First of all , it would be better if you describe your role of the pokes better and how the team should work in particular(support some specific sweeper, Bulky Offense, Stall etc.).

Second , please play Charizard-Y with full speed and Timid Nature.He really needs that speed to OHKO things like Excadrill before he can OHKO you.
Run Air Slash/Hurricane over Air Cutter ( more damage/flinch hax)
Roost over Protect for more sustainability and roost off stealth rock damage.

Thunder -Wave over Toxic to cripple fast leads /sweeper

Why putting Attack on Rotom-W, i hope you mean SAtk and take T-Bolt/Volt Switch as Rotom-W doesnt have enough Speed to sweep with Charge Beam.
