Rate My UU Team

I had a similar team constructed before but I changed it a little. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

Torkoal - Leftovers
Relaxed - White Smoke
252 HP / 252 Def / 6 SAt
Toxic
Rapid Spin
Lava Plume
Stealth Rock

My starter. Sets up Stealth Rock and spins away the foe's traps. Lava Plume's burn rate helps against physical attackers. Toxic for counters that switch in, for those who don't mind burns, or to encourage switching.

Qwilfish - Black Sludge
Adamant - Swift Swim
252 HP / 252 At / 6 Spd
Spikes
Explosion
Waterfall
Poison Jab

My second trap-layer. From what I've read, UU spinners have difficulty switching into Qwilfish so I may set up Spikes without too much trouble.

Rotom - Light Clay
Timid - Levitate
Reflect
Will-O-Wisp
Thunderbolt
Shadow Ball

Screen support and anti-spinner. Will-O-Wisp helps against physical attackers (in case Torkoal can't get at them). I might switch Reflect for Light Screen if need be.

Wigglytuff - Wise Glasses
Modest - Cute Charm
148 Def / 252 SAt / 108 SDf
Ice Beam
Perish Song
Hyper Voice
Shadow Ball

My special attacker. Perish Song will encourage switching. If Reflect is up, perhaps Wigglytuff will survive a physical attack to activate Cute Charm (which will also encourage switching).

Carnivine - Big Root
Modest - Levitate
252 HP / 6 Def / 252 SAt
Giga Drain
Wring Out
Stun Spore
Sleep Powder

Conk out one target and stun the one that switches in. Wring Out is only a filler move, my option in the event I can not get a desirable Hidden Power. I could also go for Sludge Bomb. Giga Drain is Carnivine's only form of healing (especially if item clause is a rule).

Primeape - Choice Scarf
Jolly - Vital Spirit
48 HP / 252 At / 208 Spd
Rock Slide
Earthquake
Punishment
Close Combat

To be honest, Primeape is a filler. I had some difficulty selecting a sixth member. However this set makes a good revenge killer.

- Since your team relies on Spikes, you should probably find something with Roar/ Whirlwind. Perhaps, Blastoise, Leafeon, Glaceon, Drapion, Bastiodon, or Stantler. Each has thier unique assests. Leafeon and Glacion can give you needed Wish support for team longevity, Drapion can absord Toxic Spikes and is bulky, Bastiodon can cure your overall Swellow weakness not to mention add even more bulk to the team, and Stantler can Intimidate and full-fill various roles.

- Scarf Primeape Generally uses U-Turn - Ice Punch/ Stone Edge - EQ - Close Combat. Through my experience with UU Punishment has not once been benificial to me. So i suggest dropping it for U-Turn or Ice Punch.

- Carnivine has better things to be doing than Big Root + Giga Drain. He is without a doubt a better physical attacker. Try the Sub Seed set from Smogon analysis, It works wonders. But if you want to use Giga Drain I suggest using either Victoribell or Venasaur. They both can run the same set which would more than likely look like... GiGa Drain - Stun Spore/ Sleep Powder - Sub/ Protect - Leech Seed. That should force some switches if played properly.

- Wigglytuff's set doesn't look like it would be effective since your attacking from i think 50ish Special Attack and she would probably be better of doing a supporting role. If you want a special attack that forces switches you should try out Specs Glaceon, Scarf Venasaur, Scarf Victoribell, Sharpedo, or Golduck.

Hopefully you haven't given up on this team already.

You Torkal is a Great Choice for a good Toxic sprayer but i like a Shuckle their 230 DEf and SPD is Freaking GOD man i swear even a Blissey will become Jelous! but your choice is great i mean Torkoal not too good but not too bad HP but not really Recommended but since you would use Torkoal for not very long i guess it's okay!

QuilFish maybe beter then Torkoal i mean it's Speed and Attack are not too bad and you have Waterfall for a good 90 base physical damage with STAB and if all else shall fail! Lure them to a Explosion making your Quilfish's Faint for reason!

If you want Rotom to really Give Screen Support teach it Light Screen bought at Veilstone since you may want to worry about Choice Scarfed Metagross(i think Choice Scarf gives Speed boost of SPA i forget since i never got one) and Replace Will-o Wisp with Thudner wave since it will help out more i mean Thunder wave can stop attacks occaisonally Serene Grace can help out if you have one on you which you don't so i shouldn't bother but yeah but STAB moves will get through tho with pokes like Kyogre and Abomasnow with their Weather Abilities if you used Will-o Wisp since pokes can still attack

I am Shocked! a Wigglytuff without any Evs in HP! the world is crashing down but no offense Wigglytuff's other stats are freaking Shit! if you consider 75 SpA good and Seriously Ditch Defense IVs and put them into HP like 252 HP, 190 SpA, 62 DEF, 6 Speed here is a spread out EV pool which will help you out. Hp well is Self-Explanitory, SpA is for Dumb people who think WigglyTuff won't have a single EV in SpA will be proven wrong as Ice Beam will kick ass since it's great Type Coverage and Hyper voice for great STAB but Perish song will definetly act as a Roar since opponents have to switch unless they want BBQ'd pokes from Perish song

I can see why you have it's SpA Evs and it is a great poke for Sleeping others or Para'ing others and Wring out im not sure i think has more pwoer with less hp will help if the opponent does become too powerfull in Attk or Spattk

This is the only set i am not gonna give tips on becuz it's perfect the way it is! i mean good Spd evs, Attk is great and HP is for some Reisists since it has not many to reisist against and your move Pool just says power in the face! along with Punishment to act as a Move when you are in a pinch

Hope i helped!

I actually used to have Victreebel in my party but since I have Qwilfish I wanted to minimize the common Psychic weakness (Primeape being the third member with a Psychic weakness if I keep Victreebel). I could probably run the physical Carnivine to use Crunch on enemy Psychics. You have a point with Swellow being able to do some major damage so I could go with Bastiodon. Who would you suggest I replace for it?

To Hi-Ho Silver: Thanks for the advice. I think I'll go with the EV spread you recommended for Wigglytuff and I think I'll go with Light Screen on Rotom to cover my party's lower Special Defense. I kind of wanted to keep Will-O-Wisp though so perhaps I could give Rotom Discharge for its paralysis rate.
