarf, or choice band would be ok too? Just want to check my options.

You're running Stealth Rock / Taunt, so it's probably not a good idea to lock yourself into those moves with a Choice Item haha! Life Orb is fine, but since you're only running Dark-types moves, the very slight loss in power from Black Glasses outweighs the recoil damage imo, but really it's up to you.

Oh yeah I didn't think about that! Are there any other good water support types like empoleon you know of? I find it hard to switch into empoleon cause almost any super effective hit takes him below half health and he's too slow to attack. So any suggestions for other pokes, different move sets, or usage tips? Thanks!
