This team is Physical sand stream offensive team centered around the CB Tar which have Jibaku's CB Tar's nature and EV. My team is consisted of Brightpowder Garchomp, Bulky CB Tar, Wish Vaporeon, special wall regirock, and Bulky DD Dos. However, i think my team has Infernape, Sword Dance Lucario, and some Gengar problem and hampered by no special sweeper. I think of replacing Gyarados on my team. Can you guys recommend appropriate pokemon over Gyarados?? Cradily isn't my team's lead sorry but Ttar is my team's lead since without sand stream support Cradily's special defense is just slightly better than normal.

Cradily @Leftover - Special Wall
ABility: Suction Cup
Nature: Relaxed
EV's: 252 HP / 164 Def / 92 SpD
-Toxic
-Earthquake
-Recover
-Stone Edge

My team's special wall his already good special defense goes sky high in sand stream. Toxic is good for stalling ability, Earthquake is to kill steel, recover off the damage and stone edge to kill of any flier. His enormous special defense which is rivaling with Kyogre make him to survve repeated Draco Meteor from SPec Mence. He counter Heatran with Earthquake and Spec Mence eat up stone edge badly.

Tyranitar @Expert Belt-Mixed Sweeper and part special tank
Ability: Sand Stream
Nature: Adamant
EV's: 216 Atk / 96 SpA / 196 Spe
-Crunch
-Fire Blast
-Ice Beam
-Stone Edge

He is my team's star, mixed sweeper, and part special tank. Fire Blast kills Bronzong and Skarmry while Crunch hits psychic and Ghost pokemon such as Cresselia and Gengar. Ice Beam is to take down Glisocr, Garchomp, Hippowdon which is very threatening to TTar. Earthquake to kills ground steel except forrestress since he likes fire more. Expert Belt to aovid recoil damage from the Life Orb and because this set hit many pokemon super effectively Expert Belt is not an bad choice here.

Vaporeon @Leftover -Wisher
ABility: Water Absorb
Nature: Bold
EV's:: 188 HP / 252 Def / 68 SpA
-Surf
-Hidden Power Electric
-Ice Beam
-Wish

My team's wisher and Gyrados, special Infernape counter. He is sort of counter to Infernape but Infernapes Close Combat hurt her a lot. He absorb water from the water pokemon and provide wish mostly to CB Tar and Bronzong.

Garchomp @Bright Powder -Physical sweeper
ABility: Sand Veil
Nature: Jolly
EV's: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
-Sword Dance
-Earthquake
-Dragon Claw
-Substitute

My team's another physcial sweeper. since it has such a high Evasion rate during a Sandstorm, it will most likely be able to put up a Substitute and use Swords Dance at least once. Garchomp needs to be the fastest it can be so that it has a better chance of not only setting up a Substitute, but also getting in a Swords Dance or two as well.

205.png
Forrestress @Leftover -physical wall and special wall
Ability: Sturdy
Nature: Relaxed
EV's: 252 HP / 162 Atk / 96 Def
-Gyro Ball
-Hidden Power Ice
-Rapid Spin
-Toxic Spike

He is my team's rapid spinner and another wall. His steel type make him able to take Dragon Typed attack such as Draco Meteor or Dragon Claw and his bug type nullifies the ground weakness. Rapid Spin and toxic spike is always good to have in most teams.

Gyarados @Leftover -physical sweeper
Ability: Intimidate
Nature: Adamant
EV's: 212 HP / 16 Atk / 180 Def / 100 Spe
-Dragon Dance
-Waterfall
-Stone Edge
-Taunt

He is my team's third physical sweeper. STABed Waterfall is always nice to have and Stone Edge cripples any flier. Taunt make SKarmory temporarily uselss. Even though he gave more electric weakness to my team he has some purpose on my team. One is to counter Heracross, Heatran...etc and other is for sweeping.

Cradily can do what regirock is trying to do even better, and he gets recover

On Garchomp I find Salac berry to help more as it can allow you to outspeed any very fast threats. Dragon claw would be reccomended on Outrage no matter what you do.

You need a better special attacker then vaporeon. Consider making Tyranitar a mixed attack with Fire Blast, Crunch, Earthquake, Ice Beam/Stone Edge. Cradily also could attack on the special side with grass knot

Vaporeon is not a special attacker. Though you do bring up a valid point about Cradily doing what Regirock can do, but better. That's providing you follow the theme "SandStorm" team. Anything could be added as a special wall over Cradily. Tyranitar isn't a bad special tank here, specially with Wish support.

Still, Regirock could be replaced with something that will stabilize the team far greater than it could ever do. With Tyranitar, you won't nescessarily need a special wall, but you could use something to get rid of Toxic Spikes, and clear Stealth Rock so Heracross can't OHKO your Gyarados with Stone Edge (with a critical hit not in mind). Forretress isn't a bad replacement. It can lay down its own Toxic Spikes too, helping your Tyranitar, Garchomp and Gyarados tear the opponent's team to shreads. Wish support from Vaporeon will be much obliged, too. I recommend the standard Forretress set, with Toxic Spikes, Rapid Spin, Gyro Ball, Earthquake / Hidden Power [Fire] / [Ice] / [Electric] (with a Relaxed nature, if you use Hidden Power).

Have a try!

Dragon claw would be reccomended on Outrage no matter what you do.

why is dragon claw recommended over outrage?

Outrage gets more power, though it could get revenge killed with an ice attack. If you put yache berry on it, outrage could be used well.

Also, you could use a gengar or specs lucario over gyarados for special sweeping.

i dont like how special threats like gengar can really have their way with this team. cradily woulndt actually be a terrible idea over bronzong.
i really prefer stone edge on that tar since fire blast hits steels already

I don't know that you'd want to start with Cradily. Also, I'd go with EQ over Stone Edge on Ttar for enemy Ttars. However, Stone Edge will hit other opponents that aren't hit by your other moves harder.
