In Depth:

gliscor.png

Gliscor (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 252 HP/40 Def/216 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- U-turn
- Stealth Rock
- Roost
- Earthquake

Reasoning: Took joshe's suggestion and haven't thought twice about it. Many opponents taunt him, and I laugh as I U-turn to Scizor and KO their lead before it accomplished anything (especially amusing against aerodactyl). He does not even have to get stealth rock up to be a huge help to the team. He switches into attacks all the time, and is a great check to swords dance lucario, heatran, and dd tyranitar(to a point).

tyranitar.png

Tyranitar (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 164 HP/252 Atk/92 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Crunch
- Aqua Tail
- Pursuit
- Stone Edge

Reasoning: He is the only pokemon I didn't change at all, and for good reason. This guy wrecks people. Crunch for STAB, pursuit for trapping, Stone Edge for obvious power, Aqua Tail to counter other tyranitars and heatran.

latias.png

Latias (F) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Surf
- Draco Meteor
- Dragon Pulse
- Trick

Reasoning: Changed quite a bit from my old latias. I found that this team had problems with dd salamence, and she is a great counter to him, outspeeding and delivering a 1HKO with Draco Meteor. She's an all purpose revenge killer. Trick is for when I know I don't need my scarf anymore, I just love ruining a wall's day.

magnezone.png

Magnezone @ Leftovers
Ability: Magnet Pull
EVs: 40 Atk/216 Spd/252 SAtk
Naive nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Explosion
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Substitute
- Thunderbolt

Reasoning:
Following joshe's advice again, I switched up my magnezone set. Great at his job of trapping steels, and delivers a nasty surprise with explosion. Hidden Power Grass is for swampert. If they bring in Blissey to try and wall me, explode and latias/rotom have a much easier time delivering damage.

rotomheat.png

Rotom-h @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/252 Spd/4 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Overheat
- Shadow Ball
- Thunderbolt
- Trick

Reasoning: Following Ashley's advice, I brought this guy in primarily to counter DD Gyrados. He has certainly not disapointed me. Overheat is a good check to lucario, and helps a lot against metagross, who can be a nuisance. Shadow Ball is for stab, and is the go to attack if I'm not sure what's coming. Thunderbolt is the obvious choice to counter DD Gyrados. Another trick is usually unexpected, and wrecks another wall's day.

scizor.png

Scizor (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/8 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Bullet Punch
- Pursuit
- Superpower
- U-turn

Reasoning: Brought in on Ashley's advice, he's standard CB Scizor. Very helpful for revenge kills, and U-Turn is a great attack. Having 2 pursuit users has made some opponents rage quit, which is always fun. Not much else to say about this guy, he's popular for a good reason.

Thanks for looking!

A weakness to DD Gyarados really does this team no favours at all...it can potentially set up on Tyranitar and Snorlax, and just cause tons of problems in general. With Waterfall/Earthquake/Ice Fang, it hits four of your Pokémon for super effective damage. The last two can survive a hit but Dusknoir is quite unreliable when you consider everything (flinch chance, Will-O-Wisp miss, etc.). Both Dusknoir and Snorlax will take a lot of damage anyway.

To be safe, I would definitely swap out Dusknoir for a Choice Scarf Rotom-h, which is also more offensive paced:

Rotom-h @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 Spe
Timid nature (+Spe, -Atk)
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball
- Overheat
- Trick
Rotom-h outspeeds +1 Gyarados and OHKOes it with its STAB Thunderbolt. It would also help fix your large Lucario issue via revenge killing, and is a great revenge killer to weakened threats in general. Trick is there to help cripple Blissey (and Suicune, to a lesser extent). Rotom-h can still spinblock, but also isn't hurt by Spikes or Toxic Spikes!

