Landorus AND Gliscor in the same team is just fail. Landorus is the superior option so I suggest replacing Gliscor with something else. You would like to add in a Terrakion to this team because he is a great sweeper and together with Tyranitar he also gets the Sandstorm SDef boost. I suggest the CB set because you already have a great scarfer in Landorus but running two choicers is also OK. IT's personal preference.
I don't understand why Starmie is in here. You don't need a spinner for this team, also he will die pretty fast with life orb recoil + sand. Rotom-W is more bulky, has powerful stab attacks such as Starmie and can provide momentum due to volt switch.