Now, you have Aerodactyl/Tyranitar/Latias/Magnezone/Rotom-h/Snorlax. Snorlax and Tyranitar look mostly to be doing the same thing...taking hits from Heatran, Latias, etc., and using strong STAB moves with CB to hit hard. I find it kind of redundant how you have both, so lets simply fix your Salamence weakness by placing Scizor there instead of Snorlax. It can also use Pursuit on Blissey to help Latias sweep, but more importantly, can gain huge amounts of momentum with U-turn, which is important with a team containing 3 Choice users (presuming you run CB Scizor). Bullet Punch will help you pick off Azelf, Gengar, etc., easing the stress on Rotom-h. It is not like you are particularly weak to Heatran and other Fire-types anyway, so the addition of Scizor is less worrying.

Hope this was useful, good luck.

SD Lucario is a big problem for this team. After 1 SD, it can Super Effectively hit your whole team with Close Combat/Crunch/Extreemspeed. As Ashley already said, I would replace your Dusknoir for a Choice Scarf Rotom-H. With the Choice Scarf Lucario can't outspeed you and you can KO him in return. I would also recommend, weither your replace Dusknoir or not, replacing your Choice Band Snorlax for a Special Wall Snorlax set. You already have a Choice Band user, why use 2?

I really like this team and i think it has a lot of potential to be a good team. When I first look at it, I see an Aerodactyl lead. Aerodactyl leads are mainly used to prevent Stealth Rock for a Stealth Rock weak team to survive. Normally, Aerodactyl leads help out team members like Salamence and Gyarados keep their 100% HP so they can get that extra Dragon Dance or unlimited switch-ins. You're team has no Stealth Rock weak Pokemon and doesn't care if Stealth Rock is up, which is why I'm going to suggest you change your lead. At the moment, you can easily get 6-0ed by Swords Dance Lucario who effectively OHKO's everything after it gets a Swords Dance. I want you to use Gliscor over Aerodactyl. Gliscor helps you against that Lucario weak, keeping it in its place with a STAB Earthquake and it being able to take a few Close Combats and ExtremeSpeeds (watch out for Ice Punch, although you won't have to worry as much with Gliscor having a Jolly nature to out speed it every time). 252 HP / 40 Def / 216 Spe with a Jolly nature, the item leftovers and the moves: Stealth Rock, Earthquake, Roost and either Taunt or U-turn. Gliscor makes an excellent lead that can set up Stealth Rock and prevent slower leads like Metagross, Hippowdon and Bronzong from setting up Stealth Rock much like your current Aerodactyl lead, only supporting the team more and not being so suicidal on a team that needs 6 members to work. Gliscor also helps you out against Choice Band and Dragon Dance Tyranitar. It may not be the biggest of threats, but it's always good to have another check to Tyranitar (as well as some other physical threats like Substitute Machamp).

I want you to change your Magnezone set. Substitute, Thunderbolt, Explosion, HP-Grass with 40 Atk / 252 SpA / 216 Spe and Naive with Leftovers is what I want you to use. The reason behind this in a nutshell is: Explode on Blissey and let Latias sweep, and: take out Swampert with HP-Grass and let Tyranitar sweep. While this is just a rough estimate of how it works, it should basically give you the idea of how to use it. You can just use Substitute on something like a Scizor stuck in a Bullet Punch (or pursuit thanks to Rotom-h and Latias), beat it down with Thunderbolt, and when something like the aforementioned Blissey, Swampert, Hippowdon, Tyranitar, Rotom-a, and Latias, you can use either of your 3 moves accordingly or you can switch out to out one of your Pokemon to deal with them. The advantage this set has over your current SubRise one, is that this Magnezone doesn't need to rely on steels to set up and do damage, and you can handle a much wider variety of steels and other Pokemon thanks to a little bit of speed being enough to outpace Scizor (adamant ones) and Explosion + HP-Grass.

Twash basically covered the rest. Good Luck!

I don't know why you have draco meteor and Dragon pulse on Latias, if you switch one of them for thunderbolt then you don't need rotom as a separate counter for DDGyara, and can either change moveset, or pokemon.
